Cisco TMS display problems

I've implemented a new MSD MSD 14.3 TMSPE 1.1 and after a recharge facility, I got an error of Portal:

I am also unable to view device Details on the browser page... status still loading...

If anyone seen this before? Where to look for the question? Thanks for the help!

Moreover I also found a problem with the SmartScheduler, give back:

"There was a problem connecting to the server scheduler: unspecified error."

This server error you get probably because of the "unauthorized"method. The most common cause for that error is that you have configured IIS manually and do not let the TMS Installer install and configure IIS for you.

Check if the WebDAV publishing feature is installed with IIS (This installs if you simply select all of the features of IIS when adding roles, TMS is rather selective in this respect). If this is the case, then that is most likely causing the SERVER ERROR message. Not sure about the error Portal however, but maybe it has something to with the IIS being manually set up?

To check this:

On the windows server, open Server Manager, expand roles, click on the Web (IIS) server.

Now check Services of role' and find the WebDAV publishing. To say no "installed". If it is installed, then uninstall it and try to remove the Group again. Don't know if you must restart the IIS service, but if it still doesn't work after the uninstall, just try a reboot or a CMD IISRESET.

    I recently upgraded to TMS 13.2 and installed Exchange TMS 3.0.1. Installation and Configuration worked well, but no event is synchronized to MSDS. If I look at the log file, I see the following line:

    Cisco TMS Server is not responding. Halting.

    It seems that TMS Exchange is not able to communicate with the TMS. Setup worked well, and the TMS user is Super Administrator, so I don't think it's a problem of permission.

    Also, I would look in the Windows event logs to see if there's something interesting here. Especially check the application + TMSXE the event logs. I Don t want to join here (it's for the TAC) but if you see something that could be linked to the issue, please let us know.

    It seems that your screen displays some graphical anomalies when you connect to your user name. I would use these troubleshooting steps in the following article on the resolution of screens:

    Restart your Mac in safe mode to reset the default display resolution.

    If booting safe mode doesn't resolve the problem, reset your Mac NVRAM and SMC to reset the video ports on your Mac to their default values.
