• Cisco and Checkpoint VPN clients on a single PC

  I'm in the following fix:

  I had used customer Checkpoint SecuRemote 4.1 SP - 5 VPN in the past.

  Now, I have installed the Cisco VPN client version 4.0.4 on my PC to access IPSec VPN for the PIX in our headquarters.

  According to Cisco VPN release notes http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/vpn/client/rel404/404clnt.htm#wp1346340 , it should be possible to have clients both Cisco and Checkpoint VPN installed on the same machine.

  But I am not able to connect to my PIX, I receive the following error message:

  "Secure the complete VPN connection locally by the Client.

  Reason 403: failed to contact the security gateway. »

  When I'm looking for signs of PC control-> system-> hardware-> device Administration-> network cards, I can see Cisco Systems VPN Adapter disabled.

  After you activate manually, I always get the same error when you try to connect to the Cisco VPN client.

  After PC restart the Cisco VPN adapter is disabled later.

  I tried to uncheck Check Point SecuRemote form my Dial-up connection (bypassing CSCea31192 of bug, but the bug does not affect NAT - T connection which I use).

  I noticed the same situation on three different computers, one running Windows XP, both running Windows 2000.

  After uninstalling the client Checkpoint completely (including Windows registry manual removal), the Cisco VPN client works very well.

  It seems to me, therefore, that there is a profound mismatch between Cisco and Checkpoint VPN clients.

  Does anyone know of a workaround?

  We had the same problem with some of our users who need to use the two clients to connect to customer sites.

  If I remember the cisco client does not start automatically, but the client of checkpoint 4.1 don't.

  We by-passed by deleting the registry entry point control that starts the client at startup. fwenc.exe is the entrance and it is in

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

  After that make a shortcut to the executable file that is stored in the directory \bin to relevant checkpoint on the client (it is different from NT & 9 client x) and then only start when it is necessary.

• No Ping response from Site to Site connection between 876 of Cisco and CheckPoint Firewall

  Hello!

  We try to create a Site-to-Site - connection IPSec between a Cisco 876 (local site) and a control-firewall station (remote site). Cisco 876 is not directly connected to the internet, but it is behind a router ADSL with port-forwarding, redirection of ports 500 and 4500. The configuration of the Cisco 876 running is attached to this thread. Unfortunately, I get no results when debugging the connection with the command "debug crypto isakmp" and "debug crypto ipsec".

  From the point of view of Checkpoint firewall the connection seems to be implemented, but there is no response from ping.

  The server in the local site to be achieved since the network behind the firewall Checkpoint has a routing entry "PEI route add [inside the ip-net Remote] 255.255.255.0 [inside the premises of intellectual property]" (see also annex current config name ip addresses).

  Establishing a VPN Cisco Client connection to the same router Cisco 876 works very well.

  Any help would be much appreciated!

  Add my two cents here.

  You should always verify that the following ports and Protocol are open:

  1 - UDP port 500--> ISAKMP

  2 - UDP port 4500--> NAT - T

  3-protocol 50---> ESP

  A LAN-to-LAN tunnel will never establish a TCP session, but it could use NAT - T (if behind a NAT). Remember that a single translation isn't a port forwarding, a LAN-to-LAN tunnel is not good unless you have a one-to-one translation of the NATted device, which I think, in your case the router is working.

• Can't click and drag to select anything in the Apple Pages

  I worked for hours on this unanswered anywhere on the internet.

  I can't click and drag to select text in the Apple Pages. I can click and drag to select text in other applications on the same computer, but in the Pages, I can't click and drag. It will show the text highlight for a fraction of a second, and then it will disappear. I can't copy or cut, because it will not select it. If I select the text with clicking and then holding down the SHIFT key and then clicking on at the end of the text, he chooses for me. But clicking and slippery will only highlight, then disappear.   When you download a new gadget which folder does download while it appears in the selection of additional gadget.  I can't find a record that relates to the sidebar or gadgets on my computer.  Ran a search, and they do not always show upward.  In addition, instructions to restore gadgets installed with the computer: do right click Select sidebar - select Properties - 'Restore gadgets installed with windows' this selection is gray and cannot be selected.  What now?

