  Hi, I contacted Adobe chat today and the problem was a pirate software installed previously who had put instructions in the registry to avoid connecting them to the Adobe servers successfully.

  The solution, if you do not want to talk to a friendly person who works for Adobe, would be (Mac):

  Close/exit the cloud creative/icon of the application.

  Open the Finder. Select 'go' tab on the top menu, then "go to folder...". »

  Type:

  / etc

  and then click OK.

  You will find a file called "hosts". Copy this file to the desktop. When you are sure that you duplicated this file, rename the "hosts" file in the folder etc with any name but "hosts".   Willie, Adobe.com displays only products that are purchased directly from Adobe.com. You bought creative cloud from a reseller, you wouldn't find here on adobe.com.
