Closing the browser. CTRL + SHIFT + t to Noto tab.session is mainted.

Hi experts jdev,.

use jdev 11.1.1.5.0 - adfbc-oracledb10g mozilla firefox version 9.0.1

My problem is:

am running my application in my system. I have unforunat; There closed the current tab.

My active tab holds what?

You can ask.

running project url is the tab current
http://127.0.0.1:7101/RoadmapJApp-GeneralLedgerUI-context-root/faces/RJAppIndex?_adf.ctrl-state=1a7fxm29gf_87
so I press ctrl + shift + t. to reopen closed tab.

keep the old State (my url of the project).
http://127.0.0.1:7101/RoadmapJApp-GeneralLedgerUI-context-root/faces/RJAppIndex?_adf.CTRL-State=1a7fxm29gf_87
my need is such.

If I closed unforunately my project running average tab,

amounts in an alert.

you don't want to not lost this session Yes or not.

If I give Yes means your session is destoyed. message should you are prompted.

and a more.

If I try to open the closed tab by with ctrl + shift + t.

It should not be opened in the browser.

The answer to the first question, is that you can't do that. The problem is that you cannot control the behavior of the browser when you use the tab close (x) or close (x) browser. The browser closes just the tab or window without giving you anything to act on. You can play with the warning of uncommitted data, but it won't work in all circumstances.

The 2nd issue cannot be dealt with is that you do not get an event for the tab of the fence. If you cannot invalidate the session. If you reopen the tab browser uses the last URL for the tab, which has the former state information. As you don't invalidate the session, the information is still valid and there is no way of knowing that the url was originally a closed tab.

In summary, as long as the browser does not send an event to the application running in the browser or tab, which then can be used to stop the closure, there is not solution.

Firefox stores now always the old session, and you can access it by going to the history menu and selecting "restore previous Session."

If you always open the last set of tabs, another approach is the following:

    1. Click on the orange button Firefox, then select options to open the options window
    2. Go to the general Panel
    3. Change the setting "When Firefox starts" to "show my windows and tabs from last time '.

  • Forms hangs before closing the browser window in IE7

    Hello

When executing our application forms in IE7, it crashes when closing the browser window.
The same request has no problem when running in IE6.
Customers have Windows XP. We use the webforms 10.1.2.2 and Jinitiator 1.3.1.28, which is certified against IE7 (see http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/forms/htdocs/10gR2/clientsod_forms10gR2.html).
If first, we open the java console of jinitiator window, we are able to close the window of the browser without any problem, but this isn't a solution for users.

Any suggestions to solve this are welcome,
    Kind regards

Registry keys have similar permissions to how NTFS permissions behave. The data values do not have permissions. Right click on the name of the key (looks like a folder & is on the left in regedit) & go to permissions. It is very important to do this step for users who have restricted permissions on Vista/XP/Citrix systems. If users have user with power or better, you can skip this step. They will not always plant without this parameter.

I'm trying to create a field of browser, search for redirects and close the page, so go back to the last page. Look on the ground of the browser after you have requested a page and receive calls such as documentLoad(), I'm trying to close the screen here. But I get an IllegalStateException: called close() when not displayed.

I have found nowhere else to listen for events from redirection. Is there a better place to find events in browserField.addListener (...)? One of the methods BrowserFieldListener.downloadProgress () event is not called.

Have you wrapped closed with a call to invokeLater call?  See the link below for an example.

  • Security problem in Chrome when closing the browser (4.2.6.00.03)

    Version 4.2.6.00.03

    Hello

I have just been informed that in Chrome (version 43.0.2357.81 m) and in the settings in the section "getting started", if "Where you stopped to continue" is selected and that the browser is closed by clicking on the 'X' in the top right and then open again the last visited page appears without having to log in again.

    chrome_settings.png

It is of course logical based on the selection in the settings, but the Cache in the browser security is set to disabled.

    RecX Ltd,

    Thanks again for your help.

I could correct this problem. I went into the properties of the Application-> Security-> Session Timeout and entered the Session idle time in the text field instead of depend on the default values of the Skillbuilder Session Timeout of the plug-in.

    Thank you

  • Session, still on display in session form FMW after closing the browser...

