HELLO, I have a windows7, 32 bits, the internet explore 10, I have wind flow technicians working on the virus, there was a lot of viruses is what I was told. I ask them to remove any empty file that I didn't need. It took 2 days them because they were so busy. I have a page on the front of the computer, saying that I need to check your Microsoft environment. I don't have any ideal what or how to do this. What do it mean? Can you please help, I need to know how to send Microsoft to screen captures, I don't know how do either. Thank you. I can't access right now.

To clean the temporary files and the folder, I suggest you perform a disk cleanup.

Delete files using disk cleanup

Note: Other Options, if you select the option system restore and shadow copies. With this option, you can remove all but the most recent point on the restore disc.

I suggest a full system virus scan and check if it helps.

It seems suspicious, first of all I would expect to be HTTPS and appleid.apple.com not .net.

I would say that it is a phishing scam!

If your account has been suspended it would be an e-mail message to your e-mail address associated with your apple ID.

If you're on an iPhone, report the message as spam and Apple will receive.

Recently bought a Lenovo S6000 Android tablet for my wife and tried to use Skype, version 4.4.0.31835, which is preinstalled.

When you try to connect, I get ' you may not be connected at this time. Please check your mobile network settings and try again. "If I then press the key to access network settings there is no indication of what is wrong or what needs to be changed. I can connect to Skype by using the same account on my Windows 7 PC with no problems.

There are a few messages in the event log of my BT Home Hub on spoofing arounf #d time I tried to connect.

I have to open a port for Skype or put all the entries in the firewall of the router?

I only posted this yesterday and have not received any answer, but I thought I'd share my solution.

The message seems to have anything to do with network connections - it seems really means is that Skype (Microsoft) are not another thing that the latest version supporting on Android.

I deleted the version preinstalled on the Tablet (4.4.0.31835) and reinstalled from the App store (version 5) - guess what it works now with no other changes to my router or tablet.

Would be nice if the developers could actually return a realistic message about the problem and how to solve, rather than expect end users to just "know" what to do!

You seem to have installed a useless program, Octoshape.
