  I'm moving my Adobe Photoshop CS6 extended for MAC in my office in my MacBook Air.  I always code redemption when I bought Photoshop a few years ago (it was a student/teacher edition).  When I go to redeem my code to get the serial number so that I can install it on the MacBook, I get this error message:

  Oops! This code does not appear to be active. Contact the dealer that you provided the map, or use a different code. For more information contact customer support and order by phone

  
  

  I have no idea what to do next.  Trying to run through the Customer Service/Contact Us screens bothers me nowhere - it's just an endless loop.  Does anyone know how I can install this on my laptop, or how can I get in touch with real Customer Service help?

  NOTE: I also went to Help-> system information on Photoshop and was able to get 20 of the 24 digit number.  What gives?

  Redemption code can be only be redeemed once and it is not allowing you to buy again.

  Suggest you go online at Adobe ID

  and sign in with the email address by which you bought the product to get your serial key, if you have saved the key.

  Microsoft believes that to replace the results of the motherboard in a new computer, so you can not re - install an OEM copy on a new motherboard.

  Of course you did not subscribe to this in the EULA - this is another license which the seller agreed, not you.

  Sorry, you will need to purchase a new copy.

  You must use your mc cs4 serial number, quickly find your serial number

  and you do not need to install cs4 to install a cs5 upgrade.  You can start with your cs5 installation and you will be asked your serial number cs4, after entering your serial number cs5 upgrade.

  If your Windows came pre-installed, then this is an OEM license-these licenses are linked to the motherboard on which they are first installed and cannot be moved to another Committee under strictly regulated circumstances, such as the OEM replacement Commission under the warranty.
  Your motherboard replaced under warranty by the manufacturer OEM? If this isn't the case, then you will need to purchase a new license from a reputable store.

  Then did a registry cleaning with a small software called CCleaner.

  So, if someone else has this problem, please try the method described above.

  Support staff of Sony is useless and I have to say that the level of support is terrible. If my trip can be reduced to this:

  Phone does not > software does not > Web site works not > when I finally support is useless.

  Figured it out myself but spend too many hours in the process.

  A redemption code has a use in his life, to acquire a serial number.  Once that has happened the redemption code is no longer useful.

I have a Mac Mini with no CD player.   Downloaded it, well.  I get to the part where you enter the redemption code and it will not accept the letters I try to type in.  What is going on? Is there a way around this problem?
