Change wordSpacing not for all instances of a police
Hi all
We try to work around the poor wordSpacing in one of our corporate fonts. What I would ideally take place is every time that you create the text by using this particular font, the wordSpacing would establish min 100%, desired 120%, 150% max.
Creating a style sheet for this with all the others being based on it is not in the Bill as it is to heavy for staff jr. to systematically apply.
Is it possible to do this?
Thank you
Matt
As others talk, this is not really a very good idea. This script
app.findTextPreferences = null;
app.findTextPreferences.appliedFont = "Roman\tItalic" again
foundItems = app.activeDocument.findText ();
for (i = 0; i
{
foundItems [i] .minimumWordSpacing = 100;
foundItems [i] .desiredWordSpacing = 120;
foundItems [i] .maximumWordSpacing = 150;
}
is that what you are asking and a little more: wee is a paragraph attribute, then it changes all the paragraph where this particular police is used, and leaves the others unchanged.
If the word spacing is the only problem (aka the size just the space characters), you can try to search for and replace only the spaces of this font with another font, or - to completely halt its width - a character style where you tampered with adapted horizonal greatness.

How can I change the settings for all instances of a particular effect?
I applied the same color correction effect to many of the components of the package. Now I want to refine the correction of the colors (the same setting for all the clips yet). How can I change all instances of the effect of color correction setting without going into each clip manually?
Looking forward to your thoughts on this! Go on and save my winter Assembly day ...
Two ways, change a clip and then copy it, all the other clips, right-click / Remove effects, and then select Paste attributes. Another way is to add an adjustment layer and apply the color correction to that.

I love the develop module, but I'm doing something wrong in the library
In the library, under 'Catalogue, all the photographs', all my photos appear showing the stars, cropping, and development. The problem is that these changes are not for the photos on my hard drive. When I re-import them in Lr, the changes are not there. My workflow is to do nothing after development or export them to the original with a new file name destination. Anyway, it is that they get a new file name without change of development when they are imported into Lr. Please help (PC user)
And others have explained, Lightroom does not apply the changes to the file. All changes are stored in the catalog, and then applied to the image when it is displayed in Lightroom. If you want a copy of the image with any changes so that you can share with others or send it to a laboratory to print, then you must export a copy of this image by using the export dialog box in Lightroom.
Features of Lightroom as well by its design. The images that you import are always left in their original condition, unmodified.

Search for all Instances of script
Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to programmatically use the find all Instances with scripts? At the moment my work around is very slow, but works.
I have a reference to a VI and I have my open project, then I want to find all the places that this VI is used. For the moment, I get all the screws in memory (Application > all screws in memory), then for each VI I get all the SubVIs on the block diagram (browse the references). Then for each Subvi in each VI in memory, I get the path to the VI and compare it to the path of the VI I want to find.
As you can imagine it lasts too long. Especially when I can click right icon of my VI and say find all Instances and apparently instantly get all 6 instances. I searched for a while and could not know if it was possible, or how to do it. Thank you.
My attempt, called account only the number of times that the search VI is attached.
Well, that was easy, don't know why I do not think that this. In any case, I did a new VI that does what you mention and indeed it works much more quickly. Attached is the enhanced version, in case anyone was interested.

Apply the change of power for all users
Is there a way to change a system to XP for all THE present and future users on PC Windows XP sp2? It is in a domain environment, but I have not met all GPO settings that would allow it to be. And users are not technically aware of how to make these changes on their own. Basically, I just need to show up or off in standby mode.
Any ideas are appreciated
Hi Berlan,
Your question is more complex than what is generally answered in the Microsoft Answers forums. It is better suited for Windows Server on TechNet forum. Please ask your question in the Forums in TechNet Windows Server.

Hello
Use this entry to your remote_listener parameter:
LISTENERS_ORACLE =
(ADDRESS_LIST =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = dbn1-v)(PORT = 1521))
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = dbn2-v)(PORT = 1521))
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = dbn3-v)(PORT = 1521))
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = dbn4-v)(PORT = 1521))
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = dbn5-v)(PORT = 1521))
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = dbn6-v)(PORT = 1521))
)
ALTER system set remote_listener = "LISTENERS_ORACLE."
editing the system registry
Then you should have all instances on all the listener.
Your ORACLE entry is good for customers who connect to the DBs, but not for remote listener registration. With the game of LOAD_BALANCE, your dbs choose a remote node randomly to register. Which could be 7 x the same node and will be random each time the instance fits. With your config, you should find that each instance entered once in a node at random, but not once at each node.

