Code 80070570
It seems that Windows has tried and failed to install at least 50 significant updates (some may be duplicate attempts) on my computer in the past months. Today, I checked the Windows updates and found that there are 5 important updates. I follow the promts and each time (tried several times) they have failed - Code 80070570. So I studied the Code and read the messages it says I need to download/install the system update readiness tool. This tool is not an option in my menu of Windows Update, however, and the http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821/ link isn't get me there either. It comes to me... What's the problem? How can I fix it?

error code 80070570 and all downloads are corrupt and cannot install
Hi everyone who reads this.
I have recently just built a pc brand new. Intel I7 920 with a 160 GB SSD with a nvidia 470 video card. I'm also 6 GB triple channel. Motherboard is DX58SO of intel.
I installed a new copy of windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. I didn't have that 2 updates to the left, but I'm running into several errors. I get the error code 80070570 every time I tried to update from windows update. When I tried to download the drivers for my web site Nvidia graphics card I get errors that the file is corrupted. I installed this card in another pc and it works fine. In fact every time I try to download anything it tells me an error any. for example, that the file is corrupted. Nothing is installing on my PC brand new. Someone out there has the same problems? and what have you done to address them. Thank you
I reset my router and the problem was solved. It was all updated to firmware wise. Good call, I would have never thought of the router.

I know error Code 80070570 was discussed here a few times, but I have not been able to find the answer I'm looking for.
Let me explain a few things:
- I am on Windows 7
- My computer is 64-bit, a laptop HP g62-231nr
- My antivirus software is SecureIT Management Console
- I got this computer from August 2010
- My problem is that I cannot perform updates Windows due to the aforementioned error code
- According to me, this lack of updates, it's what causes an audio problem on my computer, where all audio streams skips and stutters.
- I'm NOT able to just go out and buy new software to fix my problem
- I'm paranoid about things online downloading, so if this part of your proposal of solution, please explain what that download will do and why
- I'm also paranoid about deleting things from my computer, so once again if it is your proposed solution, please explain why
- I DON'T spreken ze tech-talk - please he dumb down for me.
So my question is how to resolve this error code situation insofar as I can finish updates (preferably without having to download anything). Let me know if you need more information (remember, specific and dumbed down) and I thank you in advance!

Error codes: 80070570 & 8000FFFF (cannot install updates)
I have a delay of 21 updates waiting for download, but the automatic update function will fail (as well as when I activate manually) to download updates. I have two error codes 80070570 and 8000FFFF. I tried to select maually alone to download at once, but that didn't work or the other. I disabled the defender of the window to give freer access for updates to windows, and that did not help either.

error code 80070570 during installation KB2705219
Impossible to find a solution fo update error code 80070570 when you try to install KB2705219. I have windows vista 32 bit. Have you had recurrent problems of this type of update and you'd be grateful for any help.
Hi RogerToebe,
· Did you do changes on the computer before the show?
· What is the full error message?
· You are able to install other updates successfully?
Follow these methods.
Method 1: Temporarily disable the security software .
Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you do not disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network during the time that your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
Method 2: Put the computer in a clean boot State to see if there is a software conflict as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
Note: After completing the steps in the clean boot troubleshooting, follow step 7 the link to start the computer to a Normal startupmode.
Method 3: You can also manually install updates (KB number) by downloading from the Microsoft Download Center.
http://www.Microsoft.com/downloads/en/default.aspx
Method 4: Follow the steps in the article.

Error code 80070570 0 x when trying to install Windows 7 Pro 64-bit
Original title: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
Brand new OEM copy 1 stick 4 GB DDR3 1067 new motherboard & processor Intel Celeron G530 @ 2.4 GHz dual core EMT 64 taken in charge brand new DVD/CD drive nothing attached to the computer but monitor, mouse & keyboard
I am trying to install windows 7 Professional 64 bit on a new hard drive. He does it very well until it gets to the expansion of the files. It is about 28% & then gives me an error code 80070570 0 x and says some files are missing. I tried to re start several times. He always stops here.
Try reinstalling the memory stick into the slot in the motherboard.
Then run memory test software against the installed memory. Memtest86, for example. Let it run all night.
