  No one who wants to get hired puts notes/endnotes in their curriculum vitae. I suggest that you omit the end notes/notes and do research on what constitutes a professional cover letter and resume writing for your job sector target.

  I need a way via Powershell (I know I could probably do via SQL, but I would avoid editing the VC DB directly) to go through a server cluster and be able to edit any guest VM that has a custom attribute defined in the Notes field. Our problem is that we use Platespin for all of our P2V and he puts this long text string after each conversion in the Notes field:

  "Virtual Machine created by PowerConvert 7.0.0.5157 08/08/2008 23:47:46.

  We want to shorten the chain to a something simple, since it appears on reports and causes problems with the formatting, something like "P2V 08/08/2008 23:47:46.

  Anyone have any ideas?

  You can use the - operator replace like this

  If the model is not constant, then we use a regular expression for the matching process.

  I use TB 31.5.0. When you compose a new message in HTML, I don't see a way to easily change the fonts, the font size, "BOLD", etc. I have 'compose messages in HTML format' ticked. My wife says she thinks this device used to be there in earlier versions of TB.

  In the entry window Menu bar select View-Toolbars and check.

  When you use the attribute text keyboard shortcuts, it's a good idea to show invisible, so that you know where click to place your insertion point - before selecting the keyboard shortcut.   You are limited to what you can find in the system as well as preferences to change the appearance of things.  I'm sure there are some 3rd party hacks that allow you to do what you are looking for, but I don't know what they are, and I defend people never hack the OS anyway, as it's always entirely and completely unpredictable.

• Difficult to change the width of talk about thermal discharge in Ultiboard

  I'm trying to change the width of talking thermal relief of various buffers on an existing Ultiboard layout done with an earlier version, and that they do not change. I see nothing in the help file. I also searched help and the user manual for what happens if I select Auto for width, but I can't find any instructions on what it means.

  I was able to confirm the behavior you're seeing where the width of the rays is limited by the width of the measurement of the surface of the coppe / diet plan. It is certainly not intentional and I produced it for R & D to address a defect report. I am very sorry for the inconvenience that was done to you.

  There are no files attached on your post so I can't confirm your actual designs. Please let me know if the workaround solution (to adjust the width of the measure) will allow you to get the results you're looking for, despite the incorrect behavior.

  I just bought a router Linksys Cisco E900 and hooked it up to my cable Internet. The Internet service that gives me my ISP is PPPoE, fiberlink (100 Mbps).

  I did the whole upward. I've connected my computer (via Ethernet cable) and my laptop (via radio) to the router.

  Now... There are other networks wireless around me. The Wi - Fi channel that my fixed router 1 is apparently - he saw settings. • Acrobat Standard DC - can't change the text and text box properties

  Earlier this week, I lost the ability to change the properties of the text and text boxes.

  When I add a comment with a text box or in the text caption, I do all the time, I used to be able to change the font color, size, alignment, etc.

  Now, when I go to insert a text box or the legend, all the options in the properties bar are grayed out.

  This issue effects ONLY the text in the box and the caption functions. all the other drawing functions work very well. I can change the color, fill and the type of lines around the text, I can just change the text.

  Any suggestions?

• What is the best strategy for the notes for ePub with Indesign?

  There are a handful of individuals who are still monitoring and responding to this forum (4 years later) and I respect your advice.
  

  Regarding notes dialing number.

  • You mention that you use InDesign book to combine the different chapters in a single EPUB export: for each of these various documents, check the following: Type > Options Document reference. What is the number of defined starting to for each of the documents? They pursue all sequentially the last issue of the previous document in the book? It could be that you skipped a number there may be?
  • Otherwise by manually changing the numbers could inadvertently "broken" anything. You cannot manually select the number in the text of the note at the bottom of the page and change the number, that will not update the number of reference in the text. Your notes would be out.
  • My recommendation, in this case, I recommend that you re - insert references, to the help Type of InDesign help > Insert reference before you redo an EPUB export.

  On document splitting in some places:

  • When you enable Document Split, what other parameter did you get the permit?

  You can change background and outline in the Options bar when the layer of form is targeted and the active tool is a vector path selection tool or the pen tool or the Rectangle tool, etc.

  The radius of the corners cannot be changed except in hilarious manual with the Selection tool directly, although I remember a thread about a script or plug-in which allows you to simply enter a new RADIUS value.

  I hope someone can help me here. I created an interactive PDF with fields in the active form with 'Rich Text Formatting'.

  My client has filled in the fields and wish to make the text bigger. Then right click, only options to change the text style (bold, italic, etc.) but nothing to change the size of the text. I'm not keen on deactivating and then reactivating the "Rich Text Formatting" options in the form of text were formatted (bold, italic, exponent, index, etc.) and approved, and this will remove any existing formatting.

  You need to display the properties bar, or by clicking the command-E or "view > toolbars > properties bar. You will then see where you can select a different font size.
