  I am bit new to use the collection arraycollection in flex. I'm having this particular scenario, where I get Server data in a table. So I have to check if the arracollection I created is initialized or not. If it is not initialized I need to initialize it or other wise, just add collection from table to table. Here is the code snippet

  But unfortunately the above code does not work for me, because the arraycollection collection is not initialized first, there is no way of checking me if it is initialized later or not as the compiler gives me the error checking to null...

  Can any Walter suggest how can I check if the table collection is initialized or not?

  I would appreciate any suggestions and thouhgts for the same

  Sorry to say, but it's not the right approach...

  I'm abt don't know what is exactly done so I'll give a generic example...

  I have an ArrayCollection collection...

  private var arrC:ArrayCollection;

  Maybe it's getting used internally in several places, so you be sure if she be initialized already or not. Then use a code something like that...

  If (arrC! = null & arrC.length > 0)

  ...

  }

  }

  and it is not initialised it will give exceptional at the time to compile...

  For a logic if(a && b) be true both a and b must be true, so if same first one (a) is false it will not evaluate the second logic (b).

  1. don't you try to install the game in the other computer with the same disc?

  If you are not able to install the same game on another computer it clearly seems to be a problem is with the CD, then I would you to see link and check if it helps.

  I want to check whether or not the competing applications is complete the backend using the API. I discovered that FND_CONCURRENT.wait_for_request can be used, but inside this procedure they use dbms_lock.sleep command to delay treatment. I used the same dbms_lock.sleep in my code, but does not correct results.
  Please you siggest me on solutions workaround that needs to be done to get the exact time of the concurrent request will have to fill.

  You can get the same information in table FND_CONCURRENT_REQUESTS (API of FND_CONCURRENT of the readings of the same table).

  If you want to continue to use an API, see if you can use FND_CONCURRENT. GET_REQUEST_STATUS (Please check if it is a public API).

  Hello. I have a 5 s iPhone that I bought used a few months ago. It works very well.

  Normally I charge it by connecting it to my Mac via a USB cable. Last night, I tried to recharge by connecting Apple USB power (also called a power outlet) adapter, which plugs into the wall, supplied with the phone. (Here's a link to the adapter if you are not sure what I'm talking about:.) When I connect the iPhone to the power adapter, I saw that the phone is charging - there was the small icon representing a lightning bolt near the battery of the iPhone.

  However, when I woke up in the morning, the iPhone has been charged only 47%. I don't remember what the percentage was when I plugged into the power supply last night, but I don't think that the phone at that time was much less.

  So I wonder: nobody knows what went wrong? Is there a way to make sure that the phone is loaded with the adapter?

  If there is a symbol of bolt of lightning next to the battery icon, then the phone should be in charge.  If it is charging a single source, but not another, then the problem is with the unpaid source.  Try another adapter to confirm.

  For the past two weeks, whenever I start my Dell INSPIRON E1705 while using the power I am greeted with the following message. "Unable to determine the type of AC power adapter. Your system will run more slowly and the battery won't charge. "Please connect a Dell 90W Adapter or higher for a better functioning of the system. I press the F1 key and everything works fine. I read about this on other sites and most say that it is a design flaw in the diet after been properly cord around the power as expected. Apparently some of the strands of internal wire cords becomes broken and cause this message. My computer is from June 2006 and should not have this problem so soon... or ever. This seems to be a flaw that should create some sort of reminder of manufacturers, since so many people have this problem. I am of course out of warranty, will Dell replace this for free?

  You're right, the failure is due toloss of the power supply signal identification. Sometimes this happens because of the pressure on the CAP, which breaks the signal wire. Some are even so severe that the insulation comes off of the card; This is due to rough handling. The other cause is one or more of the seizure of power solder connections to the card system become broken. This is also linked to the severe treatment. I saw a case where all three power and three of the four mechanical linkages connections have been disconnected. If the power supply is bad, a replacement will cure the problem. If this isn't the case, then the decision is wrong, and this will require a replacement of the system board. If you are experienced, you can try to resolder the connections. I am experienced and wasn't able to get my daughter E6000 work by resoldered. Newer Dells use a replaceable power connection card which is a less expensive repair.

  Often, I get the following message between the screens "Dell" and "Windows", when that I start my XPS M1710 when plugged:

  Unable to determine the type of AC power adapter.  The system can start only with a 130 W power adapter or more.  Hit the F1 key to shutdown.  To resolve this problem, try to reconnect the AC adapter.

  This message occurs when the AC adapter is inserted correctly and completely, and that's the Dell adapter supplied with my notebook.  Is there anything I can do (possibly a registry hack) to force the computer to start instead of this message?  Once it gives me this message and I have to press F1 to close it, it takes an extremely long time to go to the "Dell" screen on the chest which follows (1 minute or two).  My battery hold so little cost when that happens, I turn on the laptop when it is plugged in, unplug it when the "Dell" on-screen progress bar finishes, then plug it back when the 'Windows' screen is displayed.

  It is an old laptop and I will soon receive a new, so I won't spend the money to buy a new AC adapter and the battery for XPS M1710, but I'd like to solve this problem, if it can be done otherwise.

  I used to have this problem until it has just stopped working. Fact of the matter is Dell power supplies are designed for out of normal use. The cable for the tiny pin in the middle is broken inside the brick and was not fixed easily (you'd have to bust open the brick). Horrible design and this officially marks the last machine from Dell, I will never buy. With a registry hack that prevents the audit (ensuring the adapter you are using is Dell to make them more money), adapter is perfectly capable. I have an adapter 130W (XPS L1502X) and because of this my brother (Studio... not sure of the model). Mine came with the laptop at the time of purchase and the power adapter may not be recognized by me or my brothers laptop computer. Now my computer recognizes the cable my brother, but here's the catch: its cable is less common that mine and this can cause serious damage to my machine. When Dell said that it is a "security feature", it is so full of Bull. If that were the case, it would not allow that my brothers cable to go into my machine. Nice one Dell, you have lost a customer and I will make sure that everyone that I go looking for a new laptop does not buy your trash.

  I'm currently waiting on a replacement power brick that I ordered on ebay, so I can charge my laptop once again. Dell will charge you $ 70-80 to do this on eBay it's around $ 30-40 - all avoiding the retail margin.

  I do not throw accusations at Dell for the design of the brick to fail, I'm going off the coast of many positions of electrical engineers who have experienced the same frustrations and have taken it upon themselves to expose this type of scam.
