  So my question is: how MRS. knows which ESX hosts in a cluster license?

  It is not, it assumes that the entire cluster is used for MRS. By also replicated LUNS to only half of the cluster is not recommended, and something I would never recommend because the results of HYALURONIC acid launched restart is unpredictable.

  Can I automate creating a cluster in LabView using the data structure created in an auto generated. CSV, C header or XML file?  I am trying to take the data structure defined in one or more of these files listed and have LabView automatically create a cluster with structure types and the same data.  (Ideally, I would like to do it with a C header file only.)  Basically, I'm trying to avoid having to create the cluster by hand, as the number of cluster elements could be very large. I looked in EasyXML and contacted the rep for the add-on.  Unfortunately, this feature was not created yet.  Did anyone done something like this before? Thanks in advance for the help.

  
  

• Need to create a report across data center that summarizes each cluster

  I created a few reports of various kinds, layers to multiple views and used filters for will only display me specific data.  However, I don't find a way to summarize or failure, a report by a resource of the child.

  To be precise, I'm looking to get information about the data at the data center or vCenter level stores, grouped by cluster.  Currently, I can obviously pull 53 different reports and getting these data on a per-cluster basis, but I want to be able to do is have a summary of each cluster in a single report.  Currently, the report is perfectly functional vcenter down to a host, but it displays each individual data store and the summary only I can give is all grouped together, and is not an indication that data warehouses are in clusters.

  Is there a way to do this?

  I would like that the report looks simply:

  Data Center

  Group 1

  Data warehouses

  Summary

  Group 2

  Data warehouses

  Summary

  and so on...

  I am currently on vROps 6.1.

  You can do things with the summary views and the bubble to the top a few statistics by using Supermetrics in some cases, but the possibilities for nesting are today a bit limited in terms of nesting of data visually in views. Of data are what kind of data from the warehouses you trying to show?

  Can I create a data center or a cluster? I have 2 computers esxi 5 managed by vcenter. They have about 5-7 VM s between the 2. If these two machines to put in a cluster basically makes like a machine, allowing them to share resources and enabling HA. Then you would want all your machines to esxi on 1 domain under a cluster, which allows you a lot more resources? If that's true then why you just want to add a machine data Center? As I understand it, this seems a waste of resources to me. I'm trying to understand the best config for my domain.  Can you help me understand?

  If you want / need HA and DRS, you use the cluster option.    We wanted only Vmotion and Svmotion so we have never activated HA or DRS so we just add our hosts data Center.

  If this is the only SQL server, I just set up a new SQL to the DR server and then manually import all the information from the database. P2V a server cluster with player quorum and etc is a delicate bif.

  Question, I realized that a Windows license for data center would be per processor, so if I have 2 physical processorsin each esx host, I need to get 2 X Datacenter license per ESX host, is - that correct?

  Anton is correct - Datacenter license covers only the OS Server.

  One suggestion would be to copy all existing backups that are now on the Time Capsule 2 TB hard disk. Then, clear the TC and start over again with new backups.

  A more expensive option... assuming you want to keep all old backups on the TC... would be to add a new TC and start backups goes in this direction.

  Another option... If you do not need to keep all old backups now on the TC... would be to erase the TC and start over again with new backups. The benefit of doing this would be that no new material will be necessary, but the downside would be that you lose your old backup history.

• I need my Vi to save only one point of data every 30 seconds

  I have trouble getting my VI to make only one point of data every 30 seconds. I collect a couple and the temperature. If you take a look at the queue of lvm, you will see that I have two data points every 30 seconds. I want only the VI to take one. I can do this by going to the DAQ assistant and change the mode of acquisition of N samples 1-sample (on request), but if I do this I am not able to see my couple of graph in real time.  In addition the VI takes data about every 30 seconds. Is there a way I can strengthen this also?

  1. change your graph of couple to be a graph.  A graph has a history associated with him, so he keeps old values in a circular buffer for you.  A chart shows just the last thing written in it.

  2. change your sample of Compression to be 64.  It is currently set at 30, which means that you will end up with 2 samples in your data.  That's why you write 2 samples when write you it.

Can I vMotion virtual machine to a host of switch distributed to a host of standard switch and vice versa?   You can mix standard switches and distributed, that's what we call hybrid architecture... but to be able to migrate virtual machines between virtual switches, you must the vSphere 6 and again there are some limitations, like not be able to migrate from VDS vs.