  Here are the steps to download and install new gadgets. http://freewindowsvistatutorials.com/meetWindowsVista/windowsSidebarAndGadgets/downloadAndInstallSidebarGadgets.htm. There is no particular place to download - usually, I download them to the desktop for installation and then I use C:\Users\personal myself (with a special created Gadgets folder it contains) to store the download for use later, if necessary (assuming that I save it at all). Also, this procedure explains how to remove gadgets using the sidebar, so you don't have to go looking to uninstall files or anything like that.

  As far as the original gadgets go, here's a thread on the same problem with a solution which is marked as an answer (even if the person who has posted never confirmed it worked):http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistaprograms/thread/1a979f08-a67e-43a6-a87c-3fa02dff9be1.

  If this does not work, perhaps to restore the entire box will solve the problem.  Here's how:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/963010.  It can uninstall everything new gadgets that you added when it resets to zero (and I'm not positive that it will restore the original gadgets if he can fix the button greyed out), but if you accept that, it's worth a try.

  I have a windows7 32 bit desktop. While everything works fine the problem is whenever I leave the keyboard and mouse intact even for one minute, the display turns off and change to select the screen of the user. 'Disable the display' and "put the computer to sleep" has been on 'never' and screen saver changed nothing but the problem still persists.

  I just changed a MS Word file that I sent to myself. Dialog box asks if you want to open or save. I chose open. I'm making updates and proceed to select save ICON (disk). I wanted to send the doc after update, but MSN does not allow to download an open file. I click save ICON new and closed the file, but when I looked for the file, it was not available. Y at - it a temporary area so that the file is saved.

  If not, then a suggestion would be to give the user a prompt to remind them that the file was not registered although check-in ICON selected constantly throughout the writing of the document.

  If you have an attachment to the document that you want to edit, save the attachment to your HARD disk first and then change it. After starting change it, choose Save as and you keep moving, click on save or Ctrl + S to update the changes, once again this made, set the document.

  Editing an attachment while remaining attached to an e-mail message will not save changes if there is an interruption such as you describe.

• 12.1.3 JDeveloper and table for selection of rows in Internet Explorer 9

  Configuration: Windows 7, Internet Explorer 9 12.1.3, JDeveloper (sorry, the company standard for now)

  I have problems of selection of rows in a table when you use IE9 (disabled compatibility view) as my browser.  I created a simple application to test.  I did the following:

  1 created a new web application from merger in JDev 12.1.3.

  2 objects of business created for 1 table

  3. create a simple page (jspx) for testing

  4 dropped the table on the side of Center of a PanelStretchLayout on the page as a table read-only with sorting and single-row selection enabled.

  5. changed the property table DisplayRow selected.  No other property has changed.

  When I run the application, the table appears and is filled as expected.  However, after you select at random the rows in the table, the application will lose focus and become hidden behind other applications on my desktop.  If I bring the application in the foreground and try again the same thing will happen.  After the selections of line 1 X application will disappear from the screen.

  I decided to reproduce the JDev 12.1.2 test.  In JDev 12.1.2 the application behaves as expected.  Never, the application loses focus after several attempts to select a field.

  I wonder if something in the hotfix released to correct the 12 c/Internet Explorer 11 questions is the culprit.

  Everyone knows about this problem?  I hope there is a change of ownership that I do in 12.1.3 to solve the problem.

  Add a clientListener inside the table

  Add a javascript method

  Just seems to bring the window to the front without changing anything, as far as I can tell.

  In which table is this column?  Assuming that it is in a table called entity_table, you can do something like this:

  This does not have anything on the number of lines is entity_table, or what are the values in the column of the entity.  In other words, the query works in all cases.  If any line in entity_table entity = 'Project', then the pm_projects data will be included in the result set.  If any line in entity_table entity = 'Request', kcrt_request_details data will be included.

  You have created a new CATALOG... !  not a collection!  (looking at your screen-clip)

  Re-open your correct catalogue-'Lightroom Catalog.lrcat 5' in the Menu > file > open recent element.

  Select the pictures again, click [+] on the header of the COLLECTIONS Panel.

  Are you referring to the widgets etc that you have added to pages or the actual interface of Muse?

  If it's things on the page then you most likely have an empty element above them. Do a select on your page and make sure that there are no elements that overlap your clickable items. Also make sure your clickable items are highest in your layers panel.
