Charm keeps dropping calls

I got the thin charm of last week and on Tuesday and Wednesday, he dropped a single call every day. I had restarted the phone and even out the battery, let it rest for a minute, put again and reboot. Today, after an appeal, I called Tmobile help. Finished talking to a Manager because the service person would not help me. While on the phone with the Manager, phone dropped a call. He had me change the SIM card. I went to call her husband (we both had the charm same day) to change his card too, got to your Inbox, voice calling, Tmobile tried, a semicircle, abandoned the appeal. At the customer service, they passed me to level 2 technical support, it was about to give me directions and dropped call. He ended up leaving me a voice message, because he tried to call me twice and each time it went straight to voicemail. Was told to change the settings from 3G to 2G. I've only used the phone 15 minutes since the switch to 2G, but he didn't give up. However, I do not know, but for me, who does not appear that the phone works properly. Since its less than 2 weeks, must I remind them to send a new phone? It was set to day so guess what is is not a problem to update. It's my first Android so I am somewhat a novice (and blonde lol) so theres other things I need to try, will you please give me instructions simple lol

Unless you live in an area that has a cellular cover bad, this should not be past.

If the sim card was not a solution.

Inviting you to fall to the bottom of your data to 2G isn't a great answer because your payment getting 3G.

If you have only had this phone a few days and that I return it for another. If the new has the same problem, I would check your cell phone coverage in your area by calling T-mobile and asking.

  • Connection/W-Fi Internet keeps dropping out

    Hello

my internet connection keeps dropping out, about once every hour / half-hour. It is not connect again by itself. It is not the router itself, because my previous laptop and other familymembers laptops do not have this problem.
The connection comes back when I remove the plug and put it again (to the router), but it is still frustrating to keep seeing your connection go without any reason.

Can someone help me solve this problem?

Can you please tell us what model of laptop do you have?

    > The connection returns when I pull out the plug and put it again (to the router)

How to understand this? What are you doing exactly?

  • Access Internet keeps dropping until I restart Satellite L850

    Hey guys,.

I bought a Toshiba Satellite L850 laptop a few months back and recently my Internet keeps dropping until I restart the computer.

The icon of internet access down to the right of the screen which should show my wifi signal strength shows no bar highlighted with a yellow star on it. When I try to click on it nothing happens.

Other icons work fine only the internet access icon hangs until I restart the computer after that I have internet again and the icon back to normal.

FYI the icon looks like this

  • Satellite A665-S6050 - wireless keeps dropping

    Hello

I have a Satellite A665-S6050 who keeps dropping my internet connection every 15 minutes. I'm sure this isn't my router. This happens in my library home, second home, main, Starbucks, appoint you.

I have to click on the connection many times sometimes disable internet and then reconnect or restart the computer, etc.. The weird part is that the window that appears when I knocked on the connection icon in the right corner of the computer shows that I am connected, but the small icon itself has that. on this subject. I'm so sick and tired of remove connections in the middle of paying bills and others, it becomes really aggravating. This just started a few months ago.

Is there someone out there who has had this problem and can tell me how to fix it? Thank you!

    Hi ctay122,

Let me guess. This happens while you are using the Eco mode on your laptop, right?

I ask this question because I noticed the same behavior on my Satellite A660 and the reason is that the WLAN Card for energy savings settings will be activated in eco mode to save energy. What you have to do is disable management feature in the power management Windows for the power of energy WLAN eco profile. You must configure the network card wireless for maximum performance, then the connection will not be lost.

  • Photon: Dropped calls and network connectivity problems

I bought my Photon August 18 and he was not long for me first to the problems with network connectivity.

The phone displays signal on the phone, but when you try to call, send text messages or surf the web. Zilch.

A soft reset works every time. I've had some experience with the issue of the "appeal of ghosts", but had no network connectivity so often that he was too much a problem. Restores the soft 3-4 per day.

I took the phone to the Sprint store and they told me that my phone verified and were not hardware problems that may be found. I said at the time on the update of the software of MR5 and was anxious to see how the phone after the update.

I received the update on Wednesday and the phone worked fine. No appeal of ghost, no network connectivity not problems, only dropped the call.

