Cloud App Manager - d.u.m.b. struck Award

New Adobe Cloud App Manager downloads, then fails to install the updates.

Seriously people?  OK, the question is: "How QA did during the test before release?"

Uninstalled hoping it would help.  Now, we're down!

Sorry, but running a business here and lose more than the cost of this nonsense.

OK, after a repair, it seems that the apps CS6 and CC are not the same, or regarded as identical with the new Creative Cloud App Manager.  What I did to get around this oversight...

(1) close creative cloud

-Click on the symbol in the menu bar CC, on gear, choose 'leave Creative Cloud '.

2) go to the Applications folder and use programs uninstaller for each application (e.g., uninstall Photoshop CS6)

(3) raise the creative cloud.  She thinks you never downloaded/installed apps and cool... download/install apps ' Creative Cloud (CC).  (for example 'Photoshop CS6' becomes 'Photoshop CC')

-command-space (launch Spotlight), type "Adobe", choose "Adobe Application by.

Note: If you have arrived since trial creative cloud of CC versions, your applications are CS6.  The new cloud will rain on you!  ;-)

Back in business.

  • Muse CC Creative Cloud App Manager update problem in OS x 10.9

Why the creative cloud (Application Manager) Panel does not update the Muse CC app, instead of the application itself? I just updated the app to version 7.2, (January 20, 2014) so that air, after the application of the CC of the Muse herself invited me. I have not seen an announcement as of yet from Adobe about this update or what it contains.

The main question is if the application of table CC support MUSE CC updated... I've updated MUSE CC twice without any reference to an update in the application of OSX CC. I was under the impression that the application Cloud Manager was supposed to take care of all the applications in the suite Adobe CC.

    Thank you

    Doug

Hi Doug, we are aware of this limitation on how Muse (being an Air application) interacts with the Manager Application CC leading to such conflicts. Please see the following thread - http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1253307.

We intend to address releases these inconsistencies in one of our next Muse.

  • 5 Lightroom is not available in the creative cloud app Manager

LR5 does not appear in my list of applications available for creative cloud.

I have CC evaluation edition. Before the first edition, I downloaded and installed the LR5 trial. I read in the cloud of LR/Troubleshooting FAQ it may not appear because my system does not respond to the requirements. It seems that my system does not meet requirements with the only possible exception; 2ng gen core i5 CPU meet the CPU requirements? The req to say Intel 4... so, I wasn't sure if laptops processors were included. I have no problem with the trial LR5.

I want to just make sure that LR5 would be included and available if I purchase a paid subscription to CC CC seems to be something that I am interested in and a great way to fight against privacy.

Lightroom is only available to creative cloud full-fledged members.  It is not available in the trial subscription.

You can download a separate trial for Photoshop Lightroom at https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_lightroom&promoid&promoid=D TEML.

Its been doing this throughout the day, so I guess this isn't the backend but something else that's not fair.

I have tried both through the company network and set up a private network of infrastructure with no restrictions what so ever in any sense, direct on the basic network to see if the firewall was ruining my day, but these two not in the same way.

Someone has an idea of what to do to make it work?

The previous update I gave my problem, see the message there and download the complete application manager instead of the download application which is called in the cloud applications and creative cloud services screen and the rest works as expected on my direct connection and my connection to the firewall of the company.

You will not get automatic notification if creative cloud desktop application does not run and the display notification check box is not checked.

  • Creating cloud app and Adobe Application Manager not synchronized

Until this week, all my downloads were managed by Adobe Application Manager. Now appears the creative cloud app, that tells me that I have not downloaded anything.

How can I get the CC app to acknowledge the fact that I downloaded almost the entire suite of creative apps cloud?

Please make sure that launuage of the creative cloud app installation is her even that you had Setup for Application Manager.

Otherwise, it will not recognize the applications already installed.

  • Accidentally deleted CC, now I can't download creative cloud or app manager

    Hello

I stupidly deleted my cc instead of uninstalling it and now when I go to install cc I get an error saying I need to download the app manager first. When you download the application manager, I get an error that binds me to 'supervisor of adobe program' who said then that the app has been disconnected. So I followed the troubleshooting instructions to uninstall cc but when I click on uninstall, I get an error saying I need to download the app handler in order to uninstall, but I can't download the app Manager.

Ahhbee92 if you have removed the Alias uninstall program then I recommend to uninstall all Adobe Creative Software, then using the CC cleaning tool as described in solution 2.
