  a. click on edit accounts in the choice of a task list box.
  b. click the account you want to change.
  c. Select the element you want to change:
  d. click on change the name to change the name that appears on the Welcome to the account screen.

  You should be able to change the name on your ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com/Apple. Sign in to your ID in the first section (account), click on the "Edit" button, and the name on the account should be included among the information that you can change.

  I don't do much with the refs (tried it out on the last project, however), but I think your problem is that you must change the type of anchor text anchor point, you need to create from hyperlinks context menu > new Destination of the hyperlink...

  Please follow the steps below and update us with the results.

  How to remove shadows:

  a. click "start". Right click on "computer". Select 'Properties' from the menu. Click the "Advanced system settings" link in the left pane of the window.

  b. click on the "settings" button in the "Advanced" tab in the "System Properties" dialog box

  c. click on the "Custom" radio button in the "Visual effects" tab in the "Performance Options" dialog box

  d. click to uncheck the check box next to "Shadows fall usage labels icon on the desktop."

  e. click the button 'Apply' and 'OK' to remove the shadows of fonts in Vista. Close the dialog boxes.
