  I have a small program that sends several TCP packets to a server.

  customer - portA-> server-portB
  customer - portA-> server-portC
  customer - portA-> server-port
  customer - portA-> server-door

  Packets are sent through libnet, in a loop.

  customer - portA - SYN-> server-portB (through Code)
  customer - portA - SYN-> server-portC (by Code)
  customer - portA - SYN-> server-port (by Code)
  customer - portA - SYN-> server-door (by Code)
  If I run the program in windows XP, it works fine, I get SYN/ACK for each package.
  After receiving the SYN/ACK, the nucleus (?, I'm not sure what to do, but not my code) sends an RST for each SYN/ACK received.

  I already tried to send RST after SYN/ACK to replicate what happened in XP but still no SYN/ACK is received for ports C to E.

  I've updated windows 10, I've linked my accounts Microsoft and Skype, when I click on 'Skype's settings' in the mail app it shows good Skype account profile photo and name, I chose "Make this my default of Skype" in its settings.

  Some of my emails sent from my gmail account are received as if they were my mother's aol account. If the person responds without changing the email for my account, then the answer is my mother. I noticed in "sleep" mode my computer says I 2242 unopened emails. When I click on that it shows the email address of my mother, not mine. I asked her unopened emails how she and she's only 12. Person that I talked to has never heard of this kind of question. Hope someone can help me.

  If you use OE, then go to tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties and verify that the parameters it for e-mail accounts.  If you don't use OE, then you need to indicate which program you use to access your e-mail.  If its through a webbrowser and gmail.com then you must ask to gmail.

• Windows 7: sometimes IP packets sent bad NIC

  I'm an investigation into a network on Windows 7 problem.  The problem is the following.

  We have a machine (PC1) that has two network cards.

  1 NETWORK card is connected to our network (130.x.y.z / 23).

  NIC2 is connected (via a switch) to a second network (192.68.x.y / 26).
  NIC2 is used for communication between PC1 and PC2.

  The problem is that once in while for PC2 IP packets are sent on NIC1 and the communication between PC1 and PC2 fails (we saw this via a network sniffer that we use)

  Question: is this a known bug in the operating system or a driver?

  The normal flow, PC1 wants to send an IP packet to the other PC (PC2):

  1. If the ARP table contains no entry for MAC PC2 PC1 will broadcast an ARP request,.

  2 PC1 PC2 ARP answered and refresh it ARP table,

  3 PC1 sends the IP packet to the address MAC of PC2.

  From time to time, however, IP packets are not sent to the MAC address of PC2, but the MAC address of the default gateway (on NIC1).  As PC2 is not accessible from the default gateway these packets are lost.  All of the following IP packets will be sent by the NIC1.  However at any given time (randomly?) PC1 will pass the right network card.

  Configuration: Two computers run on Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1 64-bit

  PC1 / NIC1: Intel 82579LM Gigabit IP: 130.x.y.z 23, DHCP: Yes, the default gateway: 130.x.y.1

  PC1 / NIC2: Intel Gigabit AND Quad Port, IP: 192.68.x.y 26, DHCP: No.

  PC1 / NIC2: Intel Gigabit AND Quad Port, IP: 192.68.x.1 26, DHCP: No.

• Droid SMS sent/received times?

  I recently had a (service through Verizon) Droid and ran into a little problem.

  When I receive an SMS, it lists a "sent" time, but that time is not the time the message was sent, but rather when I received it.  This means that if I have an SMS sent to me while my phone is turned off, it will list always time 'sent' as when I turned on my phone back.  Not very useful.  Any ideas on how to solve this problem? (or is there no solution with the current version of the android OS?)

  Re Yahoo mail: when entering a container for an email, the auto-fill drop down shows possible is well beyond my contacts. It includes everyone that I have never sent/REC/WAV and all addresses that have been also cc would be in these emails.

