  You are using a desktop computer or a laptop?
   
  This usually occurs on laptops according to adapter connected or if your laptop runs on a battery. To save a few, it usually changes the wallpaper on your computer automatically.
   
  I suggest that you do this:
   
  a. Click Start, Control Panel.
  b. Select power options
   
  Note: If the Power Options is not available, change seen by large icons at the top right of the control panel.
   
  c. click on the plan next to to change power management settings.
  d. click on change advanced power settings.
  e. click on change settings that are currently unavailable unlock the advanced power settings
  f. put slide show under wallpaper and then suspended state settings click OK to save the changes.

  I have an active CC for photographers subscription purchased through Amazon.  It is a plant annual subscription bought 27 November 2015, which provides 12 months of CC at a rate reduced from $6.99 per month.  I changed to a new billing credit card as my old credit card was about to expire. My payment on June 27 has been successfully processed by Amazon.  My subscription to Amazon CC lists CC as an active license, but my account Adobe CC shows as expired.  Can someone help me to solve this as soon as POSSIBLE so that I can get back to work?

  I am running MS Windows Vista Edition home premium on a motherboard ASUS M3A78-CM very w / AMD Phenom II x 4 940 3.0 Ghz 6 MB Quad Core, 2 GB of RAM.  It is an upgrade to an AMD Athlon 64 X 2 5800 + 3.0 Ghz.  The two see the single core cpu in the Task Manager, cpuz, msconfig, etc..  However, the BIOS displays 1 physical cpu w / 4 logical processors.  In addition, the reason for which I have not even noticed the problem, is that I play a resource intensive game called Crysis Wars and my fps SUCK.  This led me to the problem.  Wars started, the console displays only a single core as well during the detection of the spu.  I need to know if the game software is read directly from the hardware OR of Vista.

  I have tried everything to fix the problem, including the use of msconfig to clear the number of processors, select detect HAL, reboot, etc.  Did not work.  I suspect that this is a license live upward, from Microsoft, but will not know until I have install another OS to test.  My next move (when I can afford it) is to install XP or Linux to see if these operating systems can detect all four cores.  If it works then I know it's the fault of Vista.

  Anyway, any help would be appreciated as my frustration level is through the roof with it.  Thank you.

  I want to run the LR CC of the trial so I can see if I want to buy LR6 on Windows 7. Although I tried 3 and 4 days ago, my CC table now expired and LR CC works with impaired with blurry images. My LR 4 also was damaged and I need to reinstall that. Any ideas why and how to fix. Cannot just call Adobe help, or can be. Online help is no help.

  There may be several reasons why the SP2 installation fails on your computer, a primary being corrupted WMI, we saw a lot of our users complaining about the same.
  If you get an error code 0 x 800 then well want to try the following.

  1. open an elevated command prompt. (go to start > start search & type cmd.) Then right-click on it and select run as administrator)

  2. in the command prompt window, type winmgmt /salvagerepository

  3. restart the computer.

  4. download the standalone installer from the link below & then try to install SP2.

• In windows Vista (Home Premium) Remote Desktop connection does not work correctly

  I installed and re-installed my Vista (Home premium) 2 times already because of the remote desktop connection.  I have a problem connecting from another laptop running windows 7 to connect to my desktop running Vista.  The remote control works on the other hand the meaning of desktop running vista, laptop running windows 7 Professional.
  Looking at the Vista under \System\Remote setting\Remote tab which shows the remote assistance box, but the Office box where you can choose what type of connection can be established remotely is missing.

  I went though all as responses to forum, but nothing helped.  Even in a "sfc/scannow" command prompt running did not help.  It is said that he finds corrupted files, but it cannot solve all corrupted files.  That's why I reinstalled windows hoping to fix this problem but WITHOUT SUCCESS.

  Can anyone help?  I've attached a screenshot of what I see in vista.
