You can use analytics. WebCenter Analytics comes with a number of events out-of-the-box for which it brings together measures which are very useful.

You can check in the WebCenter Analytics database schema. WebCenter Analytics Dashboards are present in the scheme of ACTIVITIES and are modeled in the form of a star schema.

The schema includes 2 types of tables. FACTS analytical tables are used to store instances of specific events. For each event, a specific FACT table is present, for example for page views, the views of space, connections and so on. These tables contain a timestamp for the moment, that the event is occurred and integer ID these descriptive reference data stored in DIMENSION tables.

DIMENSION tables contain descriptive information about the entities associated with events. Size examples are pages, applications, groupspaces, users and so on.

    Hello

SampleApplite's root folder (it was created because the name of the RPD file you are using is SampleApplite.rpd).

What do you mean by area here?

Field normally comes from the presentation layer of the RPD. You will use the domain to create reports.

If you want to access the reports created under shared folders, check this site: MW_HOME\instances\instance3\bifoundation\OracleBIPresentationServicesComponent\coreapplication_obips1\catalog\SampleAppLite\root\shared

If you want to access the reports created under my folders and your username is "weblogic", then check out this site: MW_HOME\instances\instance3\bifoundation\OracleBIPresentationServicesComponent\coreapplication_obips1\catalog\SampleAppLite\root\users\weblogic

    Don1.

    Hi Don1,

I'm scared, I can lead you down the wrong path.  I tried to change the schema to save a local variable without success, so I think it would be better to use only the steps of database to save this value directly in your database.

To do this, you must use all types of step five database.  You must open a reference to the database (for help opening the database), create a SELECT statement that selects the column that you want to insert (something like "SELECT localvar FROM testtable") to help stage open SQL statement, then use the data operation stage to perform an operation Set and was able to insert the value in the table.  Close the SQL statement by using the SQL statement step close, and then close the reference to the database by using the step to close the database.  It makes much more sense, looking at the example of database comes with TestStand.  You can find the example in \Examples\Database\WritingAndReadingTableData.seq.  This example uses the types of step all five of database.

I hope it's useful.  If you need any clarification on what, just let me know.

  • ACS 5.7 - access to tracking and reporting on a secondary server to the primary server

My organization has an ACS deployment, consisting of three servers. Currently, the primary ACS server is also the newspaper collector. However, Cisco recommends to a secondary server in the log collector.

I noticed that I have connection on the secondary server and click on "Monitoring and reporting", I am prompted to connect to the main server because that's where newspapers. I guess if the newspaper collector is on the secondary server and I click on "Monitoring and reporting" of the main server, I will ask you to connect to the secondary server.

Is there a way of not having to connect twice (once to access the web interface and new access reports)? It seems that deployment of ACS should support a kind of function of single sign-on and once you are connected to a server, gives you access to another without having to log in again.

    Hi David,

I know that the Cisco documentation mentions the school be the best practical paper collector, however, which in fact means is that the server acting as collector of newspaper should be not authenticate users.

If your backend is the collector of newspaper that should be fine, as soon as it's not authenticate users (but secondary responds to this task).

And related to the shift, that of right, independently on the server to which you connect, once you click on "Monitoring and reporting" you will be redirected to the collector of the newspaper and need to connect in it, unless you are currently on the newspaper collector and click on 'tracking and reports.

SSO between servers would be a good thing but is not available.

  • Method of Report.Save, the report has been made in a new path, but why is the empty file?

    Hallo,

I have a problem to save the report file in a new way.

In my code, I used the Runstate.Report.Save(newpath, overwrite, 0) method to save the report.

And after the excution of the test, I can find the file of report in the right place, but if I open it, it's empty, I mean, there's nothing in this report.

Someone has an idea? Where is the problem? And what I could do?

    Thank you!

    Cabio

    Hi Cabio,

Before answering your question, I would like to let you know that you can configure the path to the report file in the report file path tab report options.  You can choose from several options, including by specifying an expression that is customized for the report path.  This will allow you to customize where the report is saved without changing code.

If this isn't meeting your needs, the problem you're likely to have is that you access report until the report is actually produced.  To access the report object after it has been populated, replace the ProcessCleanup callback, which runs after the report has been generated.  (see the example of navigation PreUUTCallback for an example of substitution of a reminder.

Note: if you use TestStand 2012, this method will not work unless you configure Report Builder for not using a new thread.  You can configure this option in the treatment of dialogue by selecting the checkbox options more results.  If you do not want to use a new thread, you can access the report by changing the sequence of AddUUTReportAndSave in ReportGen_ATML.

