Code 39 error sometimes no noise in the Windows XP computer.

Original title: Audio device is turned off and that it was not fixed.

Dell Dimension 8400 Pentium 4 processor 3.2 GHz, Windows XP Edition Version 2002 service pack 3 family. Card Creative Sound Blaster Live 24 bit sound.

Sound turns off sometimes. Manager device poster of yellow question mark on the mixer audio ms kernel wave. Properties shows corrupted driver error 39... Restart the computer and it works fine again once, but sound goes out after a few days.

Not a speaker issue, they work very well, watch the sound card as working in Device Manager when sound is on.

I ran the utility of automated troubleshooting and it is said that an audio device is cut off and it was not fixed. How to activate audio device?  I went to the volume control, it shows not as muted.  Terribly frustrated

Sometimes a single application overlaps or another in a way to talk about the covers.  Both deal with sound, so there may be files that coordinate with each other.  Uninstall/reinstall puts it at a stage of default configuration.

Try to reinstall the application and see if the sound works.  That's the problem in a sound broadcast like yours.

    Original title: download error

    Hello

Thanks for posting your query in the Microsoft Community Forums.

It seems that you have problems with downloading files on the windows vista computer.

The description of the problem seems a little unclear and I wish I had a better understanding before you start working on it. I would appreciate if you can help me with the following information.

    1. what browser you use on the computer?

    2. What is the exact full error message?

    3. don't you make changes on the computer before this problem?

    4. deal with this problem if you try to download all files from online?

If you do this in the face of Internet Explorer help, I suggest that you should change the default download location and check if it helps.

    Method 1

In internet explorer, you can change the default location.

    Here's how:

    a. open internet explorer.

    b. click on Tools , then select view downloads.

    c. downloads for window, click Options.

    d. now, enter the default download location and click on the OK button.

Turn on the computer at the beginning of boot and check if the problem persists.

    Method 2

Perform a clean boot to see if no third-party service is causing the problem.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  • Error - NTLDR is missing from the Windows XP computer.

    Original title: difficulty ntldr missing.

I don't have xp recovery disk. I get lack ntldr message at startup. How can I fix wihout disc?

Since the MS Answers forum does not prompt for any information system when a new question is asked, we know absolutely nothing about your system.  What makes which gives good ideas for extremely difficult solution.

Provide information on your system, the better you can:

What is your system brand and model?

What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?

Your system have IDE or SATA disks?

Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..

The question was preceded by a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination?  (this includes the plug pulling, buttons power, remove the battery, etc.)

The afflicted system has a working CD/DVD (internal or external) drive?

If the system works, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did not work properly?

You can create a bootable CD from the Console of the Recovery XP (no XP media required) and start the XP Recovery Console.

The chances are pretty good that there is a copy of the NTLDR file on your system to another location, so you can replace the missing file.

The file is supposed to be like c:\ntldr c:\ root folder (note there is no file for the ntldr file extension) but of course your seems to have developed missing.

If your system is preinstalled with XP there is probably a folder c:\i386 on your system and that there should be a copy of the file in folder c:\i386 NTLDR.

If you have installed Service Pack 3 download Internet via the World Wide Web Wide, there will be a copy of the NTLDR file in this folder:

    c:\Windows\ServicepackFiles\i386

Once you get started the recovery console and you ran chkdsk/r, I would see if these commands will work for you to replace the missing file:

    copy c:\i386\ntldr c:\

    or

    copy c:\windows\servicepackfiles\i386\ntldr c:\

Here's how to make a CD of bootable XP Recovery Console and I would run the chkdsk /r FIRST to make sure that your file system is not damaged.

Boot into the Recovery Console Windows using an XP bootable installation CD.

If you have no XP bootable media (or aren't sure you have) create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and do not forget.

This is not the same as recovery disks that might have come with the acquisition of the system store.

You can make a bootable Recovery Console CD by downloading an ISO file and burn it to a CD.

The ISO bootable image file you need to download is called:

    xp_rec_con. ISO

    Download the ISO from here:

    http://www.mediafire.com/?ueyyzfymmig

Use a new CD and this simple and free program to burn your ISO file and create your bootable CD:

    http://www.ImgBurn.com/

When you install ImgBurn, DO NOT install the Ask toolbar.

Here are some instructions for ImgBurn:

    http://Forum.ImgBurn.com/index.php?showtopic=61

It would be a good idea to test your bootable CD on a computer running.

You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.  These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

When you start on the CD, follow the instructions:

Press any key to boot from CD...

    Installing Windows... going to pronounce.

Press 'R' to enter the Recovery Console.

Select the installation that you want to access (usually 1: C:\WINDOWS)

You may be asked to enter the password (usually empty).

You should be in the folder C:\WINDOWS.  It's the same as the

C:\Windows folder that you see in Solution Explorer.

The Recovery Console allows base as file commands: copy, rename, replace, delete, chkdsk, fixboot, fixmbr, cd, etc.

For a list of the commands in the Recovery Console, type help at the prompt of commands or read on here XP Recovery Console:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/resources/documentation/Windows/XP/all/proddocs/en-us/recovery_console_cmds.mspx?mfr=true

A good idea before you start things must first verify the integrity of your file system by using the chkdsk command.

In the command prompt window, run the chkdsk command on the drive where Windows is installed to try to fix any problems on the afflicted player.

Running chkdsk is fine, even if he finds no problem.  It won't hurt anything to run it.

Assuming your boot drive is C, run the following command:

    CHKDSK C: /r

Let chkdsk finish to correct the problems, he could find.

It may take a long time for chkdsk complete or they seem to be "stuck".  Be patient.  If the HARD drive led blinks always, chkdsk is something.  Keep an eye on the amount of the percentage to be sure that it is still making progress.  It may even seem to go back sometime.

You must run chkdsk/r again until it finds no error to correct.

The screenshots, has explained the issue!

It is present in previous versions of DW as well & only happens for PHP files. Nevertheless, I logged a bug for this.

As a solution for the moment, you can simply activate and deactivate the option of film word in horizontal mode Code to get rid of the scroll bar.
