Sorry, but I see no e-mail address I can contact, so I'll have to ask on the forum.

Why charge me for a subscription or service that I have ever done or allowed? I recently received an email informing me that an order of $29.99 for minutes in Pakistan were made on my account two days ago. I just saw this e-mail. Now, I don't know anyone in Pakistan. I've never called for Pakistan. I don't intend to call someone in Pakistan. I never authorized or was informed that this acquisition was about to me is after the fact. I haven't watched my account to see if this purchase has a story (from my app Skype [Windows 7] has never made mention of this fact) or it is an isolated incident.

PS I received this e-mail, that advising me that I bought a subscription for 400 minutes in Pakistan - ONE WHICH has APPARENTLY ALREADY BEEN USED (s) - immediately after I changed my password and has received the notification. That is to say my account has been closed due to one reason or another so I sent my information through the Skype Web site to reactivate my account, go to this site via the Skype app. Then I received an email informing me that my account has been reactivated, followed by an email advising me that Skype "delivered my order", one I've ever done - the subscription of $29.99 for minutes at the Pakistan-one which I suppose was an auto-re-minute general charge which I set at $10 for more than a year and who has not been credited.

    I left the phone for a day, and the next day when I plugged in the charger it started to load. Also, he began to start, but kept at restarting during boot animation process.

    I understand now why Sony was victim when it comes to its mobile division, because they are dealing with horrible service centres when there are other ones that actually try to fix your phone and not force you to buy a new one rather than repair.

    If only Sony listen to complaints, even if they might be stupid. But stupid situations like these are where you're losing customers.

    When an unauthorized service center is ready to give me the time to listen and to try to fix my phone, while the AUTHORIZED service center does not even look my camera, it says a lot about society.

    Dear Adobe,

    as much as I don't like the idea of posting my company private on an open forum, I have no choice in this case as your hardley arranged always seem to be available.

    I signed up for a one month of Indesign CC trial, then decided to disable my subscription (well before the month was up) so that I would not be charged. I had the cat below which led me to believe that I didn't need to take more measures to ensure the deactivation. But no, I was now charged for use of a month, despite the alert Adobe that I wanted to unsubscribe and then uninstall the program from my computer.

    Please make sure that I have unsubscribed and refund my credit card immediately.

    I'm very unhappy to see the number of people on these forums who have similar problems, so I'm having a hard time never trust Adobe again.

For this problem, I called your service the customer more than 100 times and I visited your center customer service more than 10 times, including 7 times, they supported my phone without even looking at what the problem is all about, and 3 times, they have just updated the software of the phone and return to me , on January 15, 2016 when I presented my iphone with kamla nagar service center, they had my phone with them for a week and after a week they just gave my phone back by saying simply that there was a software problem that is updated by our care. 28 January 2016 again I need the visit to your service center of kamla nagar for the same question and they are with themselves for 2 week and after that they called and said that on device rear panel is pregnant by third party do, thereafter for 2 weeks, I presented my phone with the PSN Service Center and they said that your phone is already open by third party.

    I bought this phone because of its good will and after-sales service, but after seeing so many obstacles in first 6 months of the purchase I would please mention its my humble request to pay my money back because now somewhere down the line I would prefer not to use any Apple product and I probably make sure that none of my friends use it either. And Apple is such a renowned brand, I'm sure they won't be happy to see themselves in the Court of the consumer.

    I'm quite familiar with Toshiba products, but, to be honest, I haven't heard that this mechanism exists, so I think that you won't be able to find it anywhere.
    Best source where you can ask is closest to Toshiba authorized maintainer.

  • Problem with Toshiba authorized service providers

    I have a laptop Toshiba Satellite A300-17.

    Recently, I had the following problem: while the laptop was running normally, whenever I opened it I got a black screen (Please note that the output sound was normal). When I connected the laptop to an external monitor (VGA), I myself went to be normal for her and so I was able to work without any other problems.
    After a while, I decided to get the laptop for service providers authorized by Toshiba in Greece.

    They told me that the problem was the motherboard, that sounded really strange because I had no problem with starting. When I went to get the laptop on their part, I discovered that the computer cannot start.

