This page will display the SP1 of Vista, under the heading: order a DVD of Windows Vista SP1, click on your region and then select your country and will take you to a page where you can buy the SP1 and SP2
Save the link and it's also for others to read this post wishing to purchase Service Packs for Vista as long download time saved and you can use them download are a problem or you reinstall your operating system.
If you later reinstall OS and you install the drivers manually install the Service Packs right after OS reinstalled before installing any drivers. You can first install the drivers but it is better Service Packs first as sometimes when you install a Service Pack after the drivers, you can find some drivers do not work and you have to reinstall these drivers.
For people using the original image, your drivers are already installed then install Service Packs just after the factory restore before installing applications or devices or download Windows updates.
Service Packs using immediately also save hundreds of download of the updates of Windows first of all that all updates to the top until the release of Service Packs are included.
XP Service Pack here:

You can download it manually or order a CD from the link above.

How can I reinstall my windows vista Home premium 32
Mr. Michael-thanks for the reply and help... but I need more... I decided to reinstall my windows vista family 32-bit premium, now I work with vista full... like I said u before I think it is not legal...
pls tell me how can I reinstall it on the site because I do not have adisk (I have the old product key that come with my laptop to Vista Edition home premium)
my lap top is Toshiba...
Thank youhttp://www.CSD.Toshiba.com/cgi-bin/TAIS/support/JSP/home.jsp
Toshiba support
Contact Toshiba and ask them to send you a set of recovery Vista disc/s.
Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.
Then reinstall Vista with them.
In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
See if you still have a recovery Partition on your hard disk to reinstall vista home Premium.Try this and see if it works:
Toshiba Recovery:
To access the recovery partition Toshiba, powering the laptop. Press 0 (zero) key and turn on the laptop. Keep holding down the zero key until the TOSHIBA logo, which is where you should start to type the zero key repeatedly. Stop if the device emits a sound signal or when the TOSHIBA logo disappears. The screen should light up * MODE of RECOVERY of HARD drive * for a fraction of a second, and then load the Toshiba Recovery program directly from the hard drive.
Note that this clears all data and reload all the software factory default. Be sure to back up all your important personal data beforehand!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Or borrow a good DVD (not Dell, HP, etc.) Vista.
A good Vista DVD contains all versions of Vista.
The product key determines which version of Vista is installed. If you can borrow a good Microsoft Vista DVD(not a friend's HP, Dell recovery disk!), here's how to clean install it:

No Audio - after a clean reinstall of Windows XP Edition family
Had a network worm in my computer that McAfee didn't detect.
Advised to do a clean reinstall of Windows, for many that lost all audio, my motherboard is made by Foxconn, any ideas how I can find the correct drivers for this problem?
Completing all the windows updates since, but still no sound!
Hello
Just unzip the files, you should be able to right click on the file and select "extract here". Once the files are extracted, just locate the .exe file and double-click it to launch the installation program, from there just follow the guests to install the driver. You may need to restart the computer for the changes to be detected. :-)

Can not find card his after clean reinstall from scratch for 32-bit vista from 64
Hello everyone,
Thanks in advance for taking the time to help me with this frustrating problem.
I did a clean reinstall from scratch from vista 32 bit vista 64. None of my goodies (mp3 player, phone... all unfortunately outdated) played on the 64 version. That's why I nuked it.
Resettlement has worked like a charm, except that now I can't get anything external outlets, which worked fine before the reinstall. I used all aspects of the Device Manager and checked for downloads on each. When I go to sound devices, it lists the sound card as "device high definition audio" and said that the software has been updated.
The internal speakers are the delicious Altec Lansings... and they work fine. In fact, when I plug something into the headphone Sockets, they continue to work.
Therefore, I'm trying to find the name of the card its installed on my build and then find the driver for it.
Here are all the specs from the rear if you need:
Product: hp pavillion dv 9843cl refurbished
I am a music lover and I love this computer, and I'll be happy if I can solve this problem. I am facing withdrawals music and get weaker day by day.
Anyone could offer me please advice?
If there is any other information you need to know, please let me know.
Thank you very much!

I have Fujitsu Siemens ESPRIMO Mobile (laptop) with pre installed Windows Vista Home basic. It is in the English language.
When I want to re-installed Vista using (supplied with Labtop) restore DVD, after the installation, it is in Arabic. I tried to change this language but I can't. Could you please help to solve this problem.
Thank you
Hello
You will need to contact Fujitsu about this.
You cannot change languages with Vista Ultimate and Enterprise.
You can have a different result if you try reinstalling using this method.
You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.
Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.
And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs
Here's how to do a clean install of Vista using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft:
"How to do a clean install and configure with a full Version of Vista '
http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/117366-clean-install-full-version-Vista.html
And once the operating system is installed, go to your computer manufacturer's website and get the latest drivers for your particular model or laptop computer.
And phone Activation may be necessary when you use the above installation method.

