• Suddenly changed screen saver

  Hello. Then, when I turned on my laptop this morning, everything was normal and fine. Then I went to do something, closed my laptop (no has not properly shut it down because I knew I had to use it soon). Later, I opened it again to the top and the screensaver has been changed.   Here are the steps to do the same:

  Hi, I recently started having a problem saving files imported from a Scanner. At present if I import a document, then click on save to Jpeg format by default, but if I click on Close followed by Yes at the prompt screen asking me if I want to save the changes you made the window save under opens and has default PSD?   Morning Sudarshan, first of all thanks for all the time & help; After being up most of the night I finally managed to solve the problem.

  Here is a summary of what I did: -.

  1. Uninstall Photoshop

  2 uninstalled all adobe products

  3 downloaded Microsoft ProgramInstallUninstall and ran - I had to do it like some adobe products (air / drive X / community help) won't work via Add / Remove?

  4 Ran Adobe CS cleanser & selected all

  5 used Windows search option including hidden files & folders to search for CS5 / adobe / photoshop - deleted all files

  6 downloaded unlocker and used on all files that cannot be deleted in point 5 - access is denied or if there is a lot that were locked. Strange that all the adobe programs deleted so don't know why it would be.

  7 back up the registry

  8 differet Ran 4 - due registry cleaners repeat each some time before any mistakes / problems.

  9. now the risky part - used RegEdit registry opened manually and remove all references to Adobe Photoshop &. There were loads absolutely!

  10. restarted - fortunately no problem - I was expecting some considering my registry changes.

  11 re - install CS5

  WORKED :-)

  I assumed that either an entry in a locked file or something in the registry was causing the problem that what precedes is resolved.

  Here is the solution.  Ssmypics.SCR of the copy of your old XP machine in the directory c:windows:system32 of Windows 7 machine.  then the old screen saver is available in settings.  has worked for me!

  I think you need to create a copy of the form "Call Submission" for the set of particular screen (in this case "Request for Service"):

  1. in the designer, select screens for appeal [ScreenSet = All, screen design = Customer Portal]

  2. Select (do not open) 'call' form and press the create"" button.

  3. in the screen Details of the form of the dialog box choose these values: create = name = screen call memory, configured screen = Service request copy of = call call presentation, and then click OK.

  4. then you will have a specific form to display defined "Request Service" call statement in the customer portal and you will be able to change by your requests.
