  I recently installed CS4 Design Premium on a PC running Windows 7. When I resize an image (Image > Image size), dialog appears always the size of the Document in centimeters.   The regional settings for the main program are defined by the serial number, not necessarily of your choice of language. Shared components derive their locale from it thus and/or in part the setting of the system. This issue with installs wrongly using en_GB is quite common, though. It occurs usually when other Adobe software with components shared already was on the system and forced the installation program using the wrong language. However, short of reinstalling everything with that uninstalls Adobe After sweeping and the CS4 Clean Script, it is impossible to solve this problem.

  I often have to change local to my system (settings called 'Format' and 'Place' in the "Region and language" applet in the control panel) between German and English.

  To speed up this tedious process and make a simple click, I want to define me two 'links' or shortcuts that I can put on the desk, so that I can just click on those to adjust these settings.

  Is it possible, i.e. is it a console command or ability to change which corresponds to changes made via the control panel applet? Or an order let PowerShell (s) that could be used in a short script that can then be triggered via the desktop shortcuts?

  I have to work on a Web site that was initially set up for 'work on remote site (not recommended)'.

  I did a redesign of the site on mylocal computer because I could not go live until I approved it.

  How can I combine the old and new sites? I had to use an external ftp program to upload the new files and replace the index page. It all works very well online, but I wish I could put small changes directly from Dreamweaver. So far I can one of my new files put on the remote site through Dreamweaver.

  If you have the site files on your local computer, simply create a new definition of site in the normal way. Then delete the old site definition.

  A Dreamweaver site definition simply controls how to communicate with the remote server. Deleting a site definition deletes the definition. It has no effect on local files.

  Use the F2 key to enter the BIOS settings and change the order of boot devices. This option is under the STARTUP tab. Otherwise, you can insert the recovery CD when the unit is turned OFF. Turn it on and immediately press the C button. keep it down for a few seconds and unit is forced from the CD/DVD drive.
