Change the input to the attribute parameter removes the binding in 5.5

Hi all

When I change an input variable already bound to a parameter in 5.5, it seems, when the dissociation there (and I need to re - link a parameter.). This was not the case in 5.1. Is there a way to restore this behavior to the 5.1 style.

    Hi my probel is I want to change the action ExecuteWithPrams IterBinding according to the drop-down list value selected by the user. How can it be done please say.

    While this problem I'll start with a simple test case, and then move up to the more complex use cases.

    Suppose you have 2 bind params for each VO.

    (1) create new web page
    (2) remove your VO ADF, the 2 bind params table and the executeWithParams on the page such that the bindings are created behind the scenes
    (3) create a support for your page bean.
    (4) add 2 inputText unrelated to the page fields, and then map their attribute value string with getter/Setter in the bean that you created
    (5) add 1 commandButton unrelated to the page
    (6) card the actionListener commanButtons to a new method in the bean
    (7) in the actionListener method, enter the values for the 2 channels of #4 and write their values to the param #2 programmatically bind bindings
    (8) always in the actionListener method, run the connection programmatically executeWithParams
    (9) test, once working, hind the params to bind and the executeWithParams button on the screen (or remove them, but make sure the links are removed)

    Now on the case more of a VO

    If you do not get the dialog box (don't know why you don't get it) you can open it yourself. Switch to the links tab (the tab is below the editing area in jdev). You find the action, you need to edit on the left side in the section "links". Select the link of action that you want to change (getEmployeesFindBySal in your case) and click on the pencil icon on the top right. This opens the dialog box you are looking for.

    If I have three or four logo I can add to my disposal help if another statement and his works fine but I have more than 10 logos so it was not possible to keep these in my RTF model.

    I tried to edit a photo that I have previously loaded to my laptop but it gave me an error message saying "this photo have not been modified.     Hello guys, got little stuck to change the INITRANS parameter to a table partition. The table is partitioned by range.

    To change the INITRANS and PCTFREE for new block that will be generated, I can use the following statement.

    ALTER TABLE < table_name > PARTITION EDIT < nom_partition > INITRANS < value > < value > PCTFREE;   (but this change will apply only to newly created blocks and not the existing blocks).

    I try to change the existing blocks too, so when I read the thread on otn How do I change initrans in the partition table? he said to use the 'MOVE' clause, so I used the following statement.

    ALTER TABLE < table_name > FILM PARTITION < nom_partition > INITRANS < value > < value > PCTFREE; (they said that this measure will apply the change to exisiting blocks as well), but when I executed this statement I got the following error message.

    It isn't really a "connection attribute" for LDAP.

    As mentioned above, how you "login" really depends on the application.

    "Connect" (BIND) in the most common way, you send a LINK demand, and the DN of the user input and the password of the user.
    The LDAP server locates the input from the user through the DN, then encrypts the password provided and compares the encrypted value to the one stored in the user input.
    If they match, the CONNECTION succeeds, and this particular TCP connection is "connected".

    Where things differ between applications is in the way they get the DN of the user.

    No request (AFAIK) only requires the user to type in its DN.
    The user will enter his login name. This name will be stored as an attribute in user input. The only real constraint on the attribute is that he must have a syntax that allows human readable characters as the value (the login name) and there must be a method to ensure that the value is unique in all instances of the attribute (not 100% true, but suggests so for our purposes here).

    So we have a name - say "Fred".
    Using this name, that we must find the one and only entries that has the attribute that we will use (say cn) to contain the user name.

    There are basically two ways to do it.

    The most traditional method assumes that all user entries are stored under a specific node - lets say "or is people, dc is company, dc = com"
    so that the user DNs use CN as the RDN, would be Dn of Fred: cn = Fred, or = people, dc = company, dc = com.

    Simplistic applications will simply have a dn, something like skeleton: cn =, ou = people, dc = company, dc = com

    They will take the name of the user supplies and replace with this name, then use pray DN deadlocked.
    The problem is that this is not always the case that user input is stored together like that and some really pathetic apps will be "cn =" party hard coded so your user was worth better have a DN beginning with cn = and not uid =.

    Modern applications most often perform a search to locate the unique name. The research will use a filter something like (uid = fred) fo find the DN of the entry where the UID attribute has the value "fred". This unique name is then used in the BIND request.

    This second method is much more flexible, especially if the application allows you to specify your own search and does not assume its always going to start with "uid ="... Unfortunately, many applications still do.

    The only downside to this second method (apart from a little bit more work for the application developer) is that the application requires permissions to perform its search, the attribute he seeks REALLY needs to have an index of equality and, of course, overhead of a supplementary search for each user authentication.

    So - as noted above, you can use any attribute you want, but do depend on so your application is able to use.

    The problem is that even if your environment is configured to use transactions, your container is not. Set up for using transactions is a process in two steps, first of all, you must set up the environment that you did, then you must configure each container in the environment, what you can do as follows:
