Subscription of cloud photography creative recurring questions
Hello
A month ago my subscription to creative photography of cloud was suddenly suspended (expired) although I had a valid payment information in the account. I contacted customer service, the question has been increased, and after 5 days (when I wasn't able to use the software I paid for) the issue has been resolved.
And guess what happened yesterday, a month after the previous incident? The same problem – Lightroom and Photoshop do not work, increased customer support issue once again, and I have to wait a few days until it will be resolved (I hope).
BTW, the problem is not related to the payment - they charge my card every month! But I'm not able to use the service :-(
Should my main question - I expect this problem each month? Any suggestion how to avoid this problem?

How can I find out which devices are using my subscription to plan photography creative cloud
Yesterday I installed the rest of creative photography cloud on a 12 month pre-paid license on my desk.
Photoshop installed ok but Lightroom installed as a 30 day trial and I spent nearly 2 hours to discuss for support before it was settled.
Today, I just installed my 2nd installation on my laptop (because I think that I am allowed to) and both applications are reporting that I have already installed programs twice and I need to remove an instance before using the programs.
I uninstalled the software from my laptop that I don't want to spoil my main office facility.
Where can I find information of my installations of 1st and 2nd?
Can I install the software on my desktop and laptops?
Why facilities say they are already on 2 devices?
Why the service account does not show these details?
Why are they not more clear installation instructions?
I don't know where you can find the installed or connected devices listed.
You can install cc on an unlimited number of computers, but you are limited to two connections at the same time. and you must be connected to use your programs of cc.
When signing a 3d device, will give you the option of signature on the other two. you will then know the only device to which you are connected.
Open another application of office cc on another device and identify yourself and you will know 2 devices to which you are connected.
If someone else uses your adobe id and password, you can see what appear to be anomalies.

I have LR 3.6 installed on my PC with a catalogue of images of 30K.
Question: This 30 day trial installation replace my existing LR it installs separately and it has no effect on my current catalog or simply create a new?
Would like to know before installing so don't not to lose or affect my current catalog.
Lightroom will install as a separate application and will not replace Lightroom 3.6.
The catalogues will be upgraded to the latest version, but you can save them in a new file. If the old catalogs will not suffer.

I can't access my cloud applications creative adobe correctly for the plan of photography. I used to have the full plan and move in terms of photography, and now I can't access my apps under the creative cloud. He said to uninstall and reinstall I have tried to do without success and still get the same error.

2 creative cloud photography Plan
I bought 2 plan of photography creative cloud under my adobe ID. Now both my user unable to connect at the same time and we need to disconnect until the other user can connect. It's a little confusing because we bought 2 plan CC of photography, that means we can be installed in 2 different computers and 2 user can connect at the same time. We have this request to the customer service and they advised to activate plans under different Adobe ID. That means that when we need to buy the same 2 plans, we have purchased under different adobe ID? Help!
Yes, that's correct.
You can buy different single App subscription using the same Adobe ID code. But App not even twice using the same email.
You can not buy 2 complete creative cloud or Cloud creative photography plan using the same Email ID
With one subscription, you can activate on 2 computers.
