Changed to "sanskrit" police search dialog boxes

I am running the latest version of CC2015, including InDesign. I am also running Extensis Fusion 6

I opened an existing InDesign document and was create and apply different paragraph styles to the text. Everything works as usual.

Then I noticed something very strange is happening in the paragraph Style dialog box... I clicked to apply a paragraph style, the name of this style in the dialog box has changed to what looked like sanskrit.

Other names of the styles remained in the normal English language police.

As I clicked through the different styles, once it has been clicked/underlined, the police would change from sanskrit. And then go back to normal when English is not highlighted.

I leave InDesign, but this document remained damaged by this bug.

I created a new document. Without open the damaged, document the boxes in the new document dialog seemed normal. But as soon as I opened the document of the problem, the problem appeared then in the new document as well.

I left the suitcase.

I tried to quit and restart InDesign, but now the problem was there even when I created a new document.

I have reset the preferences.

Problem still there and I don't know where else to solve problems.

Advice on a fix would be much appreciated. (lease keep simple instructions!)

On the first place, I would try to remove preferences, if this does not help, go to the CC Desktop Application and uninstall it (a link uninstall will appear next to the name of the Application If you hover over with the mouse) a Setup again. And check in the preferences of this Application, if you choose the appropriate language.

    If you want to change the color of your borders of window or the taskbar, do a right-click on the desktop, go to customize. Choose a custom color and then choose your color, use the color mixer to get the tint and brightness you want.

  • Change the link of Action dialog box

    I'm following this tutorial ( Oracle JDeveloper 11 g Release 2 tutorials - creating a Web Application using EJB, JPA, and JavaServer Faces ) and step 2: create a workflow defined with two Pages JSF, step 21. In the dialog box change the binding Action, in the value field, enter #{pageFlowScope.sal} I'm lost - I do not know how to open the link Action Edit dialog. I looked on the internet and it seems that it should open automatically after the addition of data control, but it did not happen or I missed it somehow... How should I open this dialog box?

    User, please tell us your jdev version!

    If you do not get the dialog box (don't know why you don't get it) you can open it yourself. Switch to the links tab (the tab is below the editing area in jdev). You find the action, you need to edit on the left side in the section "links". Select the link of action that you want to change (getEmployeesFindBySal in your case) and click on the pencil icon on the top right. This opens the dialog box you are looking for.

  • Change colors reveals a new dialog box, I've never seen before...

    Hello

    I think that I broke my Photoshop CS4.

    For some reason, when I try to change color anywhere (it could be the color of the text, or the main foreground color) dialogue with the color chart is displayed instead of the eyedropper tool, I'm used to use in this scenario. I can't click on anything else on the screen, except this annoying swatch dialog box options.

    It looks like this:

    temp.png

    It is extremely annoying and frustrating, because this dialog box tell me what are the values to hexadecimal color (even when I click on "Define custom colors").

    Currently, the project I was working on is at a standstill until I have found how to make this thing go away and let me use the eyedropper tool to change the color of something.

    This problem is new. I got my CS4 running because he is out and he has never done this before.

    Thanks for any help you can provide!

  • A way to change the modality of a dialog box modal false after is displayed?

    I have a dialog window for users to connect. The window also has a progress bar that updates while the program is loading. I was wondering if any of you can think of a way for me to keep this modal dialog box so that the user logs on (until they click on the button), but then treated her in a modeless way. The answer obvious is briefly hide it, change mode and show once again, but he produced a spark and in my case the positioning changes sometimes, it is not ideal.

    I tried to change just the modality in the executed the button action method, but he don't seem to have any effect.

    A NBS illustrating the behavior I want to avoid are:
    public class ModalDialogExample
    {
        public static void main(String[] args)
        {
            //make a modal dialog
            final JDialog dialog = new JDialog( );
            dialog.setModalityType(Dialog.ModalityType.APPLICATION_MODAL);
            dialog.setSize(400,400);

            //put a button on it
            final JButton button = new JButton("Click here to change modality type!");
            dialog.setLayout(new BorderLayout());
            dialog.add(button, BorderLayout.SOUTH);

            //when the button is clicked, change modality
            button.addActionListener(new ActionListener() {
                @Override
                public void actionPerformed(final ActionEvent event) {
                    dialog.setModalityType( Dialog.ModalityType.MODELESS );
                    System.out.println( "I have set Modality type to MODELESS" );
                }
            });

            dialog.setVisible(true);

            //we never get here because the dialog isn't closed.
            //Is there a way to progress to this point while keeping the dialog visible?
            System.out.println( "No longer modal!" );
        }
    }
    Basically I want the click on a button function in the same way that a modal dialog box from closing normally would, in fact, that make sense?

    If you have any questions or need any clarification, please let me know! Thank you.

    Hi Caryy,

    According to the document entitled: http://java.sun.com/developer/technicalArticles/J2SE/Desktop/javase6/modality/ I think that you have no other choice than to hide and show it again...

