I have the serial number.
I was able to reload Lightroom after many difficulties.
All I can find is stuff of cloud.

Creative cloud - returns to the trial - login request serial number
I had problems with CC on two different machines, running OSX Lion and Mountain Lion
When opening any program CC he requests the license.
It then asks me to connect or if connected already to confirm my email CC. Once this happened it requires a serial number

They do not work on a machine (Michael is grayed out) or asking to connect you (in gray also)
Same issue on both machines. I completely uninstalled CC on both, run the CC cleaner http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html and reinstalled. Same question.
Any help would be appreciated seriously. I spotted a few similar things in the forums with really poor support - some go back to the past few months?

Now that I joined creative Cloud is anyway I can get a serial number for Photoshop?
I've just been on the phone for technical support and billing of 2 1/2 hours. Last night I was chatting with them for an hour and a half, please help. I'm on a date limit (as everyone here, I'm sure).
I have a plug-in which requires Photoshop has a serial number registered so he could start.
That my new copy of Photoshop is enabled on the cloud - this plugin (SiteGrinder) don't see it as a registered copy.
Billing has been able to provide me with the serial number which is linked to my account, but no one can tell me how to enter this serial number for Photoshop now.
We tried to clear my temp folder, who brought back the window 'continue the trial or licensed software', but once I'm registered there is no opportunity to enter my serial number. This was done following the instructions of tech support reps. I think I maybe clicked must continue the trial to bring this opportunity to enter a serial number. I do not know.
The last person I spoke to was very difficult to understand and spoke to me as if I didn't know what I was doing, but actually, I don't think he really understood my problem.
Curiously, the person that I spoke in the Department of billing immediately understood my problem and after that put me on hold told me there was a work around.
I have a serial number there must be a way to get in, right?

Thanks again. Seems that an update to the latest version fixed. I feel a bit stupid. They had no ducumentation to this effect on their site, and I was not having any problem with SG in PS CS4 then my panic and run ahead of my common sense a little. From SG 3.5.4 seems it's a non-issue. What is the closing of one of these discussions, tag if there is?

So, today, 7 July 2016 I tried to come back and update Adobe Creative cloud, after waiting for a long time (kept saying: 'Try to connect to the server'), 100% and then creative cloud has gone, with no trace that is never on my computer just after the update. Why should I spend the equivalent of several hours per week of waiting for the Adobe programs that crushed to restart or even simply do what they are supposed to?
There are a few mintues left Photoshop because I tried to open an Acrobat PDF file on it. It happens every time I try to open a PDF file. It would not be so bad if I could just re-run the program, but don't leave Photoshop, or at least the computer think there. The only option I have is to restart the entire computer. Which takes at least 10 minutes to get back where you were.
Acrobat will not print, either. Says it can't convert the file or something. So I called the printer. Tjhey immediately suggested that I try an excerpt. He printed the same doc in a few seconds. Then I put a message on one of the forums and receive a response from a member of Adobe staff who gave me complicated instructions. I replied asking for an explanation, but there has been no response. So I just use an extract instead of Acrobat as much as possible.
Earlier today, I had to update a print ad that I had done last year. It took five minutes for InDesign open. The previous CS4 program takes only a few minutes, and even that was longer than Quark or Pagemaker usually take.
A few weeks ago, I tried to recreate in the new animated program, an animation similar to what I did in Edge animate two years ago. The new Animate would just not this. Objects that had to move around in the timeline at times moved whenever they felt like it. Even the Adobe engineer was rerouted and the problem to a "higher level of support. Needless to day I heard nothing else. Instead, I bought the Hype that works perfectly well.
I have so little respect for CC yesterday, when my laptop suddenly started to slow down, I disabled just CC. The computer worked perfectly.
So I have two questions. Is my computer, an iMac 21.5 inch, mid-2011, with a processor 2.5 Ghz Intel Core i5 and 16 GB of RAM up to runnning CC nominations or should I get a new one? Apple says that the computer is still valid, but it is 5 years old and must manage the creative cloud OK. I lost count of the number of technicians from Adobe, I called and who have logged on to my computer with this remote log in utility and they never found a problem with the computer itself.
The second question is about Adobe. Is there a problem? Is he fell of time difficult and pulled all its programmers? Or management she simply his head far to the top of her behind the company is coasting on its cash cows and will expire eventually?
Sorry for a long rant. He is there nothing more frustrated in my life now that Adobe. I'm trying to wean myself off completely creative cloud but it is slow going and expensive. I wish there was another way. I wish that adobe really cared people who subscribe to the CC and use their products.

Creative cloud damaged, does not reinstall
I get an error message that says that the creative cloud is missing or damaged and the guests to reinstall.
However, when I run the installer, it says again "missing or damaged, reinstall.

If you still get error even after execution of Adobe cleaning tool, you can try with steps below:
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
Temporarily disable the firewall.
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]
Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.
Then, download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.
