It seems to be a typo here. Can clarify you...

The error "[Macromedia] [SQLServer JDBC Driver] [SQL Server] procedure or function 'ListClientDPReceiptFormat' expects the parameter '@idCient', which was not provided."  the parameter defined as @idCient but your cfprocparam dbvarname = has ' @idClient'. .

    These are spelled differently.

I think that this may be related to what is mentioned in this bug - Bug #3865064 - ColdFusion 11 3 CFPROCRESULT case update

    Adam Cameron notes:

" Basically, then, it's a matter of the code in question was wrong, but the user has been getting away with it because the DBVARNAME was ignored. Now that it is not ignored, the code must actually be legitimate ;-). Very well, in that case. »

  • Portable JDBC with SQL Server on 64-bit Windows computer connection

I'm trying to set up this connection using a call for open source Modelsphere.

I am running home premium windows version 7.

I downloaded the 4.0 driver JDBC Microsoft SQL Server (sqldbc4.jar) and put it in this directory:

    c:\Program Files\Java\JRE6\Lib\Ext

The class I use the Modelsphere application is: com.microsoft.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver

The database url is: jdbc:sqlserver://localhost: / CallSheet.

I enabled using the Configuration of TCP/IP Manager.

I also enabled the telnet, but when I try to command: telnet 192.168.0.0 1433 or telnet 192.168.1.1 1433 I get an error saying "could not open connection to the host on port 1433: connection failed."

What else, need to do or change to get the connection work?

    Thanks in advance.

  • [FWGEN] [SQLServer JDBC Driver] Taking setting error. Unknown host

    Hi all

I have a problem that I can not understand it. I have a connection to SQL Server successfully.

I created a template, but when I try to take the items through the bone, I get:

ODI - 26174: connection to the base is not available.

java.sql.SQLException: [FMWGEN] [SQLServer JDBC Driver] Error establishing socket. Unknown host: XXXXX

    ....

It's impossible. To understand what is the problem, I created a procedure using this logic diagram of connections and wrote: select * from dbo. AAAA

Just as I guessed that it returned OK.

As a solution I created the table under the model manually, using this in my interface and successfully obtained the datas in this table.

If you have an idea, why can't I use model while the database server is OK?

I think it comes to jdbc versions are different or anything.

    Thank you

  • How to install the driver jdbc for sql server 2005 in sql developer 4.0?

    Hallo all

I need to access the tables in a MS SQL Server 2005 database.

    The JDBC driver is possible.

    How to install this driver?

Thanks a lot for your messages.

    Hello

    It's the documentation-

    Database: third-party JDBC Drivers

The component drivers JDBC third party specifies drivers to use for connections to the third-party databases (non-Oracle), such as IBM DB2, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server or Sybase Adaptive Server. (You don't need to add a driver for connections to Microsoft Access databases.) To add a driver, click Add an entry and select the path for the driver:

For Microsoft SQL Server or Sybase Adaptive Server: jtds - 1.2.jar, which is included in the download of jtds - 1.2 - dist.zip

To find a specific third-party driver, visit the appropriate site (for example, http://www.mysql.com for MySQL Connector/J JDBC driver for MySQL, http://jtds.sourceforge.net/ for the for Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase Adaptive Server jTDS driver, or search for Teradata JDBC driver to http://www.teradata.com/ ). For MySQL, use the driver in MySQL 5.0 not 5.1 or a later version with the version of SQL Developer 1.5.

You must specify a third-party driver or install a driver using the check for updates feature before you can create a connection to a database to third parties of the associated type. (See the tabs to create connections to the databases of third parties in the Create/Edit/Select database connection dialog box).

    Alternative:

As an alternative to the use of this preference, you can click Help, and then search for the updates install the for Microsoft SQL Server JTDS JDBC driver and the driver of JDBE of MySQL as extensions.

    Kind regards

    Mike

  • ClassCastException JDBC with SQL Server on AppModule r data source

  • incorrect syntax near 'float' MS SQL 2012

This code worked before when I had only a set of two double rooms, enter the insertion at the table, but when I added the string to the batch of this error message leaped at me. Not sure where "float" comes from...

My guess would be the & in the name field . This is a SQL function that performs an operation, AND on the specified values, in your case, the values are text, not digital.

  • CFMX 7 supports SQL SERVER 2005?

We get this error only when you run a stored procedure that uses link servers. The error is:

[Macromedia] [SQLServer JDBC Driver] [SQL Server] Named channel provider: could not open a connection to SQL Server [5].