    Hello
I'm working on forms 11g (11.1.4) on windows, I saw when user exit (directly close the browser) does not the good functioning of the application it is session show an active session of forms in the FMW and also the database session are also active.

This led to the question of locking, eg.user A updated recording and before committing there disconnect because of the failure of the network and for he reconnection and trying to update the same record there watch the lock by another user.

Is anyway to automatically kill the session of forms in the FMW when the user disconnect?

    Thanks in advance...

In General, when the browser is closed an attempt to have the JRE send a final message on the server telling, is that his client is being closed. This allows to make a clean stop down. This behavior has evolved over time and works better in newer versions. If you do not use 11.1.1.6 or 11.1.2.0 as well as the last taken supported JRE (1.6.0_33) then I encourage you to do so as this may fix the problem.

  • Is it normal to get logged out of sync after closing the browser? In other words I have relog in there everytime I open Firefox.

After I created an account, all set up and close the browser, next time I open firefox, it says set up sync, instead of sync. So I have to set up synchronization > I already have and account > I don't have the camera with me > etc.

    Windows 7 64-bit.

Well Yes, "armor" passwords are saved in password under a Manager chrome: / / "the site" address (password Mozilla Services) and (Mozilla Services encryption key). Weave is the original name for the Firefox sync service, when it grew in 2009 and 2010 and uses this name for many internal files within Firefox.

It's a path of the virtual directory of \tools\web90\html

in the Web server environment, you don't play with fix paths like c:\temp instead, we define the path to the application as a virtual directory server...

Replace as I mentioned in my previous post

  • Can I refresh the browser instead of opening a new tab?

    Hello

Whenever I press cmd-alt-E (mac) to see a preview of the site it opens the browser Chrome new tab and I end up with 2 dozen tabs. Can - I just force a refresh when recording instead?

    Thank you, Steve

    Hi Steve,.

At the moment, you must click on Preview in the browser, as Muse will not show changes to updating as in Dreamweaver. We are already aware of this and are currently working on this feature. Unfortunately there is no timetable for the improvement I can do at this stage.

Let me know if you have any question.

  • Failed to retrieve the recently closed windows browser tabs

Yesterday, when I was not bothered just opening my browser, I opened a tab next to him do a little homework, and without thinking, I closed the browser with the last browser as well, which means I lost all my information from that, but didn't know until the next day.

I had this kind of problems before, but I could watch my story, then re - open my window closed recently. This time, however when I tried to do the same thing the next day that the 'closed window' was grey, as if she did not save the things that I did not open before and the worst, it's that I've lost probably close or more than 200 tablets and this is not laugh, because all the things I had before were things that I was now and save for months until I went to use it.

I tried to find a solution by looking at my story earlier and from back, but most of the information I had had been kept for a few months, which means that I can't check it out.

Could I possibly want to ask you to find a solution for me please because this has gotten me very depressed that I can't get back the things I love as long as lose it depressed me to the point that I lied on my bed for a few hours without sleep.

    Thank you.

Hi Firemonkey008, I guess the .bak file looks like a good candidate for the missing session very recently. That's what we hope to find. Yes, it's that you rename sessionstore.js to. You must rename or delete the existing sessionstore.js first, or Windows will not let you do the name change.

  • Add tabs and toolbar add-ons disappeared at the opening of the browser closed.

I've deleted and reinstalled 17.01 three times now. The first time was to enter my bank site. The second because I still had problems with the download. My browser has been working well for a few weeks. I was using the browser, it closed with open tabs (oh, and I have an open tab alert, since the upgrade to 17). Normally, when I reopen it the browser, all the tabs are there and open. This time, the tabs were opened but my add tool bar on top has been closed, even though it has been verified to be opened. I closed the browser and reopened and was not just add it to the toolbar gone, but now all tabs have disappeared also. I uninstalled and reinstalled 17.01, and nothing has changed. I came to hate 17 with a passion.

And, no, I have not installed anything new, and I did not tab mix (what ever that is) add on.

I don't know if restarting the computer has changed the situation or not. The site of the Bank developed after the reboot.

I am so angry, I lost a whole day dealing with this mess. And yet, I can't be sure that something will happen.

I know that you tried to help me and I would be grateful, but everything I see right now is a ton of work a head of me, that I did not honestly.