  • With the help of new access points with old WLC 4100; LWAPP layer 2 switching 3-tier

    Hi all

We currently use two solutions Wiresless LAN - a 10 AP1230 access points-based autonomous (5 years) and a solution based on a Cisco WLC 4100 (4112, running 3.2) with 12 AP1010 LWAPP access points.

First thing, we are considering to replace the stand-alone solution with the WLC one. However, I'm not sure if we can use the new access points such as the LAP1041N or the LAP1252G with our current 4100 WLC. Access reported data sheets 'Cisco Unified Wireless Network Software Release 7.0 or later version' 'software '. Does this mean that these access points can only be used with controllers running 7.0 or later?

If we are unable to use the new access points with our current WLC and need to buy a new controller: can we use access points AP1010 current with a new WLC as the Cisco 4402?

Second thing, it is that we want to expand the networks configured on the WLC 4100 to another site that is connected via VPN wireless. Wireless Setup guide indicates that the LWAPP mode can be changed from Layer 2 to 3 layers so that the access points can be configured with an IP address, which allows you to place access points basically anywhere as long as IP connectivity exists between the AP and the WLC.

Y does it as described in a document with the change of mode LWAPP layer 2 to 3 layers? Or ist just the following steps (if I understand correctly):

-Change the Mode of Transport LWAPP on the controller of layer 2 to 3 layers

-Creation of a PA-manager interface with an IP address in the same subnet as the management interface (tried that, without changing LWAPP mode transport first and not was not possible - error)

    With regard to different sites:

-Configure option DHCP 43 with the IP address of the WLC or DNS with CISCO-LWAPP - CONTROLLER.localdomain

-Make sure that the interface ap - manager can reach points on the different site

Is it really just as simple as that? All information about it is very appreciated!

/ edit: I would also like to know if the 1260 series access point are backward compatible with 802. 11B. Whereas it is stated in 1040 and 1250 for example series data sheets, it is not particularly mentioned in 1260 data sheet.

    Thank you

    Michael

Well, let's start with the simple question/answer

    With regard to different sites:

-Configure option DHCP 43 with the IP address of the WLC or DNS with CISCO-LWAPP - CONTROLLER.localdomain

-Make sure that the interface ap - manager can reach points on the different site

Yes, it's as simple as that.

As for other issues, looks like you would be better served with a forklift upgrade.  New controllers and new AP.

Now, the AP 1230/1240/1250. all work on the 4.2, 1140 code starts with 5.2 and 1040/3500/1260 are 7.0

The AP 1000 series is not supported after 4.2 code.

Refer to here for the complete list of the AP and taken codes supported:

    http://www.Cisco.com/en/us/docs/wireless/controller/release/notes/crn7.0.html#wp610751

From what I see, the 4100 is not supported after the train of 3.2.

So, it really depends on what you are trying to accomplish with the upgrade.  If you are looking for a 80.211n support, you really want to be 5.2 or better, we had some problems with MRR + 40 Mhz channels, 4.2, 5 GHz band only.

  • Expose a report through Apex 5.0.2 and ADR 3.0.2 RESTful service

    Hi all

Currently, I am trying to expose a report through RESTful service and have used the following documentation to the for do:

    https://docs.Oracle.com/database/121/HTMDB/advnc_web_services.htm#HTMDB27000

I can't find where and how expose the report.  My page is public, and the security to allow RESTful services instance is set to yes.  I have an interactive report and a classic report, but none of them seem to have the option.

    I use Apex 5.0.2 and ADR 3.0.2.294.08.40.

Does anyone know how to do this?

    Thank you

    Daniel

    Hi Daniel,.

If it is a classic report, you have the instance parameter to allow the Restful Services and the page is public, you must change the page using the view component inherited (not Page Designer). In the attributes section you will find the option to activate the relaxing access report.

  • Reports in FDQM view

    Hello

A user has the roles of basic and Intermmediate in FDQM, however cannot display the menu analysis so cannot view reports.

What are the roles/role of the user should be given in order to run reports?

    Thank you

If you talk about classic FDQM, you must have defined the privileges, roles have when using intermediate roles because that's what they are there to provide flexibility to provide you with more personalized level role privileges. Navigate to Administration--> object maintenance and change the menu analysis option will be available for one of your intermediary roles as in defsult, it is only available to power users or administrators. If you do that only by giving a user admin privileges will have they access reports

You have access to MoS? Doc contains the details.

Here are some things to check
    1. you must give the user access to the 'Company reports' module to P6
    2. create user with the same name in BI Publisher and provide the access required in accordance with the Configuration Guide
    3. run schdeuled Global services
    4. check that you are able to run the reports to BI Publisher by using the new user and it is return data
    5. If the abve is true then check in P6 and if you still have the problem then bounce application server and repeat the test.

I'm assuming you did P6 Admin configuration correctly