Now, Friday morning, I lost network connectivity despite seeing the strength of the signal and had to perform a soft reset to regain connectivity. My wife and I bought this phone at the same time. She had many calls interrupted before the update and we both experienced after that update eventhough signal showing on the phone is at least two if not more bars.

Is this a known issue? Is it going to be/CAN this be corrected by a software update? Is this phone a lemon and he'll remember?

I LOVE this phone. I don't want to get rid of it, but...

Seriously. It's a phone! Making calls should be the FIRST thing that is done right.

Please, someone, Motorola, reassure me that this isn't a lemon and that network problems are going to be fixed. I CAN wait, but I don't want to get stuck with two phones for $200 that need to be pampered just to be usable.

    Thank you

    TC

Yes, it turns out that be was a buggy phone. Two stores tested Sprint phone for reception of the signal and they said that it spent; but as said the technician in the second store, the tests they take place the phone in ideal conditions.

The two stores I've visited, said they were ready to replace the phone, but my first visit came just before the MR5 update software while I was willing to wait to see if the update corrects the problem. It didn't, but the replacement of the second store phone works fine with upgrading to MR5 and really no problem.

I'll go ahead and mark this question as a response, but if you experience the same problems of chance complete loss of all network connectivity (Sprint or otherwise), I recommend getting the phone replaced. It is a bad camera.

Oh and the technician at the second store mentioned the network problems. It has been a problem for them, but the most telling proof of the issue of network is random dropped calls. So if from time to time, you lose a call under the conditions of good network signal, it's probably not your phone and Sprint. I have almost that many abandoned calls as of late, so it could have been the wrong phone I had that really amplified the problem... or... Sprint has got some of the bugs in our region.

Thank you for looking in. I hope that your problems are as easy to solve as mine and I hope that you are still within your 30 days so that you get a new replacement.

    Best wishes

  • On Tecra M4 wireless connection keeps dropping out

I have a Tecra M4 and I use it my brother home with her for months and all netgear wireless network suddenly without changing my laptop network keeps drop the connection, even if there is always a full-power signal.

One minute, it is connected then it just says auto but is not attempting to connect again. Normally, it will connect for a few minutes and then drops and will connect again on its own.

    Thank you

Try disabling the "zero configuration wireless service. It can happen that a neighbor of yours has also installed a wireless network and therefor your laptop is down the connection to find another router. This service is not really necessary, its just there to search for a better connection. You can reactivate at any time again.

I'll describe the steps below on HOW DISABLE the 'wireless Zero configuration service ":

    (1) open 'control panel'---> 'Administrative tools'---> double click on "Services".
    2) scroll down until you see the 'wireless zero configuration' and right-click on it. Now select "Properties".
    (3) in the "service status" area, choose the option "STOP" to stop the service
"(4) Finally, where it is said: Startup type (it's a menu drop-down), choose"Disabled"in order not to allow the service to start the next time you reboot your system.

If there is continuous so that he abandons the connection now test your system. If not, your problem is solved, if not... re - activate the service and wait for more ideas.
Whatever it is, come back to share your findings,

    Best regards and good luck

In addition to their money get on your part to do anything of any value,

So if you have done so, I highly recommend that you do both of the following

1 do a clean reinstall of Windows.

    2. after reinstallation of Windows, change all your passwords.

  • Drop calls and the screen changes while I talk to who puts me on mute

While I'm talking on the phone and now to my ear, the screen will switch to the keyboard on the screen and I can hear the other person but they don't hear me. I can click back to the call in progress, while it works. In addition, the phone hangs up on several occasions. Sometimes the phone ends the call within 5 seconds of me being on the phone and sometimes up to 3 times in a row. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this. Thanks for any idea!

IMO there is no excuse for this type of problem in a phone.  It's really maddening when Verizon and Motorola to ignore it.  However, I suggest that you try the app Screen Suite.  I used to drop calls constantly.  This thing has fixed this particular problem.  I don't think this absolves Verizon and Motorola to provide their own dose, but it helps.  Try it and let us know how it goes for you.
