Clean the Surface 3D

I played with this 3D-graphics and hoped that someone could have a look at this problem.

Note: I tried the two former 3D graphic methods and new and taken through the forums or google for similar issues - still need to find a solution;

The question is therefore, I'll run VI once, and it works as expected.  The second time I run it, the curve has still the 3D surface of the previous race and fair draws on top of it.

The tables with time/frequency/power values are deleted when the VI starts, and I'm running the graph by a node to erase data.  Even manually by clicking on the graph and it reset to the default value is not clear of the surface.

It does not erase if I close and reopen the VI.

It also clears if I make changes to the block diagram.

Any thoughts?

Thomas,

I was put aside with the other projects for a while - finally had time to get back to that.

I tried rewritten with the 3-d surface chart and 3D ActiveX Surface graph and still has problems - even if I managed to get a semblance of functionality out of it.

I decided there must be something fundamentally wrong somewhere else and noticed something stupidly simple I'd forgotten - which I exected a posteriori, since 99% of the coding problems are like that.

I was not properly initialize arrays of Maj I use to build the chart, even when the cancellation of the data correctly, the bays of the shift were always old given undesirable.  Stupid mistake.

^ This small change corrected, now works like a charm.

Thanks for the help though - your suggestion at least forced me to rule out any possibility.  I really learned to start looking for small mistakes first.   D

  • Problems with (films) coating of the lens on the surface of the canon lenses.

I read many comments here about how to clean the surfaces of the lens... I wonder if canon films that they promote as do wonderful things for development are not so great for cleaning? I collect these sweet little squares, whenever I have an appointment to the eye because they are made for the purpose of cleaning of lenses... Houston is a very humid climate and after doing some night shots the lens seems sticky and so I polished with the soft cloth... I have not added any sort of cleaning liquid... but I noticed when I had finished there was a blue smear on the entire surface of the lens... Really? Hello world!

I have Satellite M70-309, so how do I clean finger LCD, dust, ecc... ?

    Thank you!

    Hello Rocco,

Usually mine clean with a slightly damp cloth (wipe softly on the surface) and then just dry with a cloth. This command removes all the dust and finger marks.

I also used a normal domestic surface cleaning spray (used sparingly) applied with a cloth and this removes any greasy fingerprints that can be on the screen.

It is very important to not to use cleansers, abrasives or solvents as they may damage the surface of the LCD screen.

  • How to clean the rose Smart Cover for mini iPad 4

    Nice day

I've got this mini iPad in a pink box Smart Cover 4. I used to use the stand many times because it's much pleasant to use in this way. However, after a few days, I noticed that the inside part of the cover of the screen picked up dirt and got more dirty so I stopped to use it as a stand and when I do, I put in something like cloth to cover the support to the surface where I'll put it on. How to clean it? As it seems to be a real leather or Microfiber, or what they call this, in my view, it is dangerous to use cleaners or detergent or alcohol to clean. I tried dry cloth, but it is not effective.

  • Satellite A305 - how to clean the keyboard after juice spills

    Hey guys,.

I had a the sSatellite series A305 an i could not find discussions on this exactly.
Basically whats up's had one incident minor orange juice on the left side of the keyboard thankfully not a lot of juice to all minor.
I managed to clean most on the surface. And had to work it's good enough to get out of the speaker box.

However, some of the keys are a bit of stick now, i wondered if there are techniques to withdraw safely on that I must do before I try to block these keys. Hmm pressing on enter appear... in any case...

I had one of these laptops before a few months ago, but one of the keys is broken somehow, after that, I got a little worried because I had to basically return it and get another laptop from work. If im sure it was a defective key with the last one I was not playing with keys, but I'm not sure how sustainable this is. Also this will probably also help to learn how to clean the keyboard, theres a bit of a dust and grump under the space bar which has been botherin me an i have no idea how to remove one get clean the dirt below.

I'll check this post when I wake up in the morning. If you know the techniques of hair removal good explain please, I'm not very good with directions so patient with me.

