  I'm having a problem with my click boxes. This worked, but stopped. I use version 8.

  I have a navigation drag about 4 slides at the beginning. I click on this slide boxes that go to a specific slide. They have stopped working. I tried to recreate the problem and I added a few slides at the end of my project of 35 slides. When I tested a slide at the end of the project, it would jump to the correct slide. In other words, jump slide 36 to slide 38, or 36 slide in slide 39.

  Just for fun, I moved 36, my navigation test blade slide, at the front of the project. It has stopped working. Somehow, the click boxes work at the end of the project, but not at the beginning of the project.

  Any ideas?

  There are only two possibilities (know that sometimes HTML5 navigation did not work properly in 8.0.1 - but you have the same problems to SWF):

  1. something is wrong with your advanced action, or actions on the other slides
  2. your project is getting damaged.

  For the second case, attempt to copy a new blank project. In CP8 actions come along when you copy the object or slide, they are attached to. personally I would have created action shared, then you are sure that you can reuse them.

  You can check if you have the XML files including Google's default search engine in the browser\searchplugins file in the Firefox program folder.

  If this isn't the case, then you need to reinstall Firefox.

  Try to delete the file search.json and possible search - metadata.json and search.sqlite files in the profile folder of Firefox to reset the default search engines.

  Firefox will rebuild the file search.json from the default search engines in the folder "browser\searchplugins" in the Firefox program folder and the searchplugins folder in the Firefox profile folder.

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

• Do a right click in the Project Explorer is sometimes slow

  I have a big project of the AF with a lot of classes and libraries. I only really use these two (lvclass and lvlib) to structure and organize the project. Right click on VI sometimes takes a terribly long time to load, say up to 10 seconds, depending on the library/class. It appears to be vaguely related to how many things the owners have libraries/classes. What exactly is causing this loading time? Any ideas how I could get rid of this significant disadvantage?

  Here is more information and a few thoughts:

  • Windows 8.1
  • LabVIEW 2015 / 32 bit (I can't say for sure, but I think that I had no such problem on earlier versions 2014 and 2013)
  • Mass of compilation of all of the project (taken as 2 hours) had no effect

  Thanks for all the ideas and resources. I'm very, very happy to announce that this particular fix https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-44159 (fix for the issue of AF project provider performance) made my problem disappear. Time has been reduced from ~ 7 sec less than a half second. Wonderful! That, to me, proves false the idea that the mere fact of having hundreds of classes or a large AF would make your current IDE experience terrible.

• Keyboard stops working after you press caps lock.

  On a compaq laptop presario CQ60-300SO the keyboard stops working after you press the caps lock button. The keyboard does not work once the computer starts, but after going in under the keyboard properties control panel and press the 'OK' button, this will work. Buy keyboard works when the computer RECORDS, so I can't get to BIOS. The keyboard work until windows starts and I activate it via the properties of the keyboard by opening the window and press OK immediately. I tried updating the driver but I only find that the keyboard already has the most recent drivers. I tried to restore the drivers and that does not work either. I also disabled start all programs and services to see if it was a problem caused by a program or service and still no luck. It's a very strange problem. I noticed that the keyboard IRQ ranges are both 64-64 and 60-60, which i thought was weird but that's maybe normal. Any advice will be appreciated.

• Eclipse plug-ins: generate ALX file has stopped working

  For some reason, the option generate ALX file is no longer works for me.

• Acrobat Pro 2013 Word XI component software plug-in has stopped working

  I used Acrobat yesterday no problem... Today, in addition to the Pro Acrobat XI in Word 2013 (Office 365 version of click-to-run) just stopped working.

  I tried to uninstall Office and acrobat, reboot, reinstall office and acrobat... download all updates... restart

  But now the Acrobat tab appeared in Word again... But all the icons are blank and click on one of them causes Word to freeze.  I must kill winword.exe to continue using my computer.

• Clip/window source moved to 170 individual clips in the project. Advice please?

  After copy and pasting of 170 clips individually to a new project to find a corrupted clip, (as when exporting the original file, I was getting the error-50 message), each window source of clip on the initial project evolved, 170 individual clips. (i.e. If I had used the first 2 seconds of a 1 minute clip in the library, it now supports the window to say the second 3rd and 4th, about each element).

  He did at the speed of some of the clips and usually put the entire video properly synchronized. It is a video clip with lots of cuts for different things with speeds of tampering.

  Can someone shed light on this question at all please? It seems strange to copy and paste everything and then each item changes its source location. Maybe there is a command of lock, I could use?

  P.S. I use an old version - iMovie 8.0.6 (don't know what year it is).

  I understand that you try to isolate an iMovie for a corrupt video project and you have copied each individual element in a new project. This is a good method for troubleshooting, but there is a different way that I would help you isolate these clips.

  First of all, I suggest the project of duplication. Duplicating a creates an exact copy of the project, including transitions. This will prevent you from having to import all individual clips.

  To duplicate the project, you can:

  • Select the project, and then choose file > duplicate project
  • Right click (control click) on the project and choose duplicate project

  Once the project has been duplicated, you can begin to isolate the clips to find one that has a problem. The best way to do this is to remove half of the clips and test. Continue to isolate by dividing your groups into halves, until you find the corrupt clip.

  I'm new to OR labview. I'm trying to learn to use it for my project at the College. I am trying to connect labview softmotion mudule and solidworks motion. But I was stuck at the very beginning. When I right click on the project > My Computer > New >, I don't find any option for solidworks Assembly. I know it's a silly to ask question, but please help me. I tried on the computers of other friends, but I'm having the same problem. I use Labview 14, Solidworks 2015 and LabVIEWSoftMotionModule2014f1. It would be a great help if I get to get started. Thank you for your help. What's it's like my labview. There is no option for the solidworks Assembly.

  Like most of the LabVIEW modules, SoftMotion only supports the 32-bit version of LabVIEW. You will need to install 32-bit LabVIEW 2014 and then reinstall f1 SoftMotion 2014 to add support.

• "Reveal to the project" opens a new window

  I was wondering if there is a way to run the "reveal in project" command without first opening a new window or a Panel. I would like to have the clip be revealed in the project window, I already opened.

  Using Premiere Pro CS6.

  The value stores open in Place on the general tab of the preferences.

  However, when a bin at a lower level is completely open (double click) in the project window and the clip is in another tray it will open in a separate window.

  But no matter where I right click on the project view, I can't this context menu. If I'm on an item in the list, I get a menu with Clipboard functions, interpret the film, etc. No "Thumbnails" option or "views". No menu at all if I right click (or ctrl-click) click anywhere else. I've tried to get this context menu... what in the world I am doing wrong?

  My book offers more detailed advice.

  First, go to the window menu and select the option to display docking headers. Then in the upper right of the project Panel, click on the > button.

  These options are available through the context menu also, if you right-click on an empty spot on the project Panel, after the list of media clips.

  Ping, means that your mcafee dat files are up-to-date and also it cannot be updated no more. so try to update your antivrius manually by downlading latest mcafee dat files and also try runing mcafee!
