• How do I change the list box within a cluster

  I have a cluster with multiple controls in it. One of them is a combo box on which I need to occasionally change the items to the breast. If the drop-down list box out of the bunch, I could easily access 'Strings []' property of the combo box. However, when inside of the bunch, I don't seem to not be able to get this property. In the excerpt below, the drop-down list box is the control at index 1. I get out of the reference to this control, connect it to a 'property node' and the 'Strings []' property is not found.

  Take this simple way, create a node prperty for the cluster that you have, right-click on the prperty node and select link to, browse lists void until the drop-down list box. See attachment.

  Ive created an editable interactive report... Everything works very well, and I have several Text, LOV and selection list columns...

  However when I now click on a column header to filter, sort etc drop-down list is the same format as the column itself. So if for example, I have a text box, then the drop-down list is also text boxes, if the column is a column LOV, the filter drop-down list is a list of fields LOV. (Im assuming this is correct behavior, because it simply inherits the column parent..)   So, I would change the lists to a list of standard display so that they are in order and can be used...

  I think so? I know I have to do, which is either to substitute the function that generates the dropdown filter... or probably more simply, write a bit of JS/JQuery that modify data for drop-down lists.  Im still to learn, some help would be appreciated...

  I think so. (and please correct me if I'm talkiing... garbage)   I need to find each of the appearance of the DIV with the ID that corresponds to the drop-down list box, and then loop through each entry and change the structure...

  Currently the source for drop-down fields resembles the following (for a text field...). :

  How could I 1) browse each occurrence of div id = "apexir_rollover_content" on my page, so I found out about each other, how would I go through the list and change the line above an input to a standard list item text...? Or is there a simpler way to do it?

  Just to be sure you understand how this works:

  • By clicking on the star in the toolbar navigation go to bookmark the page in the "Unsorted Bookmarks" folder and the star lights in blue to show that
  • Bookmarks > 'Bookmark this Page' (Ctrl + D) going to bookmark the page in the folder of bookmarks Menu (you will need to confirm that)
  • 'Bookmark this Page' is accessible via the context menu in the area through the bookmarks menu or navigation in the menu or Firefox menu button drop-down bar (Alt + B)
  • If the URL in the active tab is set bookmark and the star is highlighted blue and then click the star highlighted or use "Bookmark This Page/Edit this bookmark" (Ctrl + D) to change the properties of the bookmark as the name and the location and move the bookmark to another folder or delete the bookmark

  Thanks for responding. My role was that of the host. In any case, I'm finally able to change the list of participants. I was told that Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro is 'down' for a day or two, and it's probably why I couldn't change the list. It seems to be okay now.

  I think that's what you want, enter a model in your list of files vi (for example, *.txt) and then just use File.vi text of reading by using the selected item in the list box (double click on event or value change) and use the starting for the vi records list path.  I have included a crude extract for your pleasure.

  Adobe Acrobat DC recently auto updated to the latest version, and it seems that the new version does not change the text boxes.

  The screenshot below shows what I mean.  I added a text box and pointed the police to change the size / font style / color, but it is gray just to go out in the toolbar properties (Ctrl + E)

  Hi, I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to change a text box that was created in an older version of Acrobat and used to fill in a form.

  In my case, I added text boxes on text pre-existing using an earlier version of Acrobat.

  When I try to click on the text box, however, it seems to be back on the existing text and not allow me to change the text box I created in the past.

  Try changing the text with the tool 'Add comment text' which is in the notes pane. The text used to complete the form may have been written as annotation, so when you try to change those with editing tools, the original text is being edited.

  Designing a simple form which has a list box containing several designations of salary.

  For each of these names for example accountant, accounts payable supervisor, I've specified a value of element in the binding tab section which is be the salary for the position

  What I would do, is that when a selection is made in the list box that is operator selects say accounting, the value of the element (in this case the wage) fills another field that is later used for calculations of cost.

  Help unfortunately isn't all that useful, so would appreciate any help you might be able to provide and thanks in advance

  For example to fill a NumericField1 on the form when the selection was made in ListBox1, you use something like this.

  Place the code in the output of the list box event. The language is JavaScript.

  NumericField1.rawValue = ListBox1.rawValue;

  rawValue will give the value assigned in the connection tab.