Our SQL Server is configured to use Windows only (Kerberos authentication) authentication. The above error when a stored procedure is to query a table from another server (linked server). We loaded the latest DataDirect JDBC drivers (3.5) http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=42dcb10a & sliceId = 2

Is there an updated driver or a service pack available (3.7 maybe)?

    Does anyone have any ideas?

    Thank you in advance.

Many first, thanks to all who responded.

I post this in case someone else runs into integrated security, windows authentication or approved connection / problem of double jump Kerberos between ColdFusion and SQL Server 2005 using the provided CFMX 7 drivers JDBC DataDirect.

We found a solution that worked. Basically, we downloaded the MS SQL Server 2005 JDBC drivers as described in this technical note:

    http://KB.Adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=ded4216b

However, be sure to download the latest version of the driver, which is 1.1 ( http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=6D483869-816A-44CB-9787-A866235EF C7C & displaylang = en)

Technical note at left provides very important information that does the job for us. Basically, the JDBC URL must contain the "integratedSecurity = true' parameter and that the sqljdbc.jar and sqljdbc_auth.dll must be copied to a folder that is part of your path of windows (ie." c:\Windows\System32).

Here's the complete syntax of URL JDBC:

    SqlServer: / / [Server]: 1433; databaseName = [database]; integratedSecurity = true; SelectMetho d = direct; sendStringParametersAsUnicode = false; MaxPooledStatements = 0;

Thanks again and good luck to all...

  • Error loading of data into Essbase of SQL Server

    Hello experts!

I have another urgent and confusing issue. I am load data in a SQL Server view in Essbase (which is inverted with several columns of data) using ODI 11.1.1.5 and I get the following error at + "3-loading-SrcSet0-Load Data" + no:

ODI-1227: SrcSet0 (load) task fails on the source of connection MICROSOFT_SQL_SERVER.
+ Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: incorrect syntax near the keyword 'View' [FMWGEN] [SQLServer JDBC Driver] [SQL Server] +.

where 'View' is the name of the dimension (data) column in the SQL view.

Please help me with advice! Thank you very much!

Have you checked the generated SQL code, you can run the SQL generated directly in SQL server studio.
If you use a column called view and one using a view?, if so this can be the question

    See you soon

  • JDBC 4.0 - 8 SQL Server version is not supported by this driver

I use JBoss AS 6.1.0 Final and running using the JRE 6 included with jdk1.6.0_32.

I need to connect to a MS SQL 2008 database and have downloaded the latest Microsoft JDBC drivers contained in sqljdbc_4.0.2206.100_enu.exe.

I have copied sqljdbc4.jar to the default\lib folder and set up my DS etc.

    When my application tries to connect to the MS SQL database, I get;

12:32:53, 064 WARNING [ISQLServerConnection] ConnectionID:1 ClientConnectionId: a0955e8d-226a-44e6-b8f8-b0217cd3cf47 Server major version: 8 is not supported by this driver.

ClientConnectionId:a0955e8d - 226-44e6-b8f8-b0217cd3cf47)

Some messages said that it was due to a bug in a previous JRE and upgrade to 32 would solve it!

    Any ideas?

    TIA.

  • Cannot create the data source to SQL Server

    Hi people,

I am running IIS, Windows XP SP3, SQL Express 2005, Trial Version of ColdFusion 9 (no patches).

The administrator using ColdFusion, when I try to create a data source for SQLExpress 2005 (SQL Server Express), by using the SQL Server driver, I get the following error:

Connection verification failed for data source: AMT
java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia] [SQLServer JDBC Driver] the requested instance is not valid or is not running.
The root cause was that: java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia] [SQLServer JDBC Driver] the requested instance is not valid or is not running.

The "instance", which I interpret as meaning the database instance, is "machinename\SQLExpress" (it is a so-called "named instance").  That's what I enter in the "Server" field of the display (data & Services-> sources-> Microsoft SQL Server).

However, I am able to create an ODBC data source name in Windows using the driver Microsoft SQL Server Native Client Version 09.00.3042 and the same instance, "machinename\SQLExpress".

Does anyone have any ideas as to what is wrong?

Try to use the domain name TCP/IP (or IP address) and port instead of the info of the connectivity of Windows style.  You may need to enable TCP/IP as a network on the DB server protocol well (I think it is disabled by default on SQL Express Ed).
