  Settings - general - storage - Storage - find the app - delete

  Do a forced reboot - after all open applications using the app Chooser - invoked by fast double pressing the home button and drag upwards on each app until it disappears from the screen.

  Meet the sleep/wake and home buttons down until you see the logo  - then release and allow normal start upward

  Then re download the app

  manually on the link above?

  If so you need to contact the Sony Support as the error is in the provided OEM drivers and not
  Windows 7.

  I can record videos, etc. but it gives me is more the options microphone. It only gives me high definition and driver Microphone main sound capture. Those are the ones I usually use speaking into my microphone. So when I record from my computer now, you can hear everything I'm doing in the background and its very blurry.   I think that TheWiseConvertB Community ToolBar is unable to disrupt the Internet connection on your computer. Check your cable internet connection connected properly or not?, you can disconnect the internet cable and plug it in again.