(cd ide) not installed in my bios boot
I can't reinstall clean my version of vista because my cd/dvd drive is not installed in my bios boot priority please can you help solve this problem
You added a new drive?
All the drivers are up to date?
Check the cables for loose connections.
Is it possible for you to do the following to reload the original Windows installation files?
Start > all programs
Select Samsung
Samsung Recovery Solution
Select "full restoration".
-or-
Restart Windows and the Samsung logo starts pressing F4 to access the recovery screen
This is a known problem in Samsung - see document - links products are not good
It is Support Center of Samsung - Re: HDD no detect does not issue
Click Troubleshoot utility (PS there is a pop up window)
http://www.Samsung.com/global/business/HDD/
Samsung also recommend OnTrack Disk Diagnostic. You can make a bootable floppy to advise data with this:
http://buyonline.Ontrack.com/ecom/fr...file=DC500.exe
And here is the other programs from Samsung. The creator of the Manager of disc is really of Ontrack and hosted by Samsung. It should work with any brand of hard drive.
http://www.Samsung.com/Products/Hard...file/Sutil.exe
http://www.Samsung.com/Products/Hard...Ile/SHDIAG.exe
http://www.Samsung.com/Products/Hard...il_creator.exe
http://www.Samsung.com/products/hard...DM_Creator.zip(Disk Manager link was not on the Samsung website with the exception of one who asked for the story of your life, but in trying different possibilities with links leading to other files, I finally found one that allowed a download without having to give everything and personal information.)

where can I find my registration key for Vista Edition basic family
Where can I find my registration key for Vista Edition basic family
'Product Key' is probably what you mean.
You buy it in a store by itself (Windows Vista Home Basic which is) or is it installed on your computer?
If you bought autonomous - it is the case of DVD that the DVD is in. If it came pre-installed, it is on a sticker pasted on your machine.

Re-launch Edition Vista Home Premium
My Vista went gave me problems about 3 years and I decided to reformat. I must have done something wrong because I was never able to restore it. I made the recovery discs, 3 of them.
When I turn on I end up with the blue screen indicating the options at bottom, restore, etc. safe mode. But it's more often. Generally no function mouse or keyboard. A few times I got in SafeMode pressing F8 but it must be fair, since the keyboard light is just over one second. I was in SafeMode yesterday and froze with a page full of "loading drivers.
Sometimes when you use one of my discs that I go on a black page that has the solid white progress at the bottom bar that shows files loading, which always leads to an error page. Sometimes a smaller such loading bar files snaking upward in a freeze mode.
I bet that in the years I fed a billion times always power on and off with little hope.
That seems like a draw it in the trash situation or can there be any hope? A video card could be the cause of the problems? If I could find a copy of Win 7, is it possible the computer works with that?
Thank you!JOIt seems to be a hardware problem.
I explained bad graphics as part of your problem.
To confirm whether it is Hardware or a recovery deleted partition to reinstall problems, I alread given you of the measures to ensure that:

After a reinstall of Windows Vista, it seems to be part Windows XP and Windows Vista
I did a clean reinstall of my scores. and what I've done before. and also succeeded. However. This time, I have installed the disc from dell for Vista Edition windows os Home premium and now my computer is weird. Microsoft does not recognize my number of pid for the country that I come from. the computer acts as thought it's the xp and vista of the part part. Never have I had this happen before. I've been messing around computer during the year. someone has ideas of what is happening to me? Of course you'd be grateful for any help... Thank you muchlly.
Original title: I DID a REINSTALL OF WINDOWS OS VISTA. . NOW, HE IS BEHAVING AS IF SHE LEFT WINDOWS XP AND VISTA. THAT CONTINUES. ANY IDEAS? WHEN I WENT TO MS. & PUT MY PID INSIDE SAYS BAD COUNTRY. WHAT IS PAST? :(
Hello
Microsoft offers free support for the OEMs (Dell, HP, etc.); This is why your PID does not.
"However. This time, I installed the windows dell os disk.
You can use a Dell disk if you have a Dell computer and there must be for the same model computer.
Here's how the Dell disk recovery process is supposed to work.
Read step 3 on the necessary disks.
If you have a Dell computer, you will need to contact Dell about problems with their recovery software:
You can also ask in the Dell Support Forums:

totally your data out of the backup drive and you need to reinstall your programs. If you do not
have Vista discs, you can buy them in your machine to cheap system. If you don't care about any existing
programs, then you can make a complete new installation - just select the format options that wipes the
entire disk (This erases all data as well). Some system manufacturers use Partitions of recovery as well as other methods to allow you to return back

do that - and it can certainly be done - just a question of the system machine processes

Hi Bill,
You can try the following steps and check:
Method 1:
Connect the HTC Fuze to the computer, and then run the fixit and see if that makes a difference.
Automatically, he diagnoses and fixes problems with the hardware. (USB) Keyboard and mouse are not detected by the Manager of devices or when they do not work.
Method 2:
If method 1 may not then try the following:
If you are running Windows Vista 32 - bit, then Uninstall and reinstall the same.