  What I read on the Yahoo boards that suggestions are generated from the data browser stored (IE. It's a browser problem is not a problem with Yahoo Mail). I have FF options to delete the history (disabled/offlinedata browse/download/cache/forms/search/cookies/connections/people) each FF closes.

  I am able to delete unwanted suggestions one at a time, but as a practical approach that goes beyond ridicule.

  FF maintains a master list of addresses of the party? If so, how can I delete everyone except my existing contacts?

  I just got the second email with a purchase on iTunes Store that I have not bought, this time for a Netflix subscription. The last time I just ignored him because I have never enter my details of credit card at Apple before, so there is no way that I'm recharged, and indeed my bank statements will confirm this. When I followed the instructions in the email it allows me to connect to my Apple ID and ask my name, but also the details of credit card to confirm my identity. I won't put my card details in as I did before. In addition, there is no lock secured by the URL which means that my data is secure.

  Normally I would dismiss just this kind of thing as spam, but the email looks so realistic and I can browse the apple site both the email itself and the link told me to click which makes me wonder. I would like to just some clarification on what is happening here.

• Problem with internet connection Wi - Fi Windows XP - very 'slow' packages

  Hi people, this problem has been driving me crazy for weeks, so I wonder if someone can provide a solution! Sorry for the long post, but I tried to put in as much information as possible.

  In short, I decided to rebuild an old laptop in Windows XP (2006) I (latest updates installed). I'm without audio (cannot find drivers), but this isn't so much a problem. The problem needs to connect to the WiFi.

  The internal WiFi card is an Intel (r) PRO/Wireless 2200BG (or, at least, it's the driver).

  WiFi is displayed as 'Connected' and ' Signal strength: Excellent "(as my laptop is sitting right next to the hub). Ethernet (wired) connection to the hub works perfectly. I have WiFi BT working connects perfectly with my Mac and my iPod, I know that there is absolutely no problem with the router.

  However, my laptop does not seem to want to connect WiFi, despite 'positive' messages above. All browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox) display a message stating that they cannot connect to the internet. Nothing in browsers suggest that all DNS settings have been changed.

  I * think * the problem might be because the packets sent/received are still very low - if either enter three digits, I have a lot of luck. For now, they are stuck on envoys = 14, received = 3.

  So, what I have checked/tried is the following (all based on Google search) - none have worked:

  (1) I can confirm that the automatic Wireless Configuration is enabled, started and set to automatic, and that Windows is used to set up my network.
  (2) my wireless network appears in my favorite networks and is automatically connected to (or should be :-)) - I have added/removed the connection several times, check the wireless key, every time, without success.)
  (3) the TCP/IP menu is configured to obtain an IP address and a DNS service automatically.
  (4) type ipconfig/all at the command prompt seems to show that everything works OK:

  • The physical address is: 00-16-xx-xx-xx-xx (I removed the last few digits as it is an open forum, but is probably not a security issue)
  • DHCP is enabled.
  • Automatic configuration is enabled.
  • The IP address is 192.xxx.x.xx (as above)
  • Subnet mask is 255.255.255.0
  • Default gateway, DHCP and DNS server are all the 192.xxx.x.xxx (as above)

  However, IP routing is NOT enabled or is Proxy WINS. Node type appears as unknown.

  I tried the DNS, IP address in the command line (don't remember the command), hot flashes reset everything I can think of or have found via an internet search.

  I also tried the two separate Wireless USB key (only install the drivers - now deleted), which is not working.

  I am so right in thinking that everything seems OK, except the transfer of packages very low? Anyone who has any other control I can try - or better yet, a potential solution?

  Have you tried to change the wireless channel that your router is running at? There may be interference that could prevent the internet connection:

  If you need assistance to change the settings of the specific router, you will need to contact your router manufacturer or your internet service provider.

• Unable to access Internet Explorer 9 using Windows Vista, Service Pack 2

  There is no support for this within the set of APIs of BlackBerry.  An application cannot access Bluetooth connections made from other applications.

  This line gets you a table. You can use descriptors.length to check the size and a loop (for example) to iterate over it.
