• Clone Stamp source point

  I do work on a portrait retouching to remove or minimize wrinkles around the subject's neck. I'm using a layer to lighten and darken the layer with the clone stamp, a very low opacity value affect only areas. I want set the source point duplicate to a single domain. I don't want the source point clone stamp to go with my my clone features. Is it possible for me to set the source point and it stands still?

  The point source to go during a stroke.  This is the definition of a clone operation.  If you want to paint just the same color across all a race who sounds more like just a traditional brush operation.

  Now, have you pouvez source point Start at the same place for each successive line...  Achieve you this by unchecking the checkbox [] aligned at the top of the main window of Photoshop.

• A whole line of images suddenly disappear - please help, very urgent!

  I see in your post that you have an artist showing twice in iTunes, and you want to have all of this artist put together. I like to keep things neat and organized myself, so I can understand why you want to get this sorted out.

  As a first step, try to edit the field artist album "Hardcore Superstar" for both groups and see if it unifies the artist. If this isn't the case, I recommend to check this article to see if there are measures that you have not tried here:

• Color swatches Palette disappeared, please help :)

  I seemed to have lost my swatches of color, the tab is there in the toolbar on the right side of the screen but its just empty, no text nothing. (See pictures attached, abit over kill sorry )

  I click on the small arrow at the top right on load box in the palette to load the color chart but nothing, I can not add new samples in the selector to either, its just dead!

  I hope I don't have to re - install the package, if someone knows how magical it reappear?

  Trash your preferences... Quit indesign... and hold the command-option-Ctrl-Shift key while restarting indesign (Ctrl + alt + shift in windows)

  If you did the changes lot´s made to your workspace (position of the panels etc), you can save it before trashing the preferences...

• Clone Stamp Tool - lack of "Normal mode".

  Just recently, my 'Normal' in the Clone Stamp tool mode disappeared. It used to be there, but now the first option is to "dissolve".  I still have the mode"Normal"in the pattern stamp tool.  As I use the Clone Stamp tool a little, the disappearance of the 'Normal' mode is very annoying.  Any help please?

• Clone Stamp missing

  My Clone Stamp tool has disappeared from my toolbar, I have been using this tool for several years, now he is gone, I rebooted CS6 and I restarted my computer. I could not find a solution on the Adobe on online help. Someone has an idea of what has past.

  I run Photoshop CS5 on my Mac and I have not had problems since I installed Photoshop originally. Yesterday, the Clone Stamp went crazy mad and starts to move the frame surrounding whenever I chose a source. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, plug-ins installed and reset tools (reset several times). Nothing has changed and I have some urgent changes to make. Please help, thanks.

  PS, I have read several forums that were kind of related to this problem and nothing I've read has helped. Sorry if it's repetitive other problems for everyone.

  If you go to window > Clone Source and choose Clipped, isn't that better?

• Clone Stamp and Healing Brush problem, please help!

  Hi, I'm new to the forum but I have been using Adobe creative suite for some time now.  As described in the title of the thread, I am having a problem with my photoshop clone stamp and Healing Brush tool that I can't fix on my own. I searched on the internet all day, scroll on many other posts, but I can't seem to find anyone else who has similar problems as I have here.

  It's a little hard to explain but the question I have, is that when I go to use my healing brush or Clone Stamp tool, layer I work if it is a flat or normal background editable layer get displaced as soon as I press the option button to make a choice, and when I go to install in the region using these tools it is then as I duplicated the entire layer and drag it around of the screen, even if no copy / paste was filed.  All my other tools are functioning normally and I wasn't having this problem last time, that I have worked on anything in photoshop.

  I am running:

  Mac OSX 10.5.8

  CS4 extended version 11.0.2

  Any help is greatly appreciated.

  Your probably see the source of duplication of overlay.

  Go to window > uncheck Source of duplication and either:

  Display the overlay for no overlay or check CRT to display the overlay

  cut to the size of the brush.

• Option-click for the clone stamp does not. I've tried several suggested fixes, no results. Help!

  Howdy!

  I searched and found similar questions on the forum and I tried all the solutions proposed, that I could find, but I'm still not resolve this issue. Hoping that maybe someone found a fix!

  The problem is that the option - click to set a point source for the Clone Stamp tool does not work, but the behavior seems to be particularly odd.

  With the Clone Stamp selected, tool if I press the option key pressed, I get the crosshairs target little, which makes me think that Photoshop is the option key is read and is not a recovery program of her clutter. When I then try to use the clone stamp, however, I get the dreaded error message:

  "Could not use the clone stamp because the area to clone has not been defined (option - click to set a point source)."

  I went through all the relevant troubleshooting steps, I could find elsewhere on the forum. I have updated to the latest version of Photoshop and my BONES. I tried to reset the tool. When this does not work, I reset the Photoshop preferences. I have disabled all the other programs that seemed that they might have some sort of overlay keyboard shortcut, but as mentioned, Photoshop DO change the cursor when I press the option key, which makes me think (although I am far from being an expect) is not the issue. I have no plugins or mods or anything of this nature that is installed. It is a completely vanilla installation.

  I am under Photoshop CC 2015.1.2 20160113.r.355 x 64.  My OS is El Capitan 10.11.2.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated. As far as I know, there is no work around. This tool is dead in the water for me until I can sort this out.

  I have to admit, I'm puzzled. Everything seems as it should. The tool has been reset, preferences reset and the layer looks very good. I wonder if it is a question with El Capitan. I use Windows, but know that Photoshop has had problems when El Capitan came out. If you have not used the clone 6 months stamp then it would have been pre - El Capitan. Have you tried completely uninstalling Photoshop, restart the computer and reinstall?

  The Clone Stamp tool is intended to be used to paint the parts of an image on one image (the same or another).

  To do this, a sampling point must be set for Photoshop 'know' what piece to be used and which is done with the Clone tool from the selected buffer, alt-click on the space provided.

  The usual advice are something in the sense of "something has been disabled in the group policy...". ", and it is probably true that something has been disabled, but you know what something is and what it takes to do about it.

  If you are using XP Home Edition, you will get away with advice to use the Group Policy Editor, because there is no Group Policy Editor in XP Home and that really doesn't tell you where to look in group policy, even if you run the Group Policy Editor.

  You need a complete solution that works for all versions of XP and requires no hunting around in the Group Policy Editor or registry to find where things are that have been disabled.

  Unless you have disabled these things on purpose, chances are good that your system has a malware infection.  The malware knows what tools you use to try to find and remove, for the malware disables the things you are more likely to consume and prevents them from running if you can't find the malware and remove it.

  If your system has this kind of affliction, all malicious software tools you currently use or have used failed to protect your system so that you can expand your horizons malware detection and prevention to prevent these kinds of afflictions in the first place.

  The malware will be happy you trick into thinking that you need to so something drastic to fix your system - as a facility repair, system restore point or a total reinstallation of XP.  This is what it would be like you, but these measures are not necessary.

  You must solve the immediate problem of the tools does not, then scan your system for malware when you are finished.

  No matter what kind of malware you've used analytical tools, they are unlikely to solve this problem, because they cannot tell if the changes made to your system have been on purpose (you or an administrator who makes them) or some malware changed them, so the analysis tools will let these things alone (it's usually a good thing).

  Answer in the affirmative to the question... Are you sure you want to add the information in the registry?

  You should then see a message that information has been registered in the register.

  Reboot your system and test.

  You can delete the enableit.reg file when you are finished.

  If the registry editor has also been disabled, we first fix (not a problem).

  Because now you have or have had a malware infection, I would follow with this:

  Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware detection programs:

  They can be uninstalled later if you wish.
