  I have a CM2320nf on my network home and downloaded what I think is the most recent driver for Mac OS X (v1.5.0) but when I try to install it on my Mac OS system Sierra (10.12) I get the error;

  

  Of course, my OS is over 10.6 but I guess the installation program can be stifling on the change of name ('OS X' at 'macOS') or he sees not all the digits in the version number (see "10.12" under "10.1").

  For printing, if it does not list the printer model downlaod and install the following package:

  When adding the printer don't forget to select the inside of the series Color LaserJet CM2320 MFP use the dropdown not PostSript ageneric driver.

  As mentioned, only print and fax are supported, the scan is is longer supported on any Mac OS X later than Snow Leopard (10.6).

• Cannot install CM2320 printer in Windows 8 driver.

  Cm2320nf is on my Windows network, the host is a win XP computer. All win XP computers can find and print without problem. Computer Windows 8 is able to find the printer. The attempt to add printer causes Windows update to search for and not be able to find the driver, check later. HP diagnostics detects the printer, run Windows update that fails with the same error.

  Check http://catalog.update.microsoft.com and sought CM2320. It can only find Windows 7 drivers, no driver Windows 8. Downloaded the driver win 7 (64-bit), unzipped the CAB file. Try to run the driver installation fails with "missing file" but no name for the file missing.

  At the Add Printer dialog box in the INF file for the download, the installation starts, but then fails.

  The drivers for the CM2320 are already included in Windows 8 and not via the Microsoft Update servers, so you weren't able to find the drivers on the Microsoft catalog.

  If so, try following the steps below and check if this can help:

  1. On the client Windows 8, NECC devices and printers and click on add a printer.
  2. Click the printer that I want isn't listed.
  3. Select Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings.
  4. Keep the selection such as LPT1, and then click Next.
  5. Select HP in the Manufecturer list.
  6. Select HP Color Laserjet CM2320 MFP PCL6 driver class.
  7. Follow the steps to complete the wizard.
  8. Windows XP host, look for the name of the PC or the IP address and the name of the shared printer:
     The host name of the PC can be located by right click on my computer.
     The IP address can be found by clicking Start > run. Type cmd anc click OK.  Type IPCONFIG and click on enter and IP address is displayed.
     The printer share name can be located by clicking with the right button on the printer, select properties and go to the tab share.
  9. Now update the printer to the host port:
     • Right-click on the printer created and select printer properties.
     • Open the Ports tab, select Local Port and click New Port.
     • Type the port of the shape of \\ComputerName\Shared name (such as it is located in the previous step.

  There are two features on the CM2320fxi absent on the CM2320nf version that I would get if possible.

  • Can I add auto duplexing (available on the ' fxi) to my ' nf?
  • Can I add slots for memory cards to my CM2320nf?

  Since I have this free printer from Craigslist I really shouldn't complain, but it would be nice if I could add this feature.

  Also the personality of printer´s is a standard NF, even if you were able to get the parts and put in place, the card logic would simply not accept.

• Color LaserJet CM2320nf: CLJ CM2320nf false jam

  I just got a used (new to me) CM2320nf CLJ. It came without the ink cartridges.

  I found a used set of cartridges HP OEM with enough life in each for me to see if I can make it work.

  When turned on, it makes initialization and then in a cleaning cycle. But I get the clear paper jam in tray 2 message. But, I can see there's no signal no matter what paper at all. I don't know what happened, but it is now asking me to load paper into Tray 1 for cleaning. This pulls at least in the book but it jams and then above, "jam-access status bar."

  I also tried "restore it to factory settings" and reset the "NVRAM", but this doesn't seem to help.

  If I remove the tray 2 paper and look inside I see picking up the wheel and it seems to need cleaning.

  

  So my questions are:

  • Should I just replace the rollers or can they be cleaned? If so, how can I clean them?
  • It seems that if I go into cleaning mode is now applying for me to put the paper in the Tray 1. He thinks that I have no paper in tray 2? How can I tell the printer to review in tray 2?
  • Are there certain parts that tend to focus on this model or questions, I need to address?

  And of course, do not hesitate to ask if I have not provided the necessary information here.

  I guess your post, as printing other pages. If so, you can update the firmware, because this report is built into the operating system of the printer. As long the other elements are print and if the printer is connected to a network, then you can get the supplies status from the web interface.

  I can print but can't scan using the HP CM2320nf MFP and my Mac Book Pro.  I get 'Scan HP close unexpectedly'.  I have reset printer in the OS.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest drivers.  The problem persisiting.  I can't find anything on the net that fixed and I tried several times.

  OK, let's try a different approach.  Try scanning using the picture Capture application in your Applications folder.

  Click your printer on the left, click "Show details" on the bottom.

• Multifunction color LaserJetCM2320nf: complete solution for HP LasterJet CM2320nf MFP Color scanning software does not install

  I can't reinstall the complete solution to scan for my Color HP LasterJet CM2320nf MFP print/software. He complains about the USB drivers and a USB device. "This computer has no USB software necessary support to allow for the completion of an installation of the USB."

  I suspect that my laptop is too recent. He works exclusively off the coast of USB 3.0 ports, which caused problems with installation programs that flow from readers reading and USB external hard drives.

  Once the installation to the Welcome screen appears, click CTRL + SHIFT + ESC, the Task Manager opens.

  On the Applications tab locate the HP Installation, right-click and select go to process.

  Then right-click illustrated process, in menu click right to select the location of the open file, installation source opens.

  Open the installation folder, locate the file named USBReady.exe and rename it or delete it.

  Note: If you can't find it in the installation folder, look for usbready.exe in the main installation folder and edit the file.

  Once the file has been renamed or deleted, click install and follow the installation, then check all difference.

  Printer laserjet cm2320 will not complete installation, when I use the original product CD.  There are several different downloads for Windows 7 (64 bit) on the HP site for the laserjet cm2320 multi function printer, then where exactly should I use (and which are the most up-to-date)?  I've seen several posts of 2009-2010 on install problems with Windows 7 - with none of the real solutions to the cm2320 - and I was wondering if there was a fix yet.  The printer (2320) appear on my PC (which ran on Vista before my recent visit to Windows 7) and will print with USB cable connected to the printer, but the ends of the installation on the original CD before the wireless configuration, etc. can take place.

  I recently bought an IPAD. I'm trying to print on the Laser jet CM2320 NF network.  The HP application prints a picture, but he asks an email on the IPad before you go before you print. Entry of users is not accepted. I don't know if the laser is "eprint" supporting. It offers a framework to accept emails however. Can I put this machine using the hp application to print? If not, is there a work around to print this machine in network.  Note the wireless router a linksys EA4500.  The printer is connected via Cat5 cable to the router.

  Howdy, first post here - rules of noob.  Search for as well as I could but have not seen this answered.  Recently, we changed the place of our home network router.  We cannot reach our hp color laserjet cm2320nf mfp (ff3be2) Ethernet cable not more.  You ask if we give a wireless (Wifi, no bluetooth) to USB adapter to the USB port of the printer, will be the printer network through it?  Sure it works on computers, but don't know if the printer will look network via the USB port.  In any case, the problem we are trying to solve becomes the printer on our network of origin when we can not connect it via Ethernet.  Thanks in advance.

  Thanks for the reply.  Yes, I thought that I understood that after doing some more than browse the Internet.  Just ordered the Ethernet of IOGEAR Universal for adapter Wi - Fi N.  Hoping that the printer will think it is plugged.  Should do based on what I've read.  Thank you, James.