    Hello

To be honest, you will never be able to clean the keyboard. Break down the water is maybe not so bad, but the juice is sticky and can not be cleaned properly.
I'm afraid that you need a new keyboard. :(

  • Should I clean the sensor before mounting the new lens?

Hello guys! Sorry for stupid question, but I'm not sure I know the correct answer. One of the devices that I use is Canon 5 d classic, and there a lot of dust on the sensor and the viewfinder (not unusual for 5di). I just got a new goal, and I wonder if there is a possibility for the dust on the sensor/viewfinder to get inside the lens while filming? Or I have to clean the viewfinder/sensor before mounting? Or just forget to dust as will evertually get inside the lens of dust? Thank you! I appreciate your answers!

    Good advice so far...

    1. you don't have to worry about the use of your lens on the camera. The goal is pretty well sealed against dust, so all the dust that's in the mirror in the camera box is unlikely to migrate into the lens (it is more likely to migrate on the sensor, but even what is low risk). There is no such thing as completely dust free a lens, anyway. A few grains of dust inside a lens have virtually no effect on the images.

    2. you probably should take advantage of your membership CPS to have the camera, cleaned and checked.

But you can also learn how to clean yourself. Some call it the classic 5 d a magnet 'dust '... Just, I think he's got a big sensor dust get on and does not have a self-cleaning feature because is on later models. It's going to get dusty again, you can bet. So at least you might want to get a blower bulb ("Rocket Blower" is a brand) and learn to use it.

You probably already know, seen in the viewfinder of the dust is usually harmless. It is usually on the mirror or on the focus screen and will not be displayed in the images taken with the camera (unless she manages to migrate on the sensor itself, which is hidden and protected behind the shutter with the exception of the brief moment when an image is rendered).

If the dust seen in the viewfinder appears sharp and in short, it is on the focus screen. If it is fuzzy and blurry, it's on the mirror. Unless you know how and have the right tools for the job, it is not a good idea to give the focus screen and nothing more aggressive than a breath of air from a blower bulb mirror. These can be cleaned more thoroughly, but both are very easily damaged: the screen is optical plastic and can be ruined by using the right type of gasoline on it. The mirror is before coating aluminium vaporized, so is very easily damaged. Aside from an occasional breath of air from a blower bulb, I recommend to leave the mirror screen and concentrate only until you have done a professional cleaning.

A more serious problem to monitor does not light seals. There are seals foam around the edge of the focus screen, which builds the mirror upward against when it is triggered, to keep stray light out of the box mirror during exposure. Over time, these seals foam begins to degrade and may throw particles or even coat of glue holding them in place on the mirror screen and focus. In general, clean up the damage, remove the old and install new foam gaskets are a little tricky, so I recommend that you have any replacement of the foam seal done by a professional. (Also, there are foam seals similar elsewhere inside the camera that are likely to need replacement too, if the joints in the mirror box go wrong. A pro will know what is needed and have the skills to work deeper inside the camera.)

Time does not always have to send a camera in for a simple cleaning of the sensor, so it's something that you can learn to do it yourself. There are two sites that discuss good detail: www.cleaningdigitalcameras.com and www.copperhillimages.com. The first is maintained by independent, professional camera repairmen who also are providers of the repair industry and sell most of the specialized tools and supplies needed for the cleaning of the sensor. The second part of the merchant site one of special cleaning procedures ("Copper Hill Method"). Both sites have good information. Read them carefully before performing any cleaning yourself.

If you decide to learn how to clean the sensor yourself, some things you need to know...

Never use a q-tip common (i.e., "Q-Tip") inside a camera. They throw cotton fibers that can enter and jam of delicate mechanisms.

Check the manufacturer's website you plan any liquid sensor cleaning aid is formulated and approved for your particular camera.

No matter what digital camera that has never had the sensor cleaned almost always need a "wet" cleaning first. This is because there is almost always oils on the sensor (actually in most of the cameras the surface to be cleaned is a filter which covers and protects the sensor). These oils are excess thrown out of the shutter mechanism. Any method of "dry cleaning" that touches the sensor will coat oils and make things worse. If a "wet cleaning" is always advocated, first time around.