    So I asked why this is happening and why it worked before and it doesn't work now.
    Their response was that my motherboard was "die slowly" and that they did not open the laptop to check what was wrong with her, but only an online diagnostic test.

    Of all the foregoing, I believe they have done something to my laptop and caused the problem with the motherboard. I tried to contact Toshiba Europe and inform them about the behavior of their authorized service providers by sending an e-mail in Germany ([email protected]), in the hope that they would do something in this regard. Unfortunately, I had no answer.

    Please note that I am a PhD student and my laptop is necessary for my research activity. All this delay has a major impact on my work.

    Who do I contact in order to bypass this?
    Is there anyone in the treatment of cases like that of Toshiba?
    Is it possible that a company like Toshiba just don't care about their customer satisfaction?

    How long should I wait before this problem is solved?

    It of really hard to tell how much of the material could be faulty, but if the laptop does not start, then a serious problem of material is possible.
    You said that the internal screen was dark, but you could work with an external monitor attached to the laptop.

    Well, that means the motherboard and graphics card might be ok and that the internal display will be affected.
    However, only a technician of the laptop could provide more details, after the material has been checked, so I would say you should get in touch with the guys once more in order to get the extract.

    Contact the technical assistance service from your ISP for help with your account – including the password (which, although I suppose that it is possible (if intentionally the value no password which is incredibly dangerous if they would even which allowed), is incredibly little likely, there isn't - although the installation program can do such that the need to seize every time has been bypassed and this way you apparently).

    If this isn't a problem with your ISP or ISP password, then it probably has something to do with the Exchange Server Setup program.  I'm not sure what exactly that you try to configure - an Exchange Server account, or an account customer to remote Exchange, hosting of your email server.  If the question relates to Exchange Server, please see the forum for assistance: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/exchangeserver.

    But the first place to start is your ISP because no matter the issues by e-mail, you need to know or may need to know your password.

    How to secure my friend uses the Windows XP for its banking services while she is in a nursing home? (This could be short term or permanent, unknown still.) She has not used the Toshiba laptop to come to 6 months. I don't know if it uses Norton or MacAfee, but it is certainly one of those who, for the security of the computer or if it is still up-to-date. She madeall her banking online as she was unable to leave the House for 3 years before its passage from 4 months in the hospital. The social worker arranged so that she could 'buy' a dongle MI-fi of 3G to use to access the internet (the social worker did not know that was what she had bought) so she can pay for her care. He has not been in place, but that nobody had heard of a MI-Fi, but I received a lot of help on that my service provider forum on wide band/phone who understand a little better now. Any suggestion security would be very welcome.

    The laptop is still loaded up during his stay in the hospital and used it for about an hour when it came out in April only to be re-admitted 7 hours later due to a fall.

    Your friend probably should buy a device for 'mobile broadband' rather than a 'MiFi'-, but your description of "MiFi dongle" suggests that it is perhaps what she actually still.

    A MiFi device is a wireless router that connects to the Internet via cell phone.  See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MiFi because it creates a wifi "hotspot" anyone with wifi capability can connect to it unless it is configured with a strong password WPA2.  Most of MiFi devices must support WPA2, but computer XP your friend may or may not.  If your friend's computer does not support WPA2, use WPA.  Do not use WEP and never set up an unsecured wireless connection.

    The alternative to a MiFi device is a mobile broadband that connects directly to the computer with the USB and acts as a direct connection to the Internet via the cell phone network.  See, for example, http://store.virginmedia.com/virgin-media-mobile/mobile-broadband/mobile-broadband.html

    Mobile broadband is more secure than MiFi because it does not use a wireless connection.  This may seem a little confusing, because it is, of course, wireless, but in terms of connections of the computer, "wireless" means a particular technology.  The distinction is similar to a 'wireless phone' that you can run on your home but needs to be to have a "borne" connected to your ordinary phone wire and a 'mobile' (what we call 'mobile phone' to the United States) telephone that connects wireless everywhere.

    As much as the computer itself is concerned, your friend probably evolve into a laptop with Windows 7 or Windows 8.  I understand that it is an additional expense, but Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft and will make it more vulnerable to attack no matter how it is connected to the Internet.
