  • How to uninstall from Creative Cloud App and reinstall it on your computer and CC App?

    Sorry, my English is not good. I have a Creative cloud application on my computer. I used the CC apps such as Ps, Pr, AU... for two days, but I had to do a system restore, two weeks back. Cloud of Creative now re-installed on my computer. I don't have Ps, Pr, au... on the computer but on the App creative cloud sees them as installed on the computer. So I can't reinstall them because I do not give permission, it is no longer updated optional, but I don't like, because they do not want on your computer. How to uninstall from Creative Cloud App and reinstall it on your computer and CC App? Please help, I have a little time.

  • Muse CC Creative Cloud App Manager update problem in OS x 10.9

    Why the creative cloud (Application Manager) Panel does not update the Muse CC app, instead of the application itself? I just updated the app to version 7.2, (January 20, 2014) so that air, after the application of the CC of the Muse herself invited me. I have not seen an announcement as of yet from Adobe about this update or what it contains.

    The main question is if the application of table CC support MUSE CC updated... I've updated MUSE CC twice without any reference to an update in the application of OSX CC. I was under the impression that the application Cloud Manager was supposed to take care of all the applications in the suite Adobe CC.

    Thank you

    Doug

    Hi Doug, we are aware of this limitation on how Muse (being an Air application) interacts with the Manager Application CC leading to such conflicts. Please see the following thread - http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1253307.

    We intend to address releases these inconsistencies in one of our next Muse.

  • Update of the creative cloud app screwed me over. How can I return back photoshop 2014

    I can't go back to photoshop 2014 even go through the app CC 'older versions' option like the app updated and just installed latest version only where I got off auto updates and also not to remove the old version when updating. Stop making decisions for me Adobe you bloody idiots. If you released a perfect software then it wouldn't be a problem but you seem just to serve your paying customers testing ground.

    Solve this problem and tell me how can I come back I want to use the version of the software. The amount of parameters presets/brushes and settings, I had the installer is a ballache to sort again!

    just after the point 1/2 towards the bottom of the page is a portal showing how to install previous versions, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html

  • Acrobat DC update appears in creative cloud Apps

    I have Acrobat Pro installed locally and recently purchased InDesign CC (2015).  Creative cloud now appears to show that acrobat DC has an update.  When I try to update is said: I have to uninstall earlier versions of Acrobat.  I uninstalled all versions including reader.  The update remains.

    Issues related to the:

    If I have Acrobat Pro, it gives me an update free Acrobat DC, if not;

    Why showing the update

    If so, why it will refresh?

    Any advise welcome.

    If you have a lot of creative cloud, you have right to run Acrobat Pro DC.

    Also if you have a subscription to a previous Acrobat Pro.

    If you have a purchased version (you don't say you have I think) there is no free upgrade; I think that what we see, it's a bug in the CC application that cannot properly manage the subscription and products purchased.

    After the migration to the new iMac, signed the old Mac, can re-install on old Mac and connect you but new Mac creative Cloud menu bar icon is greyed out, window remains empty, tried everything I can find on the forums, the deleted files in ~/Library/Application Support in Adobe files and Library/Application Support changed permissions etc etc., still stuck on the empty window, if I left and try to run it asks me to download a new copy of the Application Manager, experienced countless times now without effect.

  • Lightroom 5.0 does not have an update available from creative cloud Office

    Update from cc Desktop applications is easy and convienent.  This works for all applications that I use, with the exception of Lightroom.  I only know that it a udate for LR available 5.0 because when I open LR I get a message then told me.  Is there a reason I can't see or do it directly from the creative cloud desktop?

    Thanks in advance for any ideas

    Michele

    Michele Yes the reason why you can not update Lightroom from the creative Cloud desktop application because it uses a different technology to update.  You can find links to the pages of updated below:

    Mac OS - http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=113&platform=Macintosh

    Windows - http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=113&platform=Windows

  • 5 Lightroom is not available in the creative cloud app Manager

    LR5 does not appear in my list of applications available for creative cloud.

    I have CC evaluation edition. Before the first edition, I downloaded and installed the LR5 trial. I read in the cloud of LR/Troubleshooting FAQ it may not appear because my system does not respond to the requirements. It seems that my system does not meet requirements with the only possible exception; 2ng gen core i5 CPU meet the CPU requirements? The req to say Intel 4... so, I wasn't sure if laptops processors were included. I have no problem with the trial LR5.

    I want to just make sure that LR5 would be included and available if I purchase a paid subscription to CC CC seems to be something that I am interested in and a great way to fight against privacy.

    Brian L->

    Lightroom is only available to creative cloud full-fledged members.  It is not available in the trial subscription.

    You can download a separate trial for Photoshop Lightroom at https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_lightroom&promoid&promoid=D TEML.