It is important to have some the aircraft batteries fully charged before cleaning and work quickly, so that to be able to hold the mirror up and the door is open doesn't work low allowing the shutter to close and the mirror to fall on a tool used for cleaning. Professional cleaners often use a continuous supply instead of a battery, to be sure.

It is convenient to have a magnifying glass Magnifier and light any for easy cleaning. When you view the sensor at the front, don't forget that the image is upside down and reversed. Thus, for example, if you have seen a job in the corner upper lefhand of your images, when you view the sensor directly you will find straw incriminated in the lower right corner.

You usually have a variety of tools to do a multi-step cleaning...

"Fan bulb cleaning' to blow the free particle outside ("Rocket Blower").

"Wet cleaning" with approved optical and fluid swabs from cleaning to remove oils and the particles more strongly respected ('Copper Hill method kit', 'Pecs Pads", 'Pécs swabs', 'Eclipse' solution) of sensor cleaning.

'Adhesive cleaning' using a slightly sticky surface take off slightly adhered particles ('Dust Aid').

'Cleaning antistatic brush' stubborn Claire, remaining slightly adhered particles and to reduce static electricity that attracts dust ("Arctic Butterfly").

"Deleting individual speck" with a reusable precision tool ("Speck Grabber").

"Final Polish" always is a last step to remove the haze left by gasoline ("by LensPen sensor pen"). It also helps to discourage the dust sticks to the surface again.

I've included a few brand names of the products in parentheses as examples. There may be other equally effective products.

Most of the time I find myself with several or even all of these when I do a cleaning of the sensor.

    See you soon!

  • OfficeJet Pro8500 A909a cleans the print heads whenever his touring on!

    Hey elders ~

Why my Officejet Pro8500 A909a short "Clean printhead" feature every time I turn on my printer?  Is there a place I can tell you to STOP?  It's my expensive WASTE.  Help!

    Hi @eschro

You turn off the printer when you are not using it and turn it back on, or are you referring to light once it falls in mode 'sleep'? The following presentation may help explain why the print head cleaning is performed each time you turn on the printer.

The print head nozzles get clogged over time, most commonly by dried ink or microscopic dust particles. Nozzles are kept clean of servicing, including wipe them the surface with a rag rubber, ejecting ink through the nozzles to purge the particles and to prevent drying and pumping with ink to clean the print head. To keep the printer ready to print in color or black, these routines of service generally consume little ink in each cartridge, even if only black or color is used in the document being printed.

Tiny air bubbles form in ink over time and can block the flow of ink in the printhead long duration printers (IIC). In some printers IIC, bubbles of air can be caused by a change in the ink cartridge. Air bubbles can be removed by pumping them out of the print head. When you remove these air bubbles, little ink is also removed. On the IIC systems, multiple colors may use the same print head. When a single color cartridge is changed, some ink is also consumed since the other color ink cartridges using the same print head. - Source

There is no way to disable this feature, but in General, it is best to leave the printer on and allow to maintain on a regular basis, rather than turning off and back on.

I hope that answers your question. Happy Friday, have a great weekend.

  • Button menu at the top of the surface of the OpenGL

I'm working on a project that uses OpenGL ES 1.1. Now I want to place buttons of Menus &, resembling a little to a HUD.

What is the best way to do something like that?
I understand that there is probably a lot of games using this because it seems natural quiet.

Is it possible to use Qt on top of the surface of OpenGL?

Is there some demo Apps out there that do exactly what?

I have searched for it, but couldn't really find anything that addresses this issue.

Clean user interface-> you want a button.

Draw a rectangular shape with rounded corners, put a text in it.

Next to main event processing listen touch event. The touch event check if a user has touched within the limits of your button, change Yes wait your button Pressed (argument) and reacts to this press event.

Yes, it's a lot of work. I did once to a single application and it does not require a lot of coding.

On a plus side once you develop this 'infrastructure' of your own interface user then you can reuse it in all your applications.
