So these look likethese are the files that must be copied in C:\Bootex.log or whatever his name, but they seem to have become orphaned and never rested.

New keep is done whenever I have run chkdsk.

I used chkdsk /f and chkdsk /r in safe mode.

Apart from this, the drive seems to be OK.

What can I do about it? What happens here?

Thanks for reading and offer advice.

Hello

Chkdsk logs you get are for your reference. It helps you to check if you have any bad sectors in the drive. Every time that you run the disk check, you will get to see the newspapers. You can remove the newspapers using Disk Cleanup.

In regards to orphaned files, it is possible that the reader begins to fail in this case, you will need to contact your manufacturer for assistance. You can run the tools available from the hard drive manufacturer to check the issue.

For more information, see the following Microsoft article and check if that helps.

Hope the information is useful.

  • No sound with audio volume on the screen box (won't go away)

I tried to plug in headphones and external speakers, which both DO not work, but this audio volume box will not disappear on the screen. My thought is that the speakers are out?

In windows 8 when you open the Task Manager you will see a Startup tab, look for any program of HP in there. It can be stupidly obviouse as hpwarrantycheck.exe. Then turn it off.

  • House of indicator screen blackBerry Smartphones won't go away

I have an indicator at the top of my screen that, no matter what I do won't go away. It resembles an indicator of voicemail, but now I have no voicemail. I tried leaving a message in the voicemail box and then remove it, but that didn't work.

Does anyone know what this flag is for? See the image below.

    Thanks in advance.

Exactly the thing that happened to me yesterday and I spent a LOT of time with Verizon Tech Support.  First of all, it IS an icon of the voicemail.  It seems that the problem has something to do with Visual Voicemail, which I had activated/provisioned.  When I got my first voicemail and listened to in Visual Voicemail, I had a devil of a time remove and eventually did, but this icon remained.  What tech support finally did was disable Messaging voice Visual in the network, then sent me a new voicemail that I listened to the way "outdated", then deleted.  When I removed it, the home screen icon finally disappeared.

Now, I am reluctant to return to Visual voicemail service... and more, I found that having to enter the password for voicemail visual voicemail every time was a pain compared to the fact to be able to set it up in the opening of session of voicemail on the BB.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones icon won't go away

A small white icon that looks like a cassette is display on my home screen. It has no figures with it. I think this is a voicemail icon, but my mailbox is empty: I checked it several times.

Can someone identify the icon and then tell me how to get rid of it. I already have my battery several times different (but not for 30 minutes as a post suggested a missed call icon that won't go away).

Here you are at choice,... follow these steps in order until it is resolved.

    1. Call your voicemail and clear the message.
    2. You can call your BB from another and leave a message. You BB, call your voicemail and clear and delete your messages.
    3. Hard Reset BlackBerry by holding ALT CAP (right Shift key) and DEL (or removing and reinserting the battery)
    4. Change your theme and see if it persists and return to your desired theme. (Options > theme > select.)
    5. Clean and reload your OS.
  • BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry 8520 - icon won't go away?

    Hello

The logo shows from the Blackberry App World, with little through arrow and the Red Star of notification. I have the newest app world, all my applications have been updated last night. I did the battery pull, I left the battery out for half an hour and put again, and I have reinstalled and uninstalled various applications. The logo is always in the corner of my screen at run time, and it won't go away. It's really bugging me!

    Can anyone help?

Well, if there is no new messages on the app world or updates to all the other apps then I'll go with my 1st theory by saying it's bugged. Facebook and Appworld do for me on occasion, where a message icon won't go away, and the only way I make them go away is to uninstall and reinstall. Doesn't hurt to try.
