Click on behavior - appear - Causes browser to go back to the top
Hello: new to DW (CS3), already user GL:
Have an AP div with a linked text Befavior of "Summons" - the work of the action. runs, but similarly scrolls the page to the top. Could not locate an errant anchor that may be ccausing it.
Any thoughts on what I might look like a fix?
Thank you very much.
If you have connected your behavior in this way to the text:
your behaviour will move to the top of the page.
If change you it to this:
It should not move.
If you can give us a link to your page, we can look at what you actually have in your code, because I'm only guessing, and the answer will probably be in your code.

If I'm browsing subjects on my homepage and find one that reads my interest, I click on it and the browser goes on this site for me to read. When I'm through with that I hit the back button and on most Web sites, the original page back to where you were before you click on the interesting element. Not MY MSN, which is my home page, it returns to the top of MY MSN, which is irritating, especially if the elements that interest me are a group at the bottom of page on MY MSN and I want to read every 5 or 6 of them. How can I get the browser to return to the place I left?
Try to open the "statutes" in a new tab, and when finished read each article close the tab I hope the MY MSN page original will maintain the position you left it to (unless this page has an automatic refresh frequency, to add new items to the list).

The new version is a downgrade.
Click the Firefox button, and then select Add-ons to open the Add-ons Manager. If you have McAfee Site Advisor, it will appear in the Extensions section. If you do not have one, an another add-on can cause the problem. The following link shows how to establish if this is the case and identify what is causing the problem - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes

Double click on a page causes Firefox to go back a page instead of highlight at the insertion point
I have a Logitech iFeel MouseMan. The side button is set to double-click. Sometimes instead of highlight to the cursor position the tab jumps back a page. (In other words, it is as if I had clicked the button left of the return address bar.) This abnormal behavior doesn't happen if I physically double click with the left button of the mouse. This anomaly came a year ago and a Google search has a Firefox configuration setting that solved the problem. Now I do not think the setting and a Google search provides no answers. I solved the problem by resetting my computer to a previous point of reset, but it is an inelegant solution - and it takes hours. (The problem does not occur now. I ask for the future). I prefer to do the problem by changing the appropriate setting of Firefox to go. Logitech told me that the problem is not with the mouse, or its software, but with Firefox and that I should ask experts of Firefox.
I don't know what setting that is actually, but here's how you can understand.
- Enter about: config in the address bar, press enter
- Accept the warning
- Type of mouse in the list filter field
- Settings no standard are "BOLD", now you should be able to see which setting you have changed

I recently updated my Firefox on this computer and for some reason, there is a giant space on the bottom of my browser. It looks like this: http://imgur.com/56ZdwhF
I have no problem on my other computers and also no problem with Google Chrome on this computer, it's just Firefox.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.
- Put yourself in the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance
- Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode safe

Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).
- Makes no changes on the start safe mode window.

I went in about: config, but when I search for "browser.tabs.onTop", it is not there
'More' is the default, so if you are not on top, you can also see if some of your modules override this setting. You can view your extensions here for logical candidates and use their buttons of Options to tweak their settings.
Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > addons > Extensions category

I downloaded Mozilla Firefox, but when I "opened" what should be the "browser" Firefox, it displays a screen who wants me to download Firefox for mobile and other options. Why didn't he brings all the General information of the browser typical such as Yahoo.com . I don't like AOL.com. I can get AOL to bring up the info I'm talking-, but I can't get Firefox to burst the screen of this type. How can I get there?

I clicked on something by mistake and my menu bar got extended as it used to be in earlier versions of Firefox as file edit view history bookmarks tools help... all in the same line... it is now my screen look clumsy coz of the new version. So, I want the menu back bar because it is in the new version. Help, please
You see the orange (on Linux gray) Firefox button if the menu bar is hidden, to hide the menu bar through the view > toolbars, also accessible via Firefox > Options.
If you need access to the hidden menu bar press F10 or press and hold the Alt key to display the menu temporarily bar. -
Recently, whenever I run Firefox, an arrow appears, pointing down and quickly disappears to the top of the screen. I'm not trying to download something, it is whenever I run Firefox. At first I thought I was seeing things, but verified by concentrating just to catch, it appear and disappear. See no reason for this. I use Firefox for years and it's never happened before. Furthermore, it does not appear on my IE browser.
Never mind. I found the problem and it was a program that was trying to download it, but couldn't all the time. I removed from the Firefox download page.
Status: solved!

Why ebay pages now go to the top of the previous page when I click back
Previously, when I clicked on and point on an ebay page and then clicked back to the last page I would stay exactly where I left. Now whenever I do this I went back to the top of the previous page, which means that I now have to scroll to where I was before, and it's a job with 100 items on the page.
Any ideas are appreciated.Concerning
René
This isn't the fault of the browser, a specification sayta. DELO is that Ebay based on HTML5 and ETA technology technology allows you to charge to the top of the entire page again and that part that you are interested in.

In the browser, how to access the tab bar without going through the top of the page active
Sometimes, I like to browse a page with several links - like reddit-, open some links on a separate tab, read them and then return to the homepage to resume playback from the point where I was before.
The problem is when I'm far down on the page, I scroll the way back to the top in the order to the address bar and the button 'show tabs' to appear. Is there another way to do this? Perhaps a gesture or a button hidden to show the sidebar with tabs?
Hi felipekfcosta,
Thanks for this suggestion, we do not have a way to get the tabs without scrolling to the top.
But, we have a long-term plan to add something to the browser that allows you to drag to another tab, no matter where you are on the page. Please use Firefox OS and by sending your comments and questions.
Kind regards

Problem seen in Google search engine.
I used Google for years without problems - I work from home as a freelance journalist. But this last few days, if I search for something on Google from IE and click on a result, I can get the page I want upward. But then, if I want to go back to the same Google search page to check the other results, I can't go back by clicking on the button 'back' at the top left, as I always did. If I click it, it just keeps returning me to the page I'm already. I find no mention anywhere using this problem or any means to remedy. If I have the cursor hover over the arrow bak, the address of the current page appears rather than the original Google search page, so there is obviously something wrong.
Thank you
Hello
1. This only happens with Google?
2. don't you make recent changes?
I suggest you to follow these steps and check if that helps:
Method 1:
Try to run Internet explorer mode without modules and check to see if the same problem happens:
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/Internet-Explorer-Add-ons-frequently-asked-questions
Method 2:
Try to optimize Internet explorer and check to see if it helps:
It will be useful.
