  Take a look on Re: Add a line in the detail table when the checkbox is enabled on a table of master report clone an entire line so it should include check boxes. Just make sure that ypu run updateInputs() or something similar to make sure that all the boxes have unique attributes "name".

  I was wondering if any of you saw an example of element onhover help with query... I mean.. Lets imagine a form of table with a column of comment text field. Comment column a width 50, but we all know that comment as being long ;) ale I would like to see the full length comment whenever I put my cursor on a specific line. Is this possible?   I have a table editable ADF where an attribute is a Boolean checkbox... and stores the value with Y or N.
  
  Is there a way where the single checkbox must be selected at time of posting?
  
  For example, in the case its a table of responses to a choice unique to an application of Questionnaire, Question by adding new responses to the table..., the user inserts 3 rows (answers)... then the Boolean checkbox for only one of these 3 rows can be verified.

  Since you have an attribute that has the "Y" or "n" for each line.
  When the user selects a line, you must deselect the other lines using the value change listener pro-grammatically.
  If the number of rows is large, it could be performance intensive.

  I want to use lighter smothing and simple, because table is very large (3 GB), so I use this:

  Returns 1 or nothing

  I want to translate anything in 0, how can I do it in the simplest possible?

  will be 0 if the table contains no rows and 1 if it has a few lines.

  You can also use an EXISTS subquery.

  I have a table that when subject to a dumping lists date for all the days of the month. There is a form, where the user specifies the date and when submitted, transfers to a file processing.cfm which is where I want the < cfif > to check if the date specified in the form exists in the table (in this way, it only limits the user to only be able to select a date from this month for an event). Is it possible to have a cfif where it will check if the table contains the date, the user has specified and the real return (if contains the specified date) and transfers the form to email.cfm (where it will send all form entries) or will return false (if outside this range) and then return to the eventform.cfm?

• How to export data to excel that has 2 tables with the same number of columns and the column names?

  Hi everyone, yet once landed upward with a problem.

  After trying many things to myself, finally decided to post here...

  I created a form in form builder 6i in which clicking on a button, the data gets exported to the excel sheet.

  It works very well with a single table. The problem now is that I cannot do the same with 2 tables.

  Because the tables have the same number of columns and the columns names.

  Here are the 2 tables with column names:

  We have ADF Table with column drag and drop option. Also we have implemented ADF Table with excelHTMl type of export.

  Everything works as expected. Only problem is if we try to exchange a few columns by drag-and - drop option and then export the table, we receive the order of the columns with brewing. But our demand is, the user must obtain the export with the initial order table by default.

  It would be great, if you can suggest an idea to export the ADF table with default column order.

  I need to find a list of tables with columns in common.
  
  So basically I need a list of tables and tables that have 3 or more column in common with her, and what are these columns.

  'Just', you need to add an aggregation function to present the list of corresponding columns.

  In 11.2, it has LISTAGG:

  You should know that we don't talk to relational systems which are standardized. Its common practice when building data warehouse. Number of columns in the tables will depend on the complexity and the size of your warehouse and the number, size and complexity of your source systems.

  Point is that even now, when the data warehouse is "done", we still add/remove columns changes to warehouse such as changing the source systems.

  You should also know that your approach is very inefficient in what you bring to cold fusion more data that you need. First you select all fields from 3 tables when you don't seem to use all the. Then, you select all the records and you only want to use 3. There are better ways out there, but they are specific db and you didn't say what you use.
