Installation of QuickTime is essential to get the necessary QuickTime functions of Premiere Elements. There is no QuickTime 64 bit application of all reports.

  QuickTime crashes when you try to open a video file of 4 k with codec AVC.

  I force-quit QT, but every time that I re - open, that regularly hold QT file again and again.

  QT makes it unusable.

  How can I remove this file from QT?

  If it's a link and not a built-in player then you can also use "save the link under" in the context menu instead of a left click of the link.