Hi all
I have dozens of instances of the application of the same type (DBUM connector) so I was used to specify the same shape and the same user object while creating instances of the application.
Is it safe? Or is it better to create a new/different shape for each instance of the application?
Many thanks and best regards.
Even if this is the answer, I would say that Yes, always use the same form name in the instance of the application. Recently came across the issue in R2BP10 and R2PS1BP02, where there are several child forms an instance of the application if different names are used for the name of the form in the instance of the application, then the form does not display data in the user interface.

How to change network name for all virtual machines within the same cluster
We have recently changed name vswitch to take into account that something significant, in the past vCenter could change the labels of networh for all virtual machines... seems this time help labels are not changed (maybe its got something to do with the update vcenter for 2.5.U3)...
in any case, someone at - it a powershell script that could find all the virtual machines that are referring to the old label network and then changing again the name... ?
Enjoy the respponses...
Thanks in advance
A few things on this blog could help.
If you know the names you want to use, you could also just use something like:
Get-Cluster X | Get-VM | Get-NetworkAdapter | Where { $_.NetworkName -eq "OldNetwork" } | Set-NetworkAdapter -NetworkName "NewNetwork" -confirm:$false Get-Cluster X | Get-VM | Get-NetworkAdapter | Where { $_.NetworkName -eq "NewNetwork" } | Set-NetworkAdapter -Connected:$true -confirm:$false

How to search for all instances of a class...
Aim: I'm trying to scroll through all instances of a specific class in all of the Flash movie. Then I can find a specific instance of this class and do what I can with it.

When I try something like this in AS 3.0, the typeof returns simply & quot; purpose & quot; and not the more specific, for example & quot; MovieClip & quot; or & quot; SoundChannel & quot; etc. How can I find out all the & quot; MovieClip & quot; s or & quot; SoundChannel & quot; s in my film?

MapViewer in OBIEE - infowindow not coming not for all zoom levels
Hello
We have our BI data-bound Navteq sample data world. We used the theme of the M_COUNTRIES, created a map background and a Tiler with this theme and finally linked with the size of the country in OBIEE.
Now, there is a problem - the small balloon as information window, which comes while we do a mouseover on the points of the map does not appear to lower levels of zoom. But it appears only after a zoom level 5-6.
I tried with changing the size of the scale base map, created re the tile in the size of the scale of the map of base etc, but it did not help. Any suggestion please?
In addition, the report card does not work in ipad, it isn't a zoom in the ipad and therefore the window information not listed do not at all. So I guess that somehow if we can bring the window information from zoom levels, it will be solved. I see the Server BI Mobile demo has a similar report, but don't know how it's done.
Anyone who has worked in the same region and faces a similar issue? or I'm missing something.
Kind regards
Krish

API for all instances in the Oracle BPM workspace
Hello
I have more than 10,000 instances that are AFFECTED in the BPM workspace State. I need to complete / remove the case as quickly as possible, since it affects end users. Y at - there no API to close based on the flex fields protected? Please advise me the easiest and the best way to carry out this activity.
Thank you
David Selvaraj
By the way: you ask what is the best way. Well the 'better' is to use the API. I can't say that the wsdl file is better then the java api, since one is one wrapper around the other. Also, there is not much or no difference between the versions of 12 c and 11g.
For me the easiest way would be to create a BPEL or OSB service to make a queryTasks and make a loop on the list. The tasks of query does not give you the payload of each task. So if you don't need to filter your tasks, you could do a transformation (xslt/xquery) on the task list retrieved to get these tasks at hand and loop over the result. If you need the payload fields to decide if the task should be completed, you will need to loop through each task, do a getTaskListById to get the workload and do a updateTaskOutcome (see above) under certain conditions the task.
But a java application would work as well.
Kind regards

I changed the "Install" directory in preferences, but I still over 2 GB in C:\ProgramData\Adobe. All or part of this is adjustable to D:\ProgramData\Adobe, for example? (I have only about 2 GB free on my C: drive.)
some adobe files should go on your c drive.
