• I need to make changes to a folio already on newsstands... How?

  Good news/bad news.

  Good news... I had a purchae in-App on my last number approved in record time. Less than 24 hours.

  Bad news... So fast I have did not notice some things that need fixing before the folio has been approved for sale. Use for 4 days or more and with this window to intercept errors that I may have missed.

So now is the time to learn and to do so without additional stress.

• I can change version Viewer folio in v23

  I accidentally changed the version of v24 v23 folio Viewer while the spectator in the app store is at v24. In the ideal world I just create a new folio with v23 and re - download the indesign files and the problem is solved.

  However, I have a custom HTML window and buttons HTML on the veiwer that point to the id of the folio for example (b8cb45dd-2735-48a0-83ec-a5117263cabf). The app that I have already published and in app store so for all changes that I must again submit that take a week at least.

  Is it possible to assign this number to a new folio OR to change the v24 folio to a version v23.

  In the Folio of Builder Panel, you can access the properties of the Folio and update the version. You'll have to re-export and re - publish out to the service of distribution again.

  An easy way to fix this is to share the folio from one account to the other and then use the copy feature Folio in Folio Producer. If you do this on the same computer, it is as if you created the folio from scratch in the new account, and all your items and metadata are intact. It takes about two minutes.

  The 'step by step guide' is only for simple editing. See Pro Quick Start Guide and the Companion Guide Edition for multi-folio applications. The Adobe ID allows you to create and publish folios is important. It determines what pages you publish appear in which app. So, you'll want to create a different Adobe ID for each application that you create. Assign you these Adobe as a 'Request' ID using the Admin account. Which is explained in the two guides.

• App generator does not update changes to the folio

  I tried to update a simple editing application (before submitting to the app store) but every time I update the Folio and build a new version, I see only the previous folio with no alteration. It seems that Builder just app recreates the original folio any changes I make. I tried update all the items in the folio, deleted and reuploaded the articles with changes. I am convinced that the new information is in the DPS online system, but the data do not seem to do on the app Builder. Someone at - he encountered this? Did I miss something?

  Since you used a serial number, you will need to call the help desk to reset for you so you can rebuild the application. Technically the serial number is only valid for a version of the application.

  If you are creating applications to simple editing, you are much better buy a subscription to Creative cloud, so you can create applications TO as much as you want.

  You must follow the steps to download and install Adobe Creative Cloud apps to "install previous versions of applications. It is not particularly easy, but if you follow the steps and screenshots, you will be able to install the CC2014 version.

  Should not have made any false folios. You just need to create the app ID purchase in iTunes and submit it for approval. You don't submit slips in advance, you submit the ID of product in advance.

  Unfortunately, you cannot change the application in the App Builder to change the application type. Instead, you must build a new app. use the mobileprovision even files while Apple knows that it is an update of an existing application, not a new application.

  Unfortunately, you cannot change the format of an existing folio. I think that at this point, your best bet is to create a new custom folio of 1028 x 771. Because this folio has the same 4:3 1024 x 768 dimensions, you can add or import all of your source documents in this new folio without having to change the source folios.

  A shared sheet cannot be changed or altered by another user except the owner who created it. This is why your username B and C could not connect with their ID to make changes to the folio created by user A, only user A may make recorded changes with his ID.

  Therefore, if several people to work on the same folio, the solution is to

  1. Share the connection to user A user B & C information

  OR

  1. Or is user B or C create a folio and share credentials with each other OR create a default account for all designers and share credentials among designers
  2. Once completed, folio share the same folio with user a.
  3. User A then create a new folio and copy the contents of the folio shared in the new folio that he create

  Folios published with tools prerelease update

  If you used the Bundler content to publish folios for a multi-folio Viewer, folio does not appear in the Folio Builder Panel or the producer of Folio. However, folios published are always available for your customers to download and view. You can continue to modify and update these fact sheets using the Bundler content as long as it is available.

  When you update your workflow to use the Panel Folio Builder, you can create sheets that are available with existing folios. Make sure you use the same Adobe ID you use in the Bundler content. Also, to update and re-submit your custom Viewer so that it can display folios created with new tools.

  Currently, if you want to change an existing Folio published using the Bundler content, continue to use the Bundler content.
