  We have the same problem. Ours is a little out of the ordinary that we have a web application that displays pages based on a configuration of a database for the "namesake" page is created over and over again that our users make their way through our investigations.

  I use OSX Mail several Gmail accounts. When I click on answer, Mail opens a new window, but never ends window construction - there is no signature, and I can't type anything.   I had to install another printer - HP 990c - to the same network as the dektop C6380 printer port. (I named it Quicken 990C.) If I print from Quicken to THIS printer, things come out OK.

  Start the computer and start typing the F8 key

  Select Safe Mode

  Once the loading Safe Mode, open a command prompt window

  Press the Windows flag key + R to open the run

  Type CMD

  Press enter

  Type sfc/scannow

  Press enter

  Note: There is a space between sfc and / scannow

  Asked may to your installation media if it finds corrupted files.  System File Checker will replace files

  Open window CMD again by following the steps listed above

  Type chkdsk /F /R

  Press enter

  You will receive a message saying that the volume must be locked and you want to monitor during the recovery.  Press y and press enter

  Restart the computer to start the scan

  If there are corrupted files, chkdsk will fix if it can

  When the scan is complete, Windows reloads
