  I'm not very techno and hope someone can help me find an answer... when trying to select multiple photos to attach to the e-mail, I used to use the CTRL and ALT keys to select several photos.  This does not work for me now.  Are there settings that I can change to get this working again?

  ALT? Are you sure? CTRL + click (for the selection of random photos)

  Control, shift, and alt keys only are available on Windows (they reserve the "windows" button found on some keyboards for other things).

  Macintosh's command, control, shift and option - but control clicking normally open context menus so the control key is not too useful.

• Keys Alt and Alt GR stopped working

  The Alt and Alt GR keys on my laptop keyboard have stopped working earlier. I have idea of what has past.

  I don't think it's a physical problem. Or one of them would not work.
  What's weird, is that when I plug a desktop keyboard, Alt and Alt GR works on this keyboard, it still will not work on the keys of the laptop but...

  If it's not a physical problem, it is probably a driver issue.  You can download the driver from the Asus website.  I also take a few Post-it notes and slide them under these keys in case there is crud beneath them.

  I had a problem with the iTunes media playback. When the normal game (not mixed), the media play in reverse.
  Example: say I click on track 10 album "empty"; After the end of track 10, it will change to follow the 9, then 8 and so on.

  Apart from that, media buttons on the TWO iTunes Windows App command AND physically on my MacBook keyboard seem to have reversed.

  Example: say I play track 10 album "empty"; should I click the Next FF/button to SKIP to the next track, he'll bring on track 9. Similarly; Click on the RW/Back button to RETURN to the previous track, it will change to track 11.

  Try to open the list box drop-down display and expand the sort option. Make sure that you use an ascending order here. A descending order will be titles to play in reverse order.

• Tosbtproc.exe change Alt + F and Alt + E in Explorer.exe

  I use version 5.2.10.12 (T) Toshiba Bluetooth software. A few seconds after the Bluetooth Manager starts, Tosbtproc.exe starts also up. While this process is running, it causes problems in Windows Explorer. Specifically, if you open Explorer (not Internet Explorer) and select a folder (and not the root) in the tree on the left, then press Alt + F or Alt + E, the selected folder changes to the file in the list.

• Aero Peek, ToolTips and Alt - Tab no longer works
