Subscription of cloud photography creative recurring questions
Hello
A month ago my subscription to creative photography of cloud was suddenly suspended (expired) although I had a valid payment information in the account. I contacted customer service, the question has been increased, and after 5 days (when I wasn't able to use the software I paid for) the issue has been resolved.
And guess what happened yesterday, a month after the previous incident? The same problem – Lightroom and Photoshop do not work, increased customer support issue once again, and I have to wait a few days until it will be resolved (I hope).
BTW, the problem is not related to the payment - they charge my card every month! But I'm not able to use the service :-(
Should my main question - I expect this problem each month? Any suggestion how to avoid this problem?

You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time (includes even if you have a subscription unique app ). Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application
