How can I get rid of the grid that appeared when I opened my image in Photoshop?

So I was going to edit a .jpg file in Photoshop, and when I went to place or open in the software, he showed me this weird game of lines that sort of make a grid. How can I get rid of them because it is redundant with my picture?HELP.png

View menu > clear Guides, or if you want to keep the guides, view > show > and uncheck the Guides
