Last night my mother crashed the computer (the only thing she did apparently was click on volume control panel too often making it appear several times, and then go away, she then tried to open the shortcut on the desktop "internet explore", who then tried to load FireFox instead, as it has become the default value). From there on, the computer did not respond, and I could not close normally, so I had put out of service. Today, we have tried several times to use this laptop, but although it loads normally and the Mouse/touchpad moves correctly, we cannot click on any icons or the dowes or whatever it is is completely insensitive.
