  I'm trying to reproduce a logo for a client that was created by a different designer, and I was not able to find a way to recreate the drop shadow on the type.

  When I use the drop shadow in Photoshop and Illustrator, the shadow detaches always type. I also tried using the extrude and bevel 3D effect in Illustrator, but it always comes out looking much "more" than in the picture above. (I am self-taught, so please forgive my ignorance.)

  Effect > 3D > extrude & bevel

  All of the X axis and axis to axis Z 3 degrees (approximately) at 0. Change the depth of extrusion to your liking. It is better to activate the preview while making changes.

  The extrusion will be the color of the color of the outline.

  In general, the language in the character Palette's character on the scale property, is not a property of the entire Document.

  If you want to change the language of the entire document, select all of the text and change the language in the character palette.

  The language indicated in the character Palette is the spell check language.

  Illustrator gives you no option for font type, unless a file is opened. Then, if you change the font and close the file, the next time you launch a file, it will go back what has been initially. There must be a way to change the default font for all of these programs where the police always remains the same unless you change it. Mine is just set up to use a weird font that I would probably never use.

  Just never, I thought it would be that big of a deal to change the default settings for the police.

  I forgot there were two folders too. I'm happy that we got sorted.

  I have a problem with my laptop... I see on my screen something like I might describe as an effect of 'grain' on my screen.
  I found some discussions that other people have the same problem but no-Toshiba laptop with X 1600.

  I could say that I have the same problem. When I'm on the site, for example, which has a lot of gray color, I see a grain effect (not all of a pixel is in the same color). They are different, but not much... but I can see the difference. Gray isn't gray everywhere. Other colors have the same effect.

  Is - that any solution to this? .... Maybe it's a problem of driver or something.
  I think ATI or someone should look at this problem... or explain what the "grain" effect takes place.

  I answered the question of slaughter actually thinking about a change.  'Beep when done' the checkbox is turned on in Photoshop, I was getting a particularly annoying when Photoshop has finished a task.  The fault was in the OS X system preferences, I changed the sound effect of 'frog' of 'underwater' type, much better.

  This problem is fixed in update fixes after effects CC 2015.3 (13.8.1). This update, available now, can be installed by using the creative Office Cloud app, or by choosing Help > updates within any Adobe application.

  as far as I know, you will still need to convert hex rgb for extendScript.

  where layer (1) is your solid and [1,1,1] matches a value RGB (0-1 range) you want-

  I use Adobe first and sequelae. Unfortunately I do not have the link to get programs working together, again. So for now, I have to return something first, before I can use it in sequels. But after setting up and make a clip in the aftermath, it's almost like the program itself has changed the color of the image? Is it simply the loss of quality, am I to ruin or am I missing something obvious?

  This is quite annoying, because there is a significant difference. The top one is the raw, less file is after rendering to legacy.

  You have certainly not to do. In After Effects, instead of import, choose Import Premiere Pro sequence.

  I think that you can't change the colors because it's a pixelation effect that uses the default value of colors black and white.
