  I've implemented a timeline that had four video tracks. When I added a fifth track I started to have problems. More specifically, when I put a picture clip or video yet on the fifth time track used on this new addition clip, existing clips on the third and fourth titles changed their position on the timeline in response to stretching the time applied to the clip on the title above. Why does this happen? I think the clips on the lower video tracks to do not move NOT in response to a stretch of time change for a clip on a track that precedes. How can I get to stay put during the handling of the duration of the clips on the slopes above them?

  The other tracks are just "ripple".

  To override the ripple, hold CTRL (Cmd on a Mac key) that you add, remove, or edit clips on the timeline.

  Each of the folders where I keep the videos and clips have always displayed as a folder icon that was in a semi standing open position, in the pages of open area came out with an overview of the clips.  When I open one of these folders each file inside would be displayed as a preview of the clip.  Now, the folder icon is still present but the pages in the open space resemble a piece of paper, when I open one of the folders that the files are displayed as a blank page with the windows media player 11 icon on it.  I changed the program that can play these videos for the VLC media player and when I open it it displays the icon for VLC. How can I get that back as it was and what caused it to happen.  Help, please

  By the way my records that I keep the photos are still as if they were, they do not change.

  Thanks, I removed VLC but the icon still looks like the windows media player icon (orange triangle on the side)

  It looks like your video clip downloaded successfully on YouTube and now you want to change the privacy setting of 'Unlisted' to 'Public '?

  To do this, go to YouTube > click on my channel > click the video you want to edit > just below the video, click on settings (pencil icon) and info > in the menu dropdown 'Privacy settings', select Public.

• Why do files audio-pasted or imported chess clips & change to Brown when I reopen it a project?

  Hello

  I'm new to first set and had difficulty moving the clamps from one project to the other. When I copy / paste, and when I use the import tool to import a project or the timeline, everything seems normal until I got close, and then reopen the project. When I do this, the audio files in any items transferred in this way are missing; they are now Brown instead of blue by default on the chronology and their path is available, the audio peaks are completely flat.

  This is a very troubling mistake, because you can do a lot of work after importing these clips only on first startup the next day and find that your audio is missing. All the video clips imported or pasted is there, so why it can't sort on audio?

  Most of these audio files is a Sony FS100 .mts AVCHD files, but recently this error is also a clip that I have edited in hearing, so this isn't only a problem first have the synchronization of audio from AVCHD.

  I use the first CS6 6.0.3 on Windows 7 Professional.

  I wonder if the render and replace you will get what you need?

  If the Audio & video are related, Alt + click on the Audio Clip, then Rt-click above and choose rendering/replace.

• Clips in timeline showing diagonal lines gray, black mode reading without audio

  I have a project that I'm getting that last, I worked on a few weeks and I moved the folder but nothing has changed. However, now many clips have grey diagonal lines on them you see below. The reading is dark and silent. Time code did not change, interpret cadence and images settings are correct and unchanged files multimedia sources have not changed and no clips are offline. I rebooted the computer and the first and erased the caches. These same clips are also grayed out in all the previous backup automatically sequence, regardless of age. Help!

  

  Well someone suggested something that worked. I went back to the

  automatic backup until the problem occurred, unplugged my media player and

  Open the project. Once the film come link dialog box I reconnected it the

  support car and relinked. Problem solved.

• My reading on the timeline has an additional section that I can't remove.  Any idea?

  I have a symbol that loop and I want him to play at a specific point.  I chose the game from and then I changed my mind just play.  He has created 2 styles of arrow in the timeline panel.  One of them has the ability to slide - move where I want to play.  It is not able to be selected, delete, etc.  This means that my symbol will always play from the beginning.

  I tried to remove the symbol from the stage and then drag it back once again, but he remembered reading layout and back on there.

  Any ideas?

  

  The model you see (shows the actual duration of this chronology of symbols) and the fact its still visible and plays is because you have 'Auto-Play' active symbols.

  Go to the components Panel, double click on the symbol in question and will need you a way of 'change in symbol '. Once in this, go to the properties panel and uncheck, Auto-Play.

• Audio clips in timeline are super quiet

  I have had this problem several times before in the past, I just lifted my hands upward in the air and began again, but this is starting to become a very big problem for me.

  Excerpts (when I play the timeline) are super quiet (maxing out about - 48dB) but when I play the same clip in the source it monitor time correctly (maxing out around of - 6 dB). The clip has no filter, the gain is set to 0 dB, and volume is set to 0 dB.

  Below, I have two clips, both turned on the same device, same configuration within minutes of each other. The two Gain from 0 dB to 0 dB Volume

  

  The left one is barely audible, where the right is ridiculously loud.

  However, when I breed the clip on the left and open the nested clip, once again, the volume is good, but the volume of the element nested within the original script is always unusable. But if I try and nest the two clips into a new timeline, the problem persists in the new timeline.

  I deleted all the files on my disk from scratch, and I still have the issue.

  Are you sure the stereo tracks are in phase? If you monitor in stereo, you'll hear the tracks, but if you monitor in mono the noise will disappear. Maybe it's that you have in the only hearing source window

  a channel so it will be audible but when on the timeline, you hear the two left and right which will be inaudible if followed in mono mode.

• markers on clips on timeline...?

  I always wondered if we can put markers on the clip instead of the timeline.

  Now it happened ACCIDENTALLY and I need to know how to get out of this

  and for this purpose.  The track is not yet taken to target.

  Place the playhead on clip, select the clip, press M.

  Or when the selection follows playhead is enabled, just put it on a clip and press M.

• video won't import after the first clip in timeline

  You just bought a new Mac Pro, and of course it comes with El Capitan :-(

  The only time wherever I can drag images at the same time is if I start without a sequence and drag images to the timeline to create a new sequence. A clip created the new sequence, no other cutting can be carried on it. This does not happen with the same files and the same version of the first pro on my Yosemite iMac running.

  I haven't read about this error on another subject of El Capitan, so could there be some other explanation?

  I put my script to import the clips as usual, and the play button does not work

  in the viewer or in the timeline panel.  May seem nothing to operate

  also, I'm on 10.9.5 which I guess should be good.

  I am just learning Flash, and suddenly I don't see the timeline - it is in place and I can see where he was and the layers and I tried everything but I do not see the images.   Yes I meant reinstall. Sorry, didn't do much sleep (totally not because of Flash, but it does not help). Relocation, went around and I see the timeline. I don't know why it disappeared before. I tried those things you suggested (not sure if I have done the same thing, you say well that - I dragged lines, I tried different sizes), and they did not help. I had some problems with Dreamweaver, which is on the same drive - couldn't get the images will be displayed, so I had to go to the composer to do. Maybe I need to reinstall that too. Bought these discs on Ebay (maybe) - but it was a box brand new, unopened.
