Creative cloud-> application manager does not work. And then my Lr does not work neither.

I received a Chat support, but it failed. The incidence number 0188254578 has been open, described as "'download error ' because certainly CreativeCloud-> keep Apps stuck"downloading", but nothing happens. "

After trying the steps listed to download error in the applications of Adobe Creative Cloud desktop, application tab support team also tried to fix remote buy the problem was not solved. I could not use my apps Ps/Lr/Br during about a week!

Need help to solve the problem. I use an iMac (OS X The Captain, V 10.11.6).

    Mac HD > Applications > utilities > Adobe Installers

    Then run the cleanup tool and remove any cloud creative associates

    It could be that your picture is too large with respect to the dimensions in pixels for the well blur tool run.

    If you zoom in to 100% you see no change when you use the blur tool?

    What are the dimensions of the image in pixels?

    (Image > Image size)

    If you try a small image, the blur tool work?

    What happened when you use the mouse instead of your Tablet?

    Can you at least tell us what operating system and version of photoshop with your?

    Well, I found a solution. As far as I know, the cc itself application needs to update, but since it is empty, you don't see that she put needs to update. So I did this:

    1. close all adobe programs

    2. open taskmanager

    3. Select processes tab and end all adobe processes (including the creative cloud)

    4 (windows key + R) to open the immediate window.

    5. type %LocalAppData% and press OK

    6. go to ADOBE > OOBE

    7. Select and delete the file "opm" (in fact, I believe, he says opm.db)

    8 open again cloud creative app

    9. you should now be able to log in and update.

  • Creative Cloud applications tab does not display

    I don't see the applications tab in the creative cloud, I'm on a Mac Pro running the Version OS X El Capitan 10.11.1

    I tried several solutions suggested on different threads and finally just tried a complete reinstall:

    (1) deleted the OOBE folder and restarted - failed.

    (2) disconnected and uninstalled creative Cloud > deleted OOBE, AAMUpdater, Applications Manager > Restarted > Ran creative cloud cleaning tool > cloud creative re - failed.

    (3) uninstalled or removed absolutely every file related to Adobe or a file I could find, YUP, deleted the entire Adobe folder > Restarted > Ran creative cloud cleaning tool > cloud creative re - failed.

    It is extremely frustrating for me! This puts me behind on projects for my work because I can't work with my colleague that integrates the latest version of Muse and I did not.

    I had already seen this and a similar position and he tried again and again. The problem was that wanted me a whole step reading neglect on my part:

    First step: Run creative tool for cleaning on the creative cloud desktop (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html)

    Step 2: Open Finder > go > go to folder > ~/Library (this is your user library) > Application Support > Adobe > delete 'AAMUpdater' and 'OOBE' records

    * Step 3: In the Finder > go > go to folder > / library (this is the Mac library) > Application Support > Adobe > delete 'AAMUpdater' and 'OOBE' files *.

    Step 4: go to Applications > utilities > remove "Adobe Application Manager" and "Adobe Creative Cloud' files

    Fifth step: download Adobe Application Manager (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=4774&fileID=4438)

    Step 6: Go to Applications > utilities > Adobe Application Manager > Core > launch PDApp

    * I missed this crucial step because I did not know that these folders exist in the two libraries. I kept deleting my user library, you will need to remove it at once. Hope this helps someone else who continues to work in this issue for the same reason. I finally got to watch the person customer service Adobe take over my screen and do something I certainly could have done if I paid more attention.

    The part "Applications" of the creative cloud for OS X doesn't seem to work, and it has been like that for awhile. All I get is the blue turn ring indefinitely (see screenshot). The other tabs work as expected. Moreover, I cannot sign out clouds Creative at all (the app, that is).

  • CC of Adobe Application Manager does not work after update

    Last night I avrived home and sat down to work on my Web site and other projects aside after a long day of work.  I opened my application manager, and he informed me that she had an update.  So, naturally, I agreed and was excited to see the new update.  Unfortunately after a few hours of trying to figure out things about why I couldn't access my Muse Adobe and Adobe Application manager after the update I had to abandon.   I was online with technical support on the issue and gave a link to download the application Manager once again (it was my 3rd attempt to do, and the link that was given to me was exceeded).  After finding that this will take more time than I'd hoped asked if the support of teak could help me solve the problem of the Muse.  I was told that I would be transferred to the support of the Muse and has never been after an hour or two.

    I'm stuck now still not be able to use the muse (after a few re - installs) and not able to use my application manager.

    Currently my backgound Telechareger when I lunch my application manager goes black and the application manager appears and is white with no options to choose and shows nothing.  When I try to use Muse he askes connect me, then gives me an error message asking me to please try again later...

    Can anyone help, anyone had this problem before?

    Rename the OOBE OOBE.old folder from this location and boost creative cloud.
