  He wants a place on the header of every page of his Web site where he can post his latest information in real time every day. If he had his way, it would look like a strip of tickets transiting via the header of each page.   Ive looked through the forums and found several things to try and so far here, ive not seen one that worked, I meant that before anything else.   I'm currently editing a psd doc I got form someone else. It is supposed to be a guide of food that someone created for me. I need to change it.

  When I open it, it opens very low. Size of the image, it's 105 * 75. The doc is 7 * 5. The resolution is 15

  I can zoom in on the doc, but when I do the text is so blurry that its impossible to make out, so I can modify it.

  I tried to enter the size of the Image and change the resolution to 300. This increases the size of the image to 2100 * 1500

  After resampling, the image is larger. I Zoom out, but the text is the way to stil of blurred to change.

  What I am doing wrong?

  How to remove shadows:

  a. click "start". Right click on "computer". Select 'Properties' from the menu. Click the "Advanced system settings" link in the left pane of the window.

  c. click on the "Custom" radio button in the "Visual effects" tab in the "Performance Options" dialog box
