  I'm new to the BB appl development.  I was finding this forum very useful, although I have some fundamental questions for which I can't find existing threads...

  We need to create basically just a web app launcher (possibly with the overview icon) to get out by using BES.  We have a range of features and versions of OS (from 4.1) in support.  My questions have to do with how support these different devices and OS versions.  I hope I can have one application to get out for all devices instead of having separate applications to push to the respective devices based on the device or operating system.

  So my current thinking is to compile the application targeting the OS 4.1, so will it work on that and all the new versions of the OS.  As far as I can tell (not having completely tested) the same code (to launch the browser and the overview icon support) for OS 4.1 is compatible up to all new OS versions. This approach, compilation on OS 4.1 only, seems reasonable?

  My second concern relates to the icons that different devices prefer icons of different sizes.  What's usually managed?  Generally include you all files of icons of different sizes in the construction and through the code click on the appropriate icon based on detected device?  Or do you usually come out with a file of unique icon with dimensions that have air pretty much ok in all devices?  Some compromise between the two?

  Code of Blackberry is compatible before not retro-compatible. So, if you are developing an application with older JDE it can run on the new OS, but not the reverse.

  And on the icon I don't think that any device have a preference of dimension.

  You can use any reasonable size (ex: 50 * 50) for icon which will look almost the same in all devices.

  I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

  By rΘcupΦre do you SELECT? SELECT has nothing to do with the trigger. The trigger code will not run when you run SELECT on the table.

  Query refers to the SELECT statement. I don't see any SELECT statement. What do you mean by query? The trigger code are you referring? I think the trigger code is simple and nothing much needs to be done.

  When the trigger is executed the event calling (insert, delete, or update) determines what part of the code in the trigger must be executed. All of them will not be executed in a single call. Its just one of the three.

  What you report a known problem with elements 13/13.1 first I wrote about back in December 2014, and whenever the subject came up in the Adobe Premiere elements Forum.

  As far as I saw, most of the smartphones will automatically recognize it these days, as long as the number is written in a format of regular phone number. This format also allows to make images or text other than a telephone number in a tap to call the link.

  Yes, just install as you would normally using the serial number you used initially.

  You do not have to uninstall on the old machine - with your single-user license, you are allowed to have two active facilities.  So feel free to reinstall if these are the only two machine you intend to have on and you would like to have a backup installation.