    Changing the type of modality during execution. Changing the type of modality for a visible dialog box can have no effect until the dialog box is hidden and then shown again.

    But using the distribed mechanism of owner in the document, you can be modal compared to an owner and modeless compared to a new framework...

    Hope this can help...

  • Change "Date and time dialog box.

    Hi all.

    Is it possible to change the time and Date dialog box that is displayed in a time and a Date control? There are several details, I want to change, for example, translate the labels in Spanish, or remove the 'Help' button.

    Thank you very much

    Check out this thread.  http://forums.NI.com/NI/board/message?board.ID=170&message.ID=421557

    The dialog box is a VI that is stored in the directories of the LabVIEW program.  I would not recommend changes that affect everything else that you would do in LabVIEW.  But if you make a copy, do not show the button browse on your order, but do a similar button that calls the a copy of the VI that you modified to your liking and have your code to manage the treatment of this button as the writing of the date / time selected for the control, I think you do have a behavior similar to the way the native LabVIEW control behaves.

  • How to create a dialog box with a counter visible timeout?

    I have a dialog box which may arise when nobody is on the screen.  I would like to display a countdown in the dialog box that allows the operator knows that there so many seconds to make a decision before the program goes forward.  Is there a way to make the dialog box update while it is displayed?  What I have to do a sub VI or y at - it an easier way?  Any suggestions?

    To the best of my knowledge, you will not be able to change the construction in the dialog boxes to display a timer.  Maybe it's actually possible, but I doubt it's easy.

    In my opinion, you need to use a Subvi and display the front panel when it is called.  Organize the façade visually resemble the dialog box should appear with a digital indicator.  Feed the Subvi timeout value (which will allow you to decide when exit the while loop).  Use the "number of cycles (ms)" both inside and outside the while loop.  On the outside will mark the time during which the Subvi has been called.  Subtracting the two will change in time (how long the Subvi has worked in ms).  You can subtract this figure from the value of timeout and this thread to the digital indicator.  This will give you the effect of a countdown.

    If this value is less than zero, exit the while loop.  Similarly, if the operator performs certain tasks, exit the while loop.  On a side note, you can add a button to stop the countdown.  This will be useful if the operator gets to the screen with 2 seconds left.

  • catch the dialog box "open field"?

    Hello world

    I have an EditField with a limited number of characters in the line. If the user types an equal number, or more characters, "full field" default dialog box appears. Is it possible to change the text in this dialog box?

    lol but you might use a field without maxchars and implement a control of the length of yourself.

  • Photoshop CC 2015 [was: CS] off the screen dialog boxes

    I use Photoshop CC (2015). When I opened a dialog box, it seems to open out of the screen. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    I deleted the settings of Photoshop files, but this has not solved the problem.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

    If you delete the preferences of Photoshop, then all the locations of the dialog box are reset to zero, and they open centered on the main screen.

    So, either your BONES think the main display is elsewhere, or you have some other utility of changing the location of the dialog boxes.

  • How to continue rendering of the transition with the custom dialog box open

    Hello

    I'm working on a plugin for some transitions custom (currently for CS6/CC on Windows).

    I use a custom dialog (hasCustomDialog in PiPL) during the esSetup box to define the transition parameters. While the dialog box is open, first execution is suspended until the dialog box is closed.

    The problem is, if I'm fiddling with the settings I do not see the changes in the program monitor and I don't get any comment first.

    I tried to make the dialog non-blocking, but then first did not executives when I changed something in the dialog box.

    Anyone know if it is possible to maintain the dialogue and still have first actively updating the display?

    Kind regards

    Philipp Stelzer

    But I want to keep the dialog box open to see the changes directly without opening the dialog box whenever I want to change a value. Is this possible with a custom dialog?

    It is not the case.  But using the AE API with extensions of the transition, you should be able to achieve the same thing, with the effect controls panel, containing all your effects settings.

  • How to change the stop dialog box?

    So I will try to change the image of the banner of the stop in Vista dialog box, would anyone here happen to know how to do this (or if it is possible)?

    This:

    I checked a few dll in System32 (shell32, Shellstyle.dll, shgina [because the xp shutdown dialog box is apparently 'msgina.dll']) but I don't see anything that had to do with the shutdown dialog box. I thought that it would be better to ask before going through each file in system32.
    Any information would be very helpful, thank you.

    (btw, I searched google and bing nothing works, that's why I ask. "I doubt that many people would want to do this.)

    Thanks for your reply.

    I already searched the internet for the software, and I found a few programs that allow me to edit .dll files (which is what I assume that contains the info dialog box). I want to know is what file contains the dialog box information.

    EDIT: found, I guess this thread can be closed now.

    For future reference, the banner of the shutdown dialog box (among others) is located in C:\Windows\Branding\Basebrd\basebrd.dll
