• Error of update for the Windows Media Center guide

  I have Windows 7 64 bit.  I have been using WMC for local TV listings since I got my new PC in April (more than 9 months) without any problem.  WMC guide is always up to date... no problem.  However, the guide will not is no longer up-to-date.  During an update, everything works fine until it gets to the final stage of the treatment registration guide.  An extract from a newspaper of the observer of the typical events is listed below.

  I tried to redo my setup TV, but has the same problem.  I even tried a zip code different, but still had the same problem.  Using the event log, I discovered that this happened on 10/17/10.  Update been managed in the morning but closed later tonight here.

  Problem solved!

  Deleted the files suggested and went through Setup from scratch and guide downloaded without problem!

  Hope this helps some other poor single frustrated with the same problem.

• What are all these clear blue lines?

  .. How can .and I get rid of them? I work in AICS6. I have a number of paths with images placed inside (called "cropped groups" in the Palette layers). Running through my entire space is these blue lines accompanying the visibility button "CRT group" in the Palette layers and turn off the light. They serve no purpose for me and are really annoying because they are cluttering up my canvas. How can I disable the, preferably permanently? Thanks in advance.

  I have a problem with media center. After the upgrade to windows 7 windows home edition premium, I can download is no longer a guide for the tv card. It will also not scan for additional channels by trying one of these functions, the computer will be sitting just there. Any help will be appreciated.

  Those who can get complicated and need exceptionally clear guides the user and the documentation for vi.  A search feature would be useful in this case.  I think that OpenG has a library of dictionary (I've never played with) which would be the relevant search keywords and provides a related list of vi - names and possibly Referances Server vi to the GUI main to run and open the FP specific test modules.

  I have a TV tuner card installed on my PC and was seen no problem pulling in all my OTA channels in my area of Minneapolis/St. Paul MN.  Now a channel does not work it's affiliate Fox 9.1.  9.2 works fine and all my other channels.  9.1 works very well on my other two TVs connected to the same antenna.  I wonder if there is a setting or something that could help me with this problem.  Thank you.

  I'll also have a very similar problem.  Using OTA in cleveland, oh and the same error message, even if I have a problem with 19.1 (CBS) but 19.2 is fine as well as all my other stations.  I have my pc connected to a plasma tv and if I change its entry for antenna 19.1 comes to the fine and they are both connected to the same antenna.  I deleted and re-analyzed for channels and 19.1 is here and checking of its green signal strength but no picture.  I also tried to uninstall/reinstall the (aver Duo media) tv tuner driver nothing works.  This is a recent problem that this system has been since win7 is released and this channel has always worked. If you have found a solution, could you please post.

  OK, I found a solution that worked for me, its the site of hack7mc. http://www.hack7mc.com/2009/09/clearing-Guide-data-and-tuner-Setup-from-Windows-7-Media-Center.html.  I didn't know all the services they have highlighted but I stop those who ran, deleted the db for the guide data and restarted. Once back at the CCM reran the live tv Setup and everything worked. I hope this helps.

  I am trying to connect to Oracle 11.2.0.3 on Linux (64) to a SQL Server 2008 R2 on x 64 with a database named DBA_Housekeeping. Does anyone have a clear guide to the steps (and where)? Can you see what I'm doing wrong here?

  Those who seek to connect to Oracle & SQL Server I want to give you the best solution to your problem.

  Use a server linked server SQL for Oracle (push rather than pull).

  If you do just a server then you could do directly. However, if you plan to use several servers, then you must create a SQL Server repository (it could be the free Express version) that will store the data of all your SQL Server databases and then passes Oracle.

  The reason why I did this original post is because I want to store data in our Oracle APEX SQL Server monitoring system. I lost a day trying to trawl through the net for specific instructions for setting up (before Klaus answered me here). It took me less than an hour to select from & insert into an Oracle database in the opposite direction.

  1 install the Oracle client on the instance of SQL Server

  2. If suppliers (under related servers) does not list Oracle then reboot the server (ideally your new repository SQL Server); If she's already then skip this step.

  3. Add an entry for your new DB Oracle TNSNames file

  4 create a server associated with the oracle credentials

• Maniac in 2014 to CC units?

  Hi, I have a file created in CC a few months back. When I select the art in CC it correctly displays the dimensions 100 mm w x 126 mm deep selection.

  But if I open the same file in CC2014 and select the art it shows dimensions as 5779 mm wide x 126 mm deep. try to put art on the scale by entering a new size of size width 70mm reduced to almost nothing! :-)

  Everyone has noticed this bug - for me at least, it's only the horizontal scale is affected. Any ideas?

  I think you could be including a 'guide' in your choice, or you could include a guide in a group of objects that you select.

  Try this (before you choose):

  • View > Guides > lock Guides
  • Reselect your work and check the W x H parameters.

  If the measures are still hurting, then it is likely that you have a selected guide when you created a group. In this case to dissociate the work and remove the guide, or:

  • View > Guides > clear Guides
